GREAT  team here, from front desk (Nicole) to my therapist(Christine) everyone is so caring and knowledgeable. Treatment plan was straight forward and easy to follow. Can't say enough good about this office they all work so well together and really care about your recovery.

I had wrist surgery and I was glad I chose Northeast Rehab Chelmsford..the whole staff was friendly and professional..my therapist (Nicole)was great …from the start she set the tone with a relaxed atmosphere but also being serious about me making a complete recovery…It was obvious that she was committed and experienced with my situation she also coordinated my appointments to fit my schedule which always makes the process easier to balance..from what I observed the other patients were in good hands also..I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of therapy of any kind

I’ve been going to Northeast Rehab for hip and shoulder therapy for strengthening and range of motion for over a year. The staffs have been supportive and helpful in providing adequate appointment time and dates. The therapists are knowledgeable and engaged me in varieties of exercises to reach my goals. The equipments are sanitized immediately after use.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff !  They are very accommodating to your specific needs.  Very clean area as well ! As a patient there, they get right down to business to helping you recover from what ever your rehabilitation needs are.  Highly recommended ! As a retired PA I am always tuned in to the 'environment' of a healthcare setting, and I was impressed.

I am satisfied with the care Wendy provided for my arm / neck.  She was gentle and she performed her job in a professional manner.  I like the fact that when I showed up earlier than my scheduled time she did not let me wait, she called me in right away and treated me.  That was great! Thank you, Wendy, I appreciate you and what you do. 😊

Place is fantastic, I'm going there due to a work injury that did some bad damage to my leg, I've been going there for I think l about a month and every single time I leave I feel excellent. The staff do amazing work. The staff themselves are fantastic, wicked nice, do a great job, they know what they're doing and they're awesome. I'd recommend this place to anyone, goin back on Friday and looking forward to it!

Exceptional rehab practice.  Therapists are highly qualified.  Evaluation was explained in detail in a way I could understand.  It is a comfortable and friendly environment for clients.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I do not have enough positive things to say about the office, the staff, the level of care, and bedside manner. I feared pelvic floor therapy for many years and when I met Bernie at the Windham location she truly changed my view and my life. Melissa the physical Therapist for my back is extremely wonderful. Tracy is at the front desk is so on point and diligent, and kind, and just wonderful. Absolutely wonderful.

This place is amazing! I look forward to going to my therapy sessions every week. After I broke my leg, I was emotionally frustrated and upset that I couldn't walk or put weight on my leg.  My therapists (Liz, Byron & Lisa) would work with me every week to help me be motivated and back to my self. They truly care about your recovery.They are all very professional, friendly, compassionate and supportive. Even when you first walk into the office the staff is already smiling, motivating you and telling you that you are doing better each day! Being a nurse, I know what patient care is all about and I know that this facility and all the staff in it want the best for their patients! Is so nice to see that patients also support each other during their sessions! I am so glad I chose them!

I have only had 2 visits and feel a big difference. The therapist is very experienced with lots of knowledge.

I would totally recommend Northeast Rehabilitation to people who are experiencing back pain or muscle soreness. I’ve had back pain for a few years prior to my appts - a part of the muscle just constantly reminded me that it was in pain. I have a habit of going to the gym, so I did workout by myself but that didn’t seem to help my back. At some point I even thought it might never be healed. In the past two months, I worked with Lori and she designed a series of practice guides which targets my pain point. I followed her instructions and the practice worked so well!!! I can feel the muscle is getting stronger and barely feeling any pain recently. Really appreciate the help!!!

Very happy with my therapist Kim for her help to try and get my broken wrist and other wrist back to being usable.  Can’t say enough.

I was very pleased with my PT experience. Everyone was very helpful and I made great progress under their care.

My daughter saw Erin for PT over the course of 12 weeks. She had an excellent experience with positive outcomes. Erin made rehabbing after an orthopedic injury fun and not intimidating. My daughter was able to reach all goals set for her and return to competitive athletics. We will use Erin again for any future PT needs.

Very happy with Northeast Rehabilitation.  We are bringing our daughter there to work on her aversion to loud sounds.  The occupational therapist Shauna has been amazing.  Highly recommend.

