Couldn’t be happier with the work from Bryan and Joe at Low Country Ace Handyman. They mounted a TV, about a dozen shelves, and even put together a furniture piece we had delivered. Professional, fast, honest, and friendly. Use them!

I had a clogged drain line and called Ace handyman services after trying several plumbers getting prices like 486.00 to unclog. I was impressed when the fella from Ace told me over the phone way less for cost but also said let's figure out what is causing it and come to find out the drain wasn't connected right and fixed without raising the only 130.00 I was charged. I know who I will keep calling for help.

Brian was very polite, respectful to this old lady and professional. If I was just a couple years younger than my 76yrs, I would follow him everywhere. Kidding but he's a well mannered young man. Thank you

On time for the estimate. Professional and personable.

Unfortunately, the technician did not perform up to our expectations. Didn’t have certain tools and had to go to store. He tried to use different materials that didn’t work so back to the store. Very unorganized.

Aramark Refreshments

USELESS... Can't think of a better description.   Months to fix or replace broken equipment.  Multiple calls to get issues resolved (if ever)...  When you have employees bring in coffee makers from home just to have coffee in the morning, your can understand how bad Aramark is.  Not ever sure useless covers it since while the units don't work they continue to deliver supplies and bill.  GREAT we have a years worth of coffee supplies and no way to use them.  Either incredibly stupid or borderline criminal.. you decide!!
Over the years we have had a number of coffee services,  Anamark is by far the WORST!!!!!

Do not trust this vendor.  They will screw you on price and service (or lack of it)...  They do not care about their customers and if you expect old school (full service) coffee delivery you will get doubly screwed.  Don't trust then and definately do not let them keep track of coffee service stock.  YOU WILL GET BURNED!!!!

I was really excited to work with them at first but I found out early on they are not very organized! Once Covid hit it's been a trainwreck since......

Mr. Handyman of Catonsville and West Randallstown

I contacted Mr. Handyman to install security cameras and floodlights at my grandmother's house. The technician the company sent out was very personable and worked quickly and efficiently. My grandmother will need some other things done in the next few months and I know who I am going to contact for the work.

This has been a great experience.  With the paint tomorrow , the job will be completed early and under budget. This is an older home with a lot of quirks. It required creativity and skill to accomplish the tasks. Jaime did a fantastic job, was easy to work with, trustworthy, and reliable.

This is my second time using Mr. Handyman and I will definitely use your service again. Already saving up for my next project.

Came on time and handled the job professionally. Work was done in an excellent manner and looks great (installation of vinyl porch rails). Cleaned the area totally and took everything thing away to dispose of.  I am extremely pleased with the job performed at my home and would recommend enthusiastically.

Overall I don't know whether I would recommend Mr Handyman of Catonsville. I paid 90 dollars for an estimate. It took the company 5 days to get back to me on the quotes, and I found all of them to be fairly substantially higher than anticipated. Wish I could get my money back, but lesson learned. I think part of their business model assumes many clients will solicit the estimate, shocked at the cost, and decide to go elsewhere. The gentleman who came out to my house was very nice though.

Example of estimate: $200 dollars labor to install a window blind.  Client provides the materials, and Handyman will install the screws for two-hundred. Seems suspect.

Jaime was great. He is experienced at completing household repairs efficiently and with a good level of expertise.  He is a good problem solver and he cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be calling on you and him for future projects.

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning

Excellent in every way! I thought I was going to have to replace some carpeting but John's amazing cleaning job has given me extra years! The cleaning is thorough and fast drying afterwards. And above all, the customer care is bar none! I can't remember the last time I had such a professional handling of any service. John is an excellent communicator, pricing is clear, and he makes sure that his customers are pleased. Don't look anywhere else for such a high quality program!

We have been using the Company Deluxe Carpet cleaning service for our home for several years now. John has been cleaning our carpet now for several years as he owns his business and is very dedicated to his work.John is such a great individual and treats his customers like family. He meets and greets you as he enters your home. He explains what he will be cleaning and he will treat any major strains and makes them look like new. He even puts on the carpet germ x as this helps with allergies and asthma related conditions people may have. I would highly recommend Deluxe Carpet cleaning to meet all your carpet cleaning needs as its all professional work done.

It had been a while since we had gotten the carpets cleaned. John did an amazing job cleaning our carpets as well as our sofa. I will absolutely be using him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Prior to using Deluxe Carpet Cleaning, I was ready to just replace the carpets in our house because of brown stains and pet odors. However, John did such a good job in our house that we’re keeping the carpets for years to come. He also did some education with me after the service about how to maintain the carpets between cleanings. He also gave a quote that was very similar to the price charged, and the pricing was fair and transparent. We’ll be using John yearly from now on.

What a wonderful experience! John made our old carpeting new again. He was able to remove old stains from our dogs, and completely refreshed our downstairs.  He is a true professional and really knows what he's doing.

I’ve been a customer of Air Group since 2010. They are by far one of the best companies in all of NJ! On rare occasions I’ve tried other companies for plumbing or electrical and have been disappointed more often than not. I know that when I call Air Group I will pay a bit more than other companies but they are absolutely worth every penny. Their employees are very passionate & extremely knowledgeable. Tall Dave was at my home today to install a brand new gas dryer that the installers from Lowe’s said was too complicated for them to do. Dave, a problem solver who was able to come the same day,  had it installed perfectly within the hour. This guy totally made my day. Thank you so much!!

I’ve lived in my home for 45 years and Air Group is one if the most professional companies I’ve ever worked with. From scheduling to service to sales to installation, everyone on their team was great to work with. I always received prompt call backs and scheduling updates. I had a very tight window for installation of a new a/c system and they met my deadline. Their service techs and installers were respectful of my property both inside and outside.  I look forward to a service and maintenance relationship with Air Group.

I have worked with Air Group professionally and now personally and have complete confidence in their ability, knowledge, experience, and professionalism.  They are highly responsive, well organized and do the job as requested, never taking advantage or gouging on price. They are larger so they have the expertise for any situation, and though they might occasionally get beat out on price by mom and pop shops if shopping around, they are also not the most expensive and they provide quality workmanship to get the job done right the first time. For that piece of mind, to me, they are the most economical option. Then again I’m not a gambler, I like sure things.

Dealing with Air Group is so easy!  They show up when they say they will, their techs are always professional and friendly, and their rates are. reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

This is my second year with Air Group. The twice a year maintenance has always been excellent and done by people who know their profession. Recently, I thought my central air had stopped working. (For me, that’s a HUGE problem due to health issues). When I called, I could’ve easily had been serviced the same day. MY schedule was packed, but I had no problems getting an appointment the following day at the perfect time for me. The technician was very professional and taught me some useful things about my system! It was determined after extensive testing that the air conditioning didn’t break. I didn’t know the air wouldn’t turn on if it was below X degrees, but I do now : ). The technician was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I give an A+

If I could give 6 stars, I would!  Not only did Sam answer my call off hours and schedule an urgent visit to fix our furnace on short notice, but he came on time and charged us a very reasonable price when fixing our issue.  To top it off, he followed up as promised when I requested his certificate of insurance the day after he did the work.  He was professional and polite throughout - definitely would 100% recommend AirServ to anyone!

Sam and his crew installed the AC last year. At the time it worked very well. However right now, it is leaking the condensed water in my basement. I am trying to contact his company by the posted phone, but it is not answering and the mailbox is full. Not sure if they are still in business.
