Nicole is excellent.  She has invented exercises to simulate my job, so when I return to work I'm well prepared!  She is very knowledgeable, as well as Margaret and Jen too.  I HIGHLY recommend Northeast Rehab in Plaistow, they have done wonders for my rehab.

Had hip replacement, PT in Plastow was incredible.  Professional and highly knowledgeable I could not have recovered without them. I loved working with the two therapist they not only got me stronger but taught me the proper to do each exercise so I could do them at home. I wish I could continue going.

At the present time and in my past experiences all physical therapists at Northeast Rehab are very professional, excellent, helpful and kind.  I am currently going to the Plaistow, New Hampshire PT office and everyone is beneficial to my recovery not only at the in office sessions but in providing at home exercises that really show results.

I would highly recommend them. I am 95% back to full recovery thanks to the workouts Adam had me do and what he suggested I do at home. I, also, need to mention that I have been twice a week for the past month AND it has been less than two months since my knee surgery.  Thank you, Adam!!!

I severely injured my hand in September and needed surgery. I was told that there would be a long rehab in front of me. My orthopedic surgeon's office recommended Sarah at Northeast as the "best in the business" and I have gone from complete hand immobilization (six weeks in a cast/splint as there were two fractures as well as tendon involvement) to TYPING this review in less than two weeks. Sarah, you ARE the best. You are already giving me my life back, and you are kind, compassionate, caring, an tough where I need pushing. I know there is still a long road in front of me, but I'm so, so, so glad that I chose you to steer, guide, help and encourage me along it. If I could give more than five stars, I would. THANK YOU!

Ability Allies Physical Therapy

I started having hip pain during my pregnancy, and my husband referred me to Natalie. He'd had great success with her for some back pain he was having. She was able to get me right in! (YAY!) Her assessment, the work she did, and the work she showed me how to do - has literally saved my hips. I cannot recommend Ability Allies enough...my mom has MS and is working on strength training, and I have now referred her to Natalie.

Started going to PT here for my back at 30 weeks pregnant. Natalie and her team are incredible. I'm only a few sessions in and already am feeling better! Highly recommend!

I had a persistent plantar fasciitis and needed to prep for a running event. Upon hearing this Dr Natalie and Dr Nicole started treating my foot and did some trouble shooting to determine which treatments I responded best to. I am happy to report, in 4 short weeks, I was able to participate in my running event and still managed to reach my goals there. When I retired to care for my young grandson, I found that my mobility, strength and balance was not what I thought it was! Cray Physical Therapy - Braintree

I had been in PT with another organization. Every time I left I was confused. Given a photo copy of stretches and told to go home and do them.  Mickey Golden was referred to me by my Personal Trainer. He has been a Godsend    Took the time to diagnose me and put a healing program together.  I have been to PT in the past.  Feel very fortunate to have met Mickey.  He’s very strong and knows what he’s doing

For starters, parking has never been a problem at the Cray Weymouth location.. That is a big plus fo me. Danny is a terrific PT from all aspects. Always asks how you feel and have felt since your last session. The exercises are reasonable and doable and effective. Danny gets your muscles working but also knows how how to calm them down with deep massage techniques. Some of the exercises are completed in the adjacent location of a gym with state of the art equipment. It has only been five sessions but I can feel the difference in my neck and cervical spine.

I just completed 6 weeks of pt for a pinched nerve with Mickey Golden. I no longer have any pain. Before I went there I could barely sit. Mickey is knowledgeable and compassionate. He plays great music and sings!! I would highly recommend him and Cray PT.

It’s hard to get excited about PT  for a broken shoulder but northeast rehab is the BEST! Patrick is awesome and he’s done amazing work on my shoulder. These people are excellent! They are caring, sensitive to your needs, encouraging and supportive. I’ve seen progress in just two visits!  I highly recommend them for PT! And the facility is very clean and SAFE!

I have received excellent attention at NE Rehab.....and my low back pain is now manageable.  The custom exercise plan that was developed for me has strengthened my back, hips and legs and I have progressively experienced greater flexibility in routine movement.  There are no miracles but knowledgeable and dedicated PT staff can truly make a difference.

Organized. Scheduling is well done. Staff pleasanr, patient. Ready w ndiviualized Routine. Then home info for home exercise available immediately on e mail and back up paperwork. Amazing how simple movements help. Clean. Easy to get to.