Five Journeys

I have been going to Five Journeys for almost a year using Medical IV therapy. I can’t begin to describe how very grateful to have this service available but to have 2 very caring and compassionate nurses to be taken care of! Maren and Lauren are not only very professional and knowledgeable in what they do in delivering the highest standard of care possible! They go beyond making your visit not only comfortable and explaining everything what needs to be done. They are both empathetic and very kind. Both true nurses with their dedication and commitment to patient advocacy.
Highly recommend Five Journeys!

I joined in July 2023 and so far am suitably impressed!  Perhaps it’s because I’m used to a “typical” doctors offfice that I’m wondering if there is something missing.  When I meet with my PCP We don’t necessarily go to a procedure room. Instead we get together in a comfortable office.

One concern is whether they are truly prepared for every day medical needs as well as the functional side for which they are definitely prepared. I had to get stitches removed and the ER that put them in suggested going to my PCP for removal. The doc at five journeys wasn’t sure they had a stitches removal kit and hadn’t prepared based on my reason for setting up the appointment.  Not a big deal. Getting used to a new model for medicine.

The nutritionist I’ve met with twice so far is excellent. Solid advice based on ME not some generic white 64 yr old female.

I do have to teach my PCP to look at me more than the computer screen but that’s a common issue in zoom era (we were in person).

I’ll update as my experience grows.

My 3 yr old toddler used my phone while the stitches were being removed.  Good shot even if it does show my weight issue all too clearly.

This is the best functional medicine practice I’ve been to. Maren and Lauren are so helpful, informative, and accommodating in the IV room. I’ve had a few complications with some health issues and Maren has always been patient and knowledgeable in the best treatment options for me, even if some weren’t working. She has spent a considerable amount of time helping me navigate various medical diagnosis and always made sure I was informed about the treatments. Edward is also a gem.

As an existing patient with 5 Journey’s for over a year now, I can confidently say that the team I’ve partnered with has given me my health and quality of life back! My PCP Dr Lavena and Nutritionist Stacy DeLuca have been the most incredible support system over the past year, and have taken such time and care in making sure my health journey was effective and attainable for long term health. They looked at every aspect of my overall well-being to ensure no stone was left unturned.

The care didn’t end there. Their office and admin team have been extremely professional and hospitable throughout my time as a patient, and Elise on the administrative team has been a wonderful resource for appointment setting, follow-ups, and quick supplement shipments and refills.

The IV nurses at Five Journeys especially Maren and Lauren are always very caring, attentive and efficient.  They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well.   The new IV room is spacious and very peaceful with a view of some nature.  Scheduling is easy.  I have been going there for my heavy metal detox IV as well as wellness IV when I felt sick here and there.  I highly recommend then.

Boston Physical Therapy & Wellness

I tore my ACL back in December and have been working with Kham ever since! He has been the best at reassuring me that I will be able and ready to play softball again next Spring, and has also been super helpful guiding me through my rehab process. Everyone at Compete and Boston PT & Wellness have been super supportive of me and my goal to get back onto the field, and I truly cannot imagine having to go through this recovery process without them!

After visiting various doctors and having bad experiences about the path they would take for my ankle injury, Kham had the best assessment and route on what I should do to take care of it and heal it the best it could. After many weeks of slow healing, Kham kept working with me to get my strength back in the places I had lost it and the stability for when I would be back to sports. Kham has made my experience at Physical Therapy great and something that I will never forget. All the workers from Boston Physical Therapy care very much about each of their patients, making sure they are always feeling great and healing them to the best of their ability.

I highly recommend Kham and the team from Boston PT and Wellness. They have an experienced and professional staff, excellent equipment, and great program to rehab injuries. They are super at helping me resolve my issue with the goal to perform all the activities I enjoy. I feel stronger and better since I started my program. I really appreciate the top care and expertise I receive from Kham and the rest of the  team.

