Hood plumbing just did some work for a friend who does not use a computer.  They came as soon as they were able, did a good job and didn't overcharge.  She was fortunate to get them.

Very unprofessional..... I had a problem with stopped up toilet and needed it fixed asap.  We set an appointment and they did not show up. When I called them to check the status the plumber was rude and unapologetic. I would not recommend them at all.

I called them on a Sunday after water burst in my house, and they managed to stop by in only a few hours.  They're professional, kind, and very respectful people who didn't show a condescending attitude toward me as someone totally ignorant of basic home maintenance knowledge (believe me, many tradesmen show that attitude...).

Overall, great and honest service and very reasonable price.

By the way, they're NOT open 24/7, so please call during daytime (regular business hours) if this issue can wait.

Oh but then I called them again in 2021, they wrote down my number and name and said they'd get back to me...but they never did.  I suppose they are great when they're available, but they don't always get back to you when you need to wait.

Great folks! None of my fixtures would drain...I had a clog in my main line that I tried to use a friend's small auger to remove without success. These guys came out with a very large auger and fixed  the problem quickly!

Im so impressed by this company. They were very professional, got the job done quickly and at a good price. They even came back the next day to unclog a drain that wasn’t related to the original problem at no extra charge. I highly recommend!!!

Aramark Refreshments

This company's customer service and machines suck.  The machine says "use exact change only" when the machines have change in them.  The credit card machine doesn't work either.  I have called multiple times with still no resolution.  The last customer service associate acted like she hung up so I would hang up.  Very rude lady.

Vending machine tells you to use exact change and when you do you it gives you nothing. When I called customer service they didn’t even offer to refund my money.  Will not use vending machines from Aramark again.

AirSouth Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical

Mason C serviced my generator today and provided the most valuable information to ensure my needs are met. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his willingness to help.

I read the Google reviews for AirSouth and that's what brought me to choose them to evaluate my HVAC system and by their technicians suggestion, replace it. That part was awesome and they were able to replace eveything the next day! Then, after a month and the house wasn't cooling I noticed water dropping on me from a light fixture and called in. It took 5 technicians who told me there was no leak, etc. for someone to daignose that the coil in the new unit was placed backwards and blowing condensation into the ventilation causing them to sag, tear, and to leak. Not only did it ruin my kitchen ceiling but they also told me that the drip pan and the new drain they installed by cutting through the brick didn't work because they weren't connected and the drip pan drain hole had been capped off so the excess water drained from the side of my pan into the roof. Then one of the technicians stepped through the ceiling in the room where I work during a Teams video call where I was hit with wet drywall and it rained wet insulation all over the room and me because the fan was on. The contractor pulled out 9 industrial garbage bags of wet unsulation and stapled a platic sheet over the hole in the ceiling. That was months ago. The unit is fixed now and there is no longer a leak and it is cooling but the next appointment for the contractor to fix the ceilings, ensure there is no mold remaining, and replace the insulation was booked out for a month. The appointment came and went. I called the contact center and was told they were running late. Nobody ever showed up. I wrote them through the contact page on their site and nobody responed. Winter is coming and I have damaged ceilings, a 4 square foot hole in 1 ceiling and lack of insulation. This has caused a lack of efficiency in cooling and heating the house which has led to higher power bills. I did not want to put a review up that would seem damaging but the lack of quality workmanship, care, instalation, and entire situation is negligent at best and my house appears on the inside like we we through a hurricane in Brandon Mississippi. It's just not right.

James Walker was very nice and friendly when he came to work on my thermostat.  I really enjoyed my experience with him.  He was very diligent and patient with answering all of my questions.  He arrived on time.  I will recommend him to my friends and family.  My crawl space was very small but he was not defeated with all of the obstacles that came his way. I'm very pleased with all of my results with him and the director.

OK, here we are in a record breaking 🔥 heat wave & the air conditioner started acting up, I call AirSouth at like 4:30pm & what did they say???  "We will be right out."

I couldn't believe it!  They sent a confirmation text AND a link to track their arrival.  They got the repairs done and they were so nice and professional..

Worker fell through my ceiling on July 4th, the ceiling was like this the month of July till August 3rd and only temporarily patched then, I am stationed overseas so my mother had to put up cardboard and garbage bags to cover the hole so A/C would not escape as bad, because they said they would fix it. The hallway ceiling was cracked, but now patched, ceiling was patched around the bathroom vent. It would be really nice after spending $6,000 to have them come finish the work instead of getting messages saying they’re coming out then not showing, as of now they still haven’t showed and now saying next week as they said the previous weeks.

