In my case I have been treated with back massages, cupping and dry needling. The result of 10.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I went 2 weeks ago and the girl who served me pressed my spine at the lumbar level with all her strength.
I came out worse than when I went in and to this day I have pain that I didn't have before.

I would definitely recommend it. I had had horrible back pain for weeks and in two sessions I have recovered 99%

One of the best physical therapy clinics I know. The treatment, closeness, experience and knowledge of María, Lucía and Javier are unbeatable. Spacious, quiet and clean facilities, easy parking in the area.

María is an excellent professional, with extensive knowledge about the pelvic floor. I prepared for childbirth with perineal massages and everything was great. As well as the pelvic floor assessment after childbirth, which was super complete and everything was very well explained.

There is no better place for Pilates and personal training. Discretion and privacy. I like it.

Punctuality and knowledge of physiology applied to the Pilates method, even if it were she who taught the sessions (but it is not like that), respect, kindness and knowing how to be conspicuous by their absence towards both the Patient and the employees. It does not have air conditioning or heating, the installation is very poor quality-price. Not to mention the physiotherapy sessions. It is not a physiotherapy center, professionals without training, only treatment with diathermy (scarce) osteopathic techniques without accredited qualifications. Anyway...I wish it could be rated with no stars. I do not recommend it!!

The club is equipped with the best machines and technologies and the treatment has been excellent. Highly recommended!!

I visited this center for the first time a few days ago and received very good attention from both Dr. Lekuona and the professionals who treated me in reception and radiodiagnosis.
Dr Lekuona, very attentive to the information I gave her, explained everything to me in great detail, which gave me peace of mind. Very friendly and delicate treatment, as I believe befits a professional in this specialty. I will return next year.
At reception they graciously offered me a solution to the problem I had.
Very happy with my visit, I now have one more center for my medical consultations.

Months ago they ordered me to do a lactulose test, they called me in at 7 in the morning, I got there and they told me that they were confused and that they were not going to do the test that day... So far everything is correct, everything the world can make mistakes.

Next, I have pain and I make an appointment with a specialist, the appointment is not given from one day to the next, that goes ahead, after waiting a week... The day I arrive I enter the waiting room and I am there for 40 minutes . Nobody calls me, I go to the reception and they tell me that they forgot to tell us that the specialist couldn't come that day.... They make an appointment for me for the following week.

The following week, they called me a day before to cancel the appointment. To all this with pain. We pay for private insurance and they treat us worse than in public health. But what is this? Coincidence? Honestly, pretty desperate and disappointed.

Our experience in this Medical Center is regrettable.
Our 57-year-old mother went to this center on January 13, with severe headaches, double vision, vomiting and difficulty breathing. Doctor Lasa Imaz treated her. This well-to-do person, without motivation in his profession and who practices in a white coat who cannot be called a Doctor, has no interest in trying to help patients who come to his office in a serious condition, as was the case of our mother. . The only concern he had in the consultation was not to analyze the patient's condition to achieve a treatment with which she could improve her state of health, but rather her only concern throughout the consultation was that she had the mask on properly, and I repeat being a person with difficulty breathing. This shows a great lack of empathy and humanity.
Due to the severe, disabling headache that I had had since the beginning of December, I had been to the emergency room on numerous occasions due to the pain and had been prescribed medication for it, but since it did not relieve it and as it became more intense every day, the recommendation of the doctors who treated us, It was that a neurologist had to evaluate him and the appointment with “Doctor” Lasa Imaz was urgent. At no time did he worry about finding out where and why those severe pains came from that did not even allow him to rest, and that no medication he took relieved him. As a doctor, you should know that today the only test that diagnoses a serious complication in the head is an MRI. He ended up prescribing him a simple Lyrica, which is a medication that does not start to work until 15 days after taking it and which obviously did not help him at all.
Finally, our mother was admitted to Osakidetza at the San Sebastián Hospital, where she underwent an MRI that diagnosed Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis. Unfortunately, on February 9, our mother died with meningeal cancer at the age of 57.
People like this "Doctor" who do not make one feel that there is a genuine interest in the well-being of their patients, should not practice medicine, much less in a paid medical center such as IMQ. Given experience, I would not recommend this center for any type of emergency.

At reception they tell me that they will call in 15 days and I have been waiting for more than 1 month with no hope that they will call me.

I was treated by a physiotherapist named Eñaut and the truth is that from my point of view he was a great professional. Recommendable.

I went through my insurance.
The correct treatment, the traumatologist on the first visit, without much interest... or so it seemed to me. No proof, he just recognized me.
He recommended sessions with physio for 10 sessions and so I did. I didn't notice any improvement.
During these sessions, more than once I have had to wait a while for the previous patient to finish and on one occasion, without any reproach on my part, or saying anything about the delay, the physio told me that like the previous patient, she had arrived late....and since I was paying and I was going for the insurance,....well it was so wide, as if I hadn't paid for it!!! I think we all deserve good service even if we have insurance.
Not to mention the appointments...as I wasn't getting better I made an appointment with trauma...I arrived at my time and I was surprised that they hadn't signed me up!!!

The physio I had was really nice and friendly. His colleague who I had a couple of times not so much.
For my final session, I couldn´t attend because a distant contact had covid and I wanted to play it extra safe. Instead of re-scheduling, the woman on reception basically told me to go back to my doctor because you know it´s not their problem anymore that my hand isn´t better. It would have been hard for her to sound like she cared less.
If only they were as keen to help you are as they are to grab your prescription and get paid.

Dr. Colmaneres was great. My first visit was seamless and very professional. However, my subsequent visits were the complete opposite. I needed physio therapy or a massage. The Dr. provided a very detailed report and it was in their system. When I called to make my physio/massage appointment they didn't mention that it was only a consultation. I arrived expecting a massage to finally attend to my pain but instead it was another consultation. I asked whether they can do a massage and they said they were busy. This is my first time using private health insurance abroad in another country so I assume this is the process. I was guided to the Receptionist and asked to make an appointment for a massage. Fast forward to my first massage appointment today (several days after my initial visit)...I arrived on time, the therapist came for me and walked around the office looking for a spare room with me alongside him. Not only is this unprofessional but in doing so, he was interrupting other sessions already in progress. He told me to wait while he went to look for another room. He came back to guide me to a "general" room with a bed in which rooms were curtained off. This is unacceptable. A massage is private and is meant to be relaxing as well. I'm not there to hear other people's conversations and I do not feel comfortable getting naked between curtains. I refused. They said I could wait 30 minutes until a room became available. Again, not acceptable. The organization is terrible...bookings should equal the number of rooms you have available. The Office Manager, Receptionists were not even sorry. I cancelled the rest of my appointments.