It is truly difficult for me to express how much I appreciate the support, care, guidance, and mentorship from Kham as my physical therapist for the past year. I went to PT after a sudden 4 week hospital stay due to a large brain lesion in my brainstem and a recent diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. I have always considered myself healthy and active, and previously played division I lacrosse in college. Kham helped me get back on track and return to my daily life as an active young adult, but also return to playing lacrosse in only 3 months. I never would have thought that could have been possible, as my walking, balance, strength, coordination, speech, and mobility were highly impaired. Kham has not only supported my return to sport process physically, but has also been tactful and supportive around the mental side of things.  I highly recommend Kham and the entire Boston PT & Wellness team, I have spent a good deal of time there, and truly appreciate all that they have done for me.

Kham and the team at Boston pt are awesome. I’ve torn my acl twice and have had experience with plenty of PTs but kham is by far the best I have ever worked with. Apart from being extremely personable and motivating, Kham will actually get you lifting and moving around rather then spending most of your time on a table. Kham was huge in getting me back to playing lacrosse at the d1 level!

Central scheduling needs better organization! I came to my appointment for no reason because they made a mistake and said I canceled my appointment when I never did… All they said was that the person probably confused me with someone with the same birthdate.

I truly appreciated the time and care taken by the physical therapist both to apply her skills and to demonstrate for me how I can properly follow up with home exercises between appointments. Her professionalism had that perfect personal touch 😊

Completely unprofessional and don’t care about the kids. My daughter was going there and they informed me she’s hard to work with. Thinking they’d be good with kids with autism.  We pulled pulled the baby and they filed a 51a to get other help in a different setting.

The Occupational therapy staff here is very knowledgable, and recommends exercises that are in line with the stage of my healing.  I feel that Karen assesses my hand ongoingly and provides the next steps I need to work on.  Healing has been consistent and range of motion and strength are increasing each week.

Everybody there in the pediatric unit is amazing!

It was difficult due to my condition but ever since I started I begin to feel improvements and I feel like I may reach my goal little by little.

I would highly recommend Northeast Rehabilitation,  they are all great people. Everyone is kind and patient.

I had a great experience at Northeast Rehab. The staff was very professional. The facility was clean and inviting. David my therapist really took care of my problem. He was very hands on and also taught me ways to stretch and strengthen my back and core. I will recommend Northeast to my friends and fellow workers in need of treatment.

I went here today for a sensitive spinal procedure and all I can say if you need to have any procedure done involving your spine this is the place to go. Gloria from the front desk answered questions and took care of all my paperwork with a big smile. The nurses reviewed my chart, gave me adequate preparation and informed me of all the side effects I could experience after the procedure. During the procedure handled by Dr. Connelly I was treated with care and compassion. Dr. Connolly is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Dr. Connolly explained what he was doing step by step to make the experience as pleasant as possible. One of his nurses even held my hand during the procedure to help comfort me. After the procedure I was placed back into my own private room, had vitals checked again and given time to recover with cookies and soda. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Northeast Rehabilitation Center is the best.

Liz Is phenomenal and has great knowledge of How to treat vertigo and really help me with mine . She also help me with my vision with regards to my vertigo.  After two sessions I was almost back to normal.

Thank you Mel for your expertise. I have new exercise homework to complete and new mobility movements to add to my arsenal. You’ve kept me in the gym where I long to be, you’ve helped minimize my shoulder pain and increased my range of motion. Thanks again! Max

My health provider Caitlyn at Northeast is very friendly and helpful. Any questions is been answered in a way in which I don’t have to ask for reiteration. The facility is clean and once you get up from a station, she is wiping it down for the next client. A very well maintained facility with a great team.

Since day 1 of starting therapy at Northeast Rehab Outpatient in Methuen on Pelham Street, the staff has been nothing but kind and accommodating to my needs. It’s nice to go to an environment where people enjoy their jobs. It makes it as stress free as possible considering people go there with stress already due to their medical condition. My physical therapist, Rachel, has been very kind and knowledgeable with my treatment. After my PT session, I leave feeling much better physically and the information she gives me to keep healing at home is very much appreciated.

I enjoy working with the therapists at Chestnut Green. They are experienced and concerned that their patients reach their goals. I look forward to going to my sessions.