Michael has done many repairs and upgrades to the 20 year old house we bought.
Yesterday he custom made and installed shoe shelves in an odd-angled corner that would
otherwise be useless
• installed laundry room racks
• repaired a metal table top • installed gutter downspouts
• installed a safety handrail on the patio steps

Michael is focused on the task at hand and wastes no time.  He even carried a very heavy vertical bookcase upstairs and reassembled it.

Michael has already purchased all the necessary materials
for the remaining projects on our list.

The best of the best!! Dan is incredible! We’ve worked with many contractors and never had the great quality of work and service Ace provides. They added bead board to our dining room ceiling and ship lap to several walls in the living room

Dan and John were amazing! They were very professional and arrived on time. I needed washer & dryer pedestals installed under my existing units. They were finished in under an hour and even helped me sweep up a little bit. They made sure that all items were secure and in the same (or better) condition when they left.  Will definitely use again if the opportunity arises and I highly recommend them!

Dan did a great job for us replacing some rotted soffit boards before painting.  He always kept me updated on any issues or concerns, professional, and was always on time.  I highly recommend Dan and Ace Handyman.

I had Chris Reed from Southern Air come do a pressure test as well as discuss some other plumbing issues that I’d been having. He took care of all our needs and made sure we were all set. Any questions were answered as well as telling me about smart improvements I could make to my new home! Thank you so much Chris and Southern Air for making this process easy for me!

Jeanette at customer service was so nice and friendly…like talking with a good friend. Scheduling maintenance service for my heating unit was easy and timely.
Jeremiah performed maintenance on my heat unit. He was very thorough and we had a good discussion about filters, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, surge protectors, etc. Jeremiah was professional, very friendly and personable.  Appreciated his advice and input on possible future projects.  I enjoyed talking and laughing with him.

Jeremiah is certainly an asset to your company. He is an outstanding and intelligent young man.
He was absolutely knowledgeable and confident while presenting all the information about duct cleaning to us.
It is an expense we will need to make funds available for.
However, if we should go forth, you will owe it to Jeremiah for doing his job so well.

Dustin from Southern Air of Mississippi arrived this morning on time. He was courteous and he took the time to answer my questions  about the yearly maintenance that he was performing on my units. He finished the job in a timely manner.  I have been a customer for about 2 years now and I'm  very happy with this company. If you are looking for a heating and air company look no further.  This is the company that you should be calling. You will become a satisfied customer too.

Coery and partner were great.  They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me posted on the progress of the job.  A tree root had pushed the pipes up disconnecting from the house. It didn't take them long. I highly recommend.

AireCom HVAC

Gavin stopped by to help us at my place of business today and was very professional as he worked around our clientele. There was a hiccup and he had to leave and come back with some extra supplies.  He said he’d return in 20 min. And sure enough, he got back in exactly 20 min. And completed the job just as professionally. My employees also noticed his professionalism and mentioned it to me. I’m both impressed by and thankful for the customer service offered by Gavin.

MJ installed new doors on our convection oven today. He got it done very quickly and we are very happy with the job that Airecom did. They always are able to come out much more quickly than other repair and HVAC contractors.

After about 2 months of trying to get some other local businesses to respond to our requests for service and get out to us in a timely manner for some maintenance related things, we finally got ahold of Airecom...

They were out the very next morning and got our cooler functioning in time for a busy Friday morning. Where others failed to be professional and timely, Airecom was immediately there and repaired our equipment. We then started to schedule a walkthrough to be able to have them come and do routine maintenance on a regular basis going forward and they were immediately right back on site only 30 minutes after they just left from the first job.

They were nice, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and work with, and they do just about anything we could need... they are so multi talented so we'll be able to just use one company for a LOT of our needs. Which is convenient, and helpful for a business that has all manner of people who may be calling in for maintenance needs.

MJ was extremely nice and got our problem solved quickly. Working in a restaurant with hot objects around, ac is extremely important to us. He came out yesterday found the problem and was unable to finish right then and there but came early in the morning to solve the issue and explained very well what the problem was and how to prevent it again. Will be going back!
