Lincoln Pilates Method

I have back issues and am so thankful my friends recommended Pilates method. They have carefully worked with me to strengthen my core which protects my back. The close supervision and adjustments to the workouts for my body have me much stronger and more active than when I started. Love these instructors and the friends I’ve made. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Pilates Method for over 20 years and have worked extensively with both Monica and Connor.  I am handicapped and they are able to tailor workouts to what I am able to do.  I have worked with many physical therapists over the years and have found Pilates Method to be more helpful for me.  There is no doubt in my mind I am in much better shape do the help they have given me over the years.

Monica is my Pilates instructor and she is amazing, knowledgeable, professional and she has many years of experience. I definitely feel and see results. I have more core strength and less back pain. I highly recommend Pilates method I like the environment and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to every session!

Working out with Monica has been life changing. I am a hairdresser and because of Pilates I will be able to retire from doing hair instead of having to switch professions due to the wear and tear on my body. I feel challenged, and when my body is tired and not cooperating Monica understands how to help me  get the best work out for where I’m at that day. Best pilates instructors in Lincoln! small class structure allows instructors to pay attention to each individual. also very flexible with scheduling. everyone is welcoming and fun to work with!

Lincoln Children's Zoo

Zoo Lights was a lot of fun.  Great for a date night or just to take the family.  We had a wonderful time with hot coco and roasting s'mores.  We spent about an hour having a blast and enjoying the light displays.
The train ride is also fun and a nice way to see the lights.

I have no children, but a friend of mine drug me to the Christmas light show at the Zoo. It was AMAZING! I would recommend buying the train passes cause you can NOT buy them there.
Also, the boys did not want to go, but I thought it would have been romantic walking hand in hand with a cup of cocoa (which they sell and you can add booze) with him. I also didn't think it was at all that expensive.

Spectacular show for a great.price.  the cocoa was great and we went around twice because the light shows were moving.  We noticed different things each time we went through!  Highly recommend!

Zoo Lights was great!  The train ride was nice.  The hot coco was hot and delicious.  We spent about an hour walking through.  Very beautiful and in some spots, very romantic.  They even have little fire pits set up to roast s'mores.  They sell little packets to you get everything you need to enjoy a s'mores.
Great fun for the entire family or a date night.

Price is a little high in my opinion, but I know it's expensive to operate a zoo. We purchased the pass that allows us to feed the animals and ride the train, but we were only able to feed giraffe's due to no employees being around. Overall we had a really good time and would come back. The baby leopards were awesome and as turtles and tortoises are my favorite, I was happy seeing so many to look at.

Pella Windows & Doors of Lincoln

Debbie Ruhlman was who I dealt with.  Super nice and knowledgeable.  Very helpful when we were deciding on windows and doors!
Ken Watson was the lead installer.  We was super friendly and knowledgeable!  He had been doing the install for more than 22 years.  One on the windows was cracked on delivery.  He explained they ordered a replacement and they would take care of it.  They scheduled 4 days for the install but were done in 2 1/2 days.  They cleaned up as they went along.  They also cleaned the windows!  The entire team was friendly and knowledgeable.
It has be a pleasure from the start of the process! My new windows, doors, and new workforce is gorgeous!  I can't say enough nice things about Pella windows and doors!  Thank you!

First contact we had with Pella was when we had a window leak - Pella's rep told us we had hail damage and he could repair the damage but we should check with our insurance agent.  Sure enough we needed all of our windows replaced.  That is when we met Debbie Ruhlam who came out to  measure and order.  The team she sent to install were top-notch as well.

Our experience was so good with the window replacements that when we built an enclosed sunroom it was a no brainer on who we wanted to install our windows!  Debbie Ruhlam had great ideas and worked well with our contractor to make our dream a reality.   Great quality windows and awesome customer service.

Ordered a Pella 250 Series Vinyl Window (23” x 38” triple pane) for a bathroom to replace a glass block window that had zero insulation value and always had condensation on it and was quite cold in the winter.
•	Ordered Pella Window on 3/16/23 – Salesman talked me into a different design than originally requested to maintain the Corian surround material.
•	Final Measurement process by salesman and company measurer on 3/23/2023.
•	Initial install – 6/9/2023. Installer said the window was too big and they would see that the correct side was reordered. Glad he measured new window before taking out the old window.
•	2nd install date 8/10/2023.
•	8/12/2023 – reported to Pella that the paint on the composite trim was unacceptable.
•	9/19/2023 – Pella touched up the trim paint. It is OK.
•	6 months to obtain and install one small window. This is an inordinate amount of time.
•	Put half the cost down at contract signing and Pella billed monthly thereafter for the balance  from the first install date although the window was not installed.

