Stay in your lane, I frankly would be surprised if he actually used any products they provided!
Then again using his words, maybe in one of the multiple timelines😒!
My favorite moment was his claims to  no longer support the lottery because it pays for education(seriously)!
There is no context that makes that sound ok!
Would return, but would walk by if I saw dude working the register!

Harbor Freight Tools

I spent over $2k in this store, and at the time I didn’t have space for my purchases, so I asked politely if they could keep my tools, they said they could, I told them I’d be back 2 days later to pick it up. I went back and all of my stuff that I had already purchased was put back on the shelves of the store, I spent over 3 hours in that store getting everything I needed. Just to come to that, I asked to speak to a Manager, the Manager I spoke with was also very very rude, her name was Alicia. Then I asked if i could get some help with getting my stuff back to checkout again, in which she proceeded to tell me that nobody was allowed to help me find my products that I had already paid for. I am disgusted at the way she handled the unfortunate event. She also treats the employees like they’re children, barking orders at them left and right, I could hear her steaming across the store, that’s not how any store manager should perform, and Harbor Freight should be ashamed to even have hired such a coward. Her original location is Hutchison. I hope i never have to see her in another Harbor Freight.

I had a problem, and instead of just coming in to return the item I just wanted to fix the problem. An associate by the name of “Allison” came up to me and asked if she could help with anything and I described what I needed help with, I kind of felt like I was over analyzing it and probably was having an “operator error”, which I kind of was but anyhow she contacted the right person that goes by the name of “Kyle”. So, Kyle, being the helpful person that he is, helped us solve the problem. Therefore I’m really happy with this particular Harbor Freight store. To be a problem solver not only takes skill, but also patience. Kyle is a great problem solver! Be more like Kyle.

I really miss when Reed worked at this store. He was a fantastic employee and always worked so hard. This location is amazing!!

the store is nice and clean and usually I have a good experience, but after this morning’s interaction, they’ll be lucky if I continue to do business here.  Asked the associate for a color of floor jack that was in the back, got immediate attitude that he had to go to the back and get it, then when I tried to check out using my 20% off coupon for the Inside Track program, I was told rudely that the customer lookup system was down and that my coupon wouldn’t be honored because they have no way to verify that I was an inside track member.  Zero willingness to help or apology for their system being down. I asked if i could get a rain check or if they’d honor it once the system came back up since it ended today, and I was told i’d just have to try to come back to the store later and see if it was back up but otherwise I was out of luck. The poor level of customer service that I received today as well as losing a $200 sale over a $24 discount is insane to me.  I understand finding good help is difficult right now but some acceptable customer service training for the employee working this morning would go a long way.

We were having issues with how we loaded up our hitch basket. Not only did the staff give excellent product advice but also helped us set up our cargo. If you are stranded with road issues this is the place to go!

ABC Seamless Siding of Hays, Kansas

ABC Seamless removed old gutters and installed new gutters on our home recently.  Their craftsmanship was good and material used was better than what I've seen from other companies.  One small detail needed attention and Ed responded over a weekend and the detail was resolved very quickly!

Love them all.  So helpful and they do an outstanding work.

All Star Auto Glass

We were in a bind. They went over and beyond to get us back on the road. They were nice and polite! Highly recommend

These guys are probably the fastest auto glass place in town in my honest opinion, i had just came back from storm chasing on the 15th had a busted windshield, they put in a brand new windshield in 3 hours, and for 280$,

If it happens again, they will get my business

Thank you Robby for the quick (and great priced) repair to our windshield! We started at SafeLite across the street but when the quote was $85 to fill the crack, I called All Star and got a quote for $44.95. Easy decision to cross the street and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Robby and Jordan, it was great to meet you both. You made a repair feel easy and fun.

Fast. Friendly service to get my windshield chip repaired. I thought I had more than one spot chipped, when I was pelted on the hiway. But they checked thoroughly and let me know that was the only true chip! I felt at ease about that! I'll be back!!

After a turkey caved my windshield in on the interstate, the local glass shop didn't know where they could find one, due to supply chain issues and didn't have time if they had one, they suggested All State Glass.  After calling them, they said they could get one in the next morning and put it in right away. So we drove to GI the next day. Great people Fast service.

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Colyn was awesome! Very polite and helpful. The pizza he made was delicious. Highly recommend!

Ordered a salad and asked for croutons and was told they have been out for 2 years. And took them a while to find my order and all I had was 2 salads and the person working was very unfriendly!!

Got that combo thin crust and it was wonderful. They have a new item with meatballs and marinara that I plan on making spaghetti for for another meal. And cookie dough because it's the best and I like to eat it raw anyway.  😂😂 And they're open on Sundays and you can take this pizza home to bake it

We drove a round trip of 2 hours for this pizza. It is my father n law’s favorite thing to eat with my husband when we had it in town. So we drove the 2 hours to get for his birthday. He loved it! They were so kind and helpful.  Thank you!!!

The bacon artichoke spinach pizza thin crust family sized pizza and salad with ranch dressing to be a little bit more of a little more veggies to be a good idea for dinner if not lunch time

Ordered and made in front of you and wrapped up the bake instructions on the paper for you to be reminded to be sure that is the same instructions as the person explaining the best possible way of baking the pizza and the same place in the same place that is in the baking instructions as well as they tell you how to get the best possible pizza take n bake pizza

C & E Doors LLC

C & E put in our shed door a few years ago. Cable broke, have called 5 times in the last 3 weeks and each time the lady that answers acts like it's the first time she's heard from us.  The first time she said they could probably come out later that week.. no one came or contacted us.. 3 weeks later.. still no one has been in contact with us. This is not the first time either. We had an issue a couple years ago, needed a repair, got the run around then too.. ended up going to Hays to get parts and fixed it ourselves. We can't get equipment out of the shed to work. Called a competitor after the phone call today.. they will be out tomorrow to fix it. Don't bother with C & E, they don't take care of their customers.

No communication or estimate given after three months of visit.  They don't follow up on information like they say they will.  I've had to contact them for follow up just to be given run around. Initial appointment canceled spur of the moment even though I scheduled a day off work & drove three hours to make the appointment.

If you read the 2 other one stars and wonder if they're true they are. 2 years later and they still don't want to do any business. Called for a quote and was told they would call me back after checking schedule, never heard from them.

That feeling when you're sitting in your car stuck in your broken garage and supposed to be at work. I can't thank Kelby enough for getting me on my way and doing such a great job on the garage door!

Had a problem with a garage door and they arrived the next morning and got it back in good working order.  Fast service, great repair staff.

Century 21 Premier Home Sales

Awful service, they said we would be able to rent a property all we had to do was come to the office and pay. We told them we were in Florida and the trip was long. They said it was fine and we could just head on over and that we would have the house secured. When we got there they said they sold the house to someone else and that our circumstance was not there problem. Awful place and awful people never going there again.

One of the best places I've rented from. Very polite and professional and willing to work with ya.

VVS Canteen Vending & Food Services

If you like expired food these guys have plenty of it! If you complain they will put decent food in for one day, then the following days they put the nasty expired food in right after that. As i am sitting here typing i am eating Mrs. Freshley's Mini Donuts (crunch) expired 8/06/2015 today's date is 8/11/2015. It gets real old when a company has been told on numerous occasions about what is happening, but nothing is done about it.

Service bad, food is outdated the things that sell, he wouldn't restock. So he doesn't have to do anything. Machines won't give change back. Ask him about anything sez that's not my job.