Best rehab, PT . They follow protocol from the doctor and you work. They ..Mr Riviera and his staff took me during my treatment at Anna Jaques PT which was horrible. I had more movement with home PG, they didn't folliw protocol and my shoulder was freezing . With 4 visits I am so much better and I exercise the way I'm suppose to, plys ice us the massage. I recommend NRR to all they are the best in this area.
Down with AnnaJaques,no 7ce, no exercises they managed my shoulder thats about it. They AJ will ruin you. Go with NERH they are the best.

Mobility Plus Physical Therapy

I had never done physical therapy outside of my own internet experiences. I walked into Mobllity Plus very stiff and in a lot of pain. My pain subsided after one appointment!
I continued to do PT once or twice a week and ALL OF MY PAIN AND STIFFNESS WENT AWAY!  I have left with a plan to stop this from reoccurring. FIVE STARS FOR ME!!!!

I was nervous about finding a good Physical Therapist, as my husband had a bad experience with one several years ago but needed one due to a recent shoulder injury. I did my research and discovered Mobility Plus and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked in, Sue and Andrea were super nice and made you feel welcome. Craig and his team were extremely professional. He has a great system in place utilizing both heat and ice/stem at the end and really thoroughly accesses the injury and progress each visit. The team really works with you on strengthening and is both patient and professional with their clients. I would highly recommend Mobility Plus to family and friends and will definitely be back for future Physical Therapy needs.

Mobility Plus is the BEST!

I first met Craig at Hanover Day and I was training for the Boston Marathon and I was having problems with my leg and calf. I had been to the doctors and they didn't know what to do or how to correct it besides rest. Talking with Craig, he knew exactly what was wrong and had immediate steps. I decided that the 45 min commute to work with him was 100% worth it. Without him, I would of never been able to complete the Boston Marathon.

I recommend him and Mobility Plus to everyone- even if they don't live in Hanover.

Ps.. the staff is super friendly and helpful and everyone there (including other patients) seems like family.

I went in with shoulder pain and after my time with Craig and Chris, I left pain free! The team is friendly and made me feel completely comfortable while providing excellent service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for physical therapy to visit Craig @ Mobility Plus!

I started working with Patty at Mobility Plus after my  shoulder surgery. She and the entire team were great to work with and made my rehab very productive.  The Virus thing kind of got int the way but by keeping up with my exercises I was able to play a round of golf pain free after 5 months.

I was having issues from a work related incident. Luckily, I found and was able to make a SAME DAY appointment (today over the weekend) I was seen immediately upon evaluation and I look forward to future visits. Steven is amazing. At 43 years old I went camping for the first time in 18 years this last weekend. Sleeping in a tent, the ground got the better of me. In 45 minutes Steven was not only able to get me walking upright again but also got some very deep knots that have been building from the stresses of divorce. 10/10 would recommend. I was referred to Jillian McAlear earlier this year after my first bout of vertigo. She responded right away and scheduled a time to see me the following day.  Using her state-of-the-art technology she was able to identify and treat the cause of the vertigo.  I was amazed and very grateful that the vertigo could be resolved so quickly and effectively.
I would highly recommend Jillian to anyone having vertigo or dizziness issues.  She is professional, warm, highly competent, and immediately creates a sense of safety.

Jillian did a fabulous job helping treat my episodes with vertigo.  She helped me first learn all about the who, what, when, where and why of vertigo, then she put me through an arduous, but necessary, treatment program to help me deal with it.  Since being treated by Jillian, I have not suffered any further episodes (knock on wood).  I couldn't recommend her any higher.  If you're suffering from episodes of vertigo, get with Jillian ASAP. Jillian helped me more than I can say. I had a few bouts of vertigo and she came to the rescue. I so appreciated her assessment of the situation and precise method to help me with removing or moving crystals from my ear canals. I am so glad physical therapy has these specialties that can target neurological and balance issues. We are so fortunate to have her on Island. She even checked in with me to see how I was doing. I highly recommend her for balance and other issues.

My husband recently got Vertigo right after recovering from Covid. His Physical therapist referred us to Jillian McAlear, Maui Nero PT. It was a Godsent. Jillian is very knowledgeable, through and kind. She detected the issues explained well and provided with great exercises to follow through. My husband is doing so much better, and I feel that he will fully recover by following her directions. Entire process was very educational and to know there are ways to treat Vertigo and we have someone on Maui to help our community was a great relief.
