I went for what I believed was a shoulder problem derived from strength training, but Juan quickly identified that the problem was not there, but rather in his back with a simple examination. The physiotherapists, however, are very attentive, professionals who are knowledgeable in their specialty but since they simultaneously care for several patients, the sessions are very short and without direct supervision (many "currents" and little or no manual therapy). Furthermore, it is a center that, due to its organizational dynamics, only gives prior notice for consultations and within the process it is almost impossible to modify the appointment. Therefore, if you have to apply for a work permit, it makes it very difficult to obtain it without a time limit.
The waiting period in the room to enter with the physio. or mini-gym is approximately 15 minutes.
To get the first appointment (noticed the day before, of course) I had to wait 5 weeks despite my frequent calls.
The two receptionists-telephonists-operators of the medical agendas, very correct but within a rather fruitless organizational dynamic for which they are not to blame at all.

I have always done rehabilitation here and I have been very well cared for. It is true that the physicists are a little busy with two patients, but they do their job. So far I have been happy.

As for the facilities, they are not bad but I don't know where the rooms are, so new in the photos, I was only in a larger one where several people were grouped at the same time.

They are overwhelmed with work from July to the end of August 2023, is what they have told me from reception.