Very clean open bright showroom/office area. Big windows to the south let in gobs of light so you can see what your product is going to look like out side. Lots of space between window and door displays and an overhead roll out for product display.  Not an ounce of unorganized or even organized mass confusion anywhere. More businesses should take a look at this office. I have no doubt that my order will be processed in a timely matter. Step by step, they know when and how things are going to go.  A bunch of thumbs up.

Country Swim School

All four of our children go or have gone here. They are all proficient, confident swimmers. If you want your child to learn how to swim, this is the place to go! I highly recommend it!

Best swim school in the Lincoln area. ☺️

Highly recommend! Our kids were struggling to swim and scared of the water until we found Country Swim. They teach the kids to work hard and we have loved every minute here!

Great place to do lessons. The staff/teachers are knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this place.

Auto Glass Now

Avoid, 1st experience: I called 2 weeks ahead to make an appointment for a new windshield for a family member out of town. Was told they would have the windshield ready on appointment date. Take the care in the night before to drop it off with them and the building was locked up @ 5pm ( they “close” at 5:30pm). Someone opens the door just to find out they have no record of my appointment and no windshield on hand.

2nd experience: called on Aug 3rd to confirm a windshield availability and set appointment for Aug 5th. Showed up just before opening for my appointment, waited until their opening time, just to find building still locked. It’s a Saturday, and people run late, so I waited. 8:20 comes with no one having shown up, so I called. Confirming my appointment and that they are open. Upon letting the women on the phone there’s no one here, she tried calling the manager 5 times with no response. Had no solution for me, and no idea why they hadn’t opened yet and no idea when they would. So once again left without a windshield.

I decided to give Auto Glass Now a try due to all the positive reviews. I however, am not sure how they are getting all these  positive reviews. Maybe just my luck, but I can’t recommend them at all.

We had two chips in the matter of a month, one was able to be filled and the latter required windshield replacement.  We are happy with both jobs that were done and the guys are nice to work with.  The only reason I didn’t go 5 stars is the amount of time I was left wondering after dropping my car off.  Would definitely recommend them, however!

I highly recommend this place and im extremely picky. I also have a brand new 2023 vehicle. I called around to many places in Lincoln. Raphael was very honest with me on the phone.. That's part of the reason why I chose this place and I'm so glad I did. You will not be disappointed.

Best auto glass service in Lincoln! Used these guys the other day, Rafael was extremely professional and got me a quote quickly over the phone and came out to my house within the week for service! Will most certainly recommend and use them again!

Scarlett Pilates

I love Scarlett Pilates! My body has gotten much stronger since I started taking the virtual classes a couple of years ago. Katie is great at giving clear instructions and helping adapt to each individual’s unique needs. She had helped me to become aware of and engage core muscles, which has helped alleviate chronic pain patterns. Her experience in fields like aerial dance and her vast, intimate knowledge of the musculoskeletal system make Katie a Pilates instructor in a class of her own.

I have been taking Pilates classes at Scarlett Pilates for over a year now.  I couldn't be happier with the classes.  I have several long lasting injuries that Kate is able to work with, expertly modifying exercises to suit my needs.  Further, she builds routines to go to the core of some of my issues (sore hips, bad back, bad shoulder :)) that provide relief while also building strength.  She is very caring and attentive to each of her clients and I wish I could give Scarlett Pilates 20 stars.  She is fantastic!

I’ve been working with Scarlett Pilates since 2020. Her private reformer sessions are fantastic - highly personalized and my favorite method of cross training. I feel stronger and more capable than I did in my 20s! I rely on her virtual mat classes when I travel or can’t make it to the studio. Not everyone can successfully guide people through a workout remotely, but she can. Highest recommendation for Scarlett Pilates!

