Central scheduling needs better organization! I came to my appointment for no reason because they made a mistake and said I canceled my appointment when I never did… All they said was that the person probably confused me with someone with the same birthdate.

I truly appreciated the time and care taken by the physical therapist both to apply her skills and to demonstrate for me how I can properly follow up with home exercises between appointments. Her professionalism had that perfect personal touch 😊

Completely unprofessional and don’t care about the kids. My daughter was going there and they informed me she’s hard to work with. Thinking they’d be good with kids with autism. We pulled pulled the baby and they filed a 51a to get other help in a different setting.

The Occupational therapy staff here is very knowledgable, and recommends exercises that are in line with the stage of my healing. I feel that Karen assesses my hand ongoingly and provides the next steps I need to work on. Healing has been consistent and range of motion and strength are increasing each week.

Everybody there in the pediatric unit is amazing!