Immaculate studio and equipment, very peaceful and welcoming. The teaching is excellent, certified, professional, patient,  encouraging and very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and working with one's weak areas. I have been greatly helped here at Scarlett Pilates with my core strengthening, and problem pain areas. Out of all the classes and therapies i have undergone, this is the one with the best results for me. I definitely recommend Scarlett Pilates to everyone.

Replaced large crack in my windshield in a fast and effective manner! Great customer service and very communicative. The solution they use to make your windshield clear is awesome! Never had a clearer windshield before, highly recommend to anyone.

Had my rear windshield randomly shatter but my tint was holding it together, Caleb crash proofed it for me on a Friday about 5 minutes before close. Prices quoted here are very good went through about four different companies and Waverly glass was a lot cheaper. I ended up getting it done by a friend who had the part over the weekend Since I wanted it done asap. But I would definitely come here if you're looking for great service and good price.

Visiting Angels

My family found this visiting angels of great service helping us arrange appointments for my mother.  They were always extremely helpful and accommodating.  scheduling was a breeze and they were always polite.  The drivers were always on time and we never missed an appointment.

Such a great place to work! My scheduler Kimberly is so good about making sure I have enough clients, but not overwhelm me. She is also very understanding if I have to call in. I've never had a more positive work experience!

Everyone is always good to work with if a situation comes up. I’ve had other employers that weren’t so good with helping out in situations. Definitely happy I work with such great management.

I've had to revise my review. They have gotten very careless rgromg my schedule Ms the the scheduler Kimberly has appeared very disinterested in coordinating care, not returning calls and opting out of rescheduling. I I fired them and self-is just that taking care of ones self rather than sloppy care!!!

I’m my 3 and 1/2 years working as a caregiver under home health aid I have never found a better company than Visiting Angels! I have been with 2 previous company’s in the past that haven’t been nearly as great or understanding as Visiting angels. Very kind office staff that are very easy to get along with! Understanding of hours and availability, with part time, full time and in between hours available! They care not only for the clients they care for but also the caregivers! Very comfortable and cute uniforms, great coworkers and clients! Great workplaces where you really feel like you are making a good difference in the lives of those you serve! Again Wonderful and loving staff! Couldn’t ask for better!!!!

Raymono's Pizza Plus

I spontaneously stopped by for lunch on a Monday afternoon. Their all you can eat pizza, bread, salad and drink option was so great. You could spend less than $10 and have a delicious lunch. The pizza was amazing. And the staff was really friendly as well! Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed!!!! A girl took our order of one medium pizza and small fries to go. Pizza was done within 20mins but the girl decided to put our fries in the microwave for 10mins AFTER the pizza was done. So total we waited 40 mins and we had another 5 mins of car ride in front of us. THANK YOU for the unseasoned microwaved fries and cold pizza. That was NOT worth the wait. Never again!!!!

Told by many, great pizza. I've never been to Raymond, and it's not hard to find. Ordered pizza very good. Bread sticks good. Most of the folks there eating the buffet.  Overall, I will go back. It is hard to find good pizza.  Look no further than Raymono's

Our son won a gift card for pizza here. So we had 1 supreme and 1 taco! The taco pizza was the worse I've ever had!! It had sausage, black olives and tomatoes with regular pizza sauce.... That's not how its made. I've tried had taco pizza from all over and nvr even thought of someone doing a taci pizza dirty like this!! Can't say on supreme I'm not a mushroom eater

Great crust on the pizza and just the right amount of cheese.  But the sauce could use more spices, the mushrooms were way too large and probably from a can, and the tomatoes were not ripe.  I would think that it is best to just go all meat here.  Friendly service.

Greenfield's

Really great breakfast. Great service. Nice clean family restaurant atmosphere.
A plate full of meats, eggs, potatoes and toast. That's what breakfast is all about. The ham was steam table dry, but everything else was appropriately fresh and crispy.
I'll be back.

Ordered online, had to wait to have the food made when it should have been done by the time I got there, then ended up missing 2 out of 4 items ordered!
Way over priced biscuit with sausage, egg, and gravy, so disappointing.

Maybe first impressions are overrated. Not a good first experience. The mimosas were less desirable, cheap champagne used. Had the flight, and the waitress basically ask if I could afford the $20 drink. Duh, I asked for it!!! Omelet (spinach & mushrooms) was blan the hollandaise sauce followed me all day. I have family members that eat there often, so I will give Greenfield's one more try.
