I love the community she has created, and even while on zoom for 18 months, that community is still strong. Now she offers both in person and zoom classes. Power Yoga + Pilates + Fitness

Hottest yoga room in the US with a powerful teacher. Absolutely amazing. The entire business is well organized and kind. Found my Vegas yoga home; can't wait to visit again on another trip.

When I relocated to Vegas my first and most important task was to find a new hot yoga studio. PYPF is absolutely the BEST spot in town. Not only do they offer a wide variety of classes, but they also have the greatest teachers. I truly enjoy being taught by my faves, Vladamir, Stacey and Kimberly. They each have their own unique coaching style which has truly expanded my flexibility, esp in the 26/2 classes. I am so glad I found this place!

If you like 26+2 yoga, Power Yoga's classes are exactly what you want.  The studio is spotlessly clean, and everyone is very pleasant.  Vladimir is an excellent instructor in the classic Bikram style, very encouraging and positive.  Highly recommended, if you like it HOT!  Kudos to Power Yoga + Pilates + Fitness!

I took the beginners Pilates class and it was sooo amazing. I think the owner was the teacher and she was soooo kind and helpful. I usually only do hot yoga but she definitely made me want to start doing Pilates!!! I will be back when I get more money lol!!

I absolutely love this yoga/Pilates studio. I have been going there for over 4 years and I absolutely love the staff and all the people who go to that studio. Everyone is so nice and all the teachers are amazing. The studio is always clean and beautiful. They are definitely the hottest studio in town. I love it.

Stretch Zone

I made an appointment for a 50 minute stretch at 8:00 am; I spoke personally with a woman (she called me back) who told me that 8:00 am on Dec. 26th (day after Christmas) was the soonest available.  I showed up 10 minutes early after driving 25 miles from North Durham and the door was locked...no one inside; I called at 8:10 am, hoping that the call would forward to someone...but I had to leave a message.  I left at 8:15 am and, before I returned to my car, I told the man in the exercise store (next to Stretch Zone) that I had an 8:00 am appointment and if anyone showed up, let them know that I was there on time; he had seen me arrive early.  He told me that the operation was known to have "management problems"; if the owner isn't the manager, he/she needs to get involved.  No business that does not value its customers' time will exist long; there is a low barrier to entry for this industry and existing competition in the area.  No need to waste any more of my time with an apology.  Customers who value their time should consider an alternative service.

Stacy is a top-notch practitioner at Stretchzone in Chapel Hill. She is warm, personable, knowledgeable and competent, and she displayed an intellectual curiosity that allowed me to see how dedicated and passionate she is about her work. I am impressed with her skills, and fully trust in her ability to effectively perform the stretches. I felt safe, listened to, and my body felt much better after our session. I highly recommend.

Had my first appointment and left feeling like I was walking on air. Judithe shared a ton of great information during my first experience.   The environment is friendly and relaxing.

First visit to Stretch Zone was amazing! The staff and music were very welcoming and relaxing making for a calm environment/atmosphere. Everything was clean and I could see staff using proper precautions.

Baker Rehab Group | Brain & Balance Center

I had a total knee replacement and feel that I was extremely fortunate that my surgeon recommended Baker Rehab Group. Monica came to my home for the first rehab session. All subsequent appointments at my home were with Jennifer. She was a great listener and gave wonderful feedback, suggestions and advice. Jennifer removed my bandages and staples with care and ease. I highly recommend Jennifer at Baker Rehab Group.

I had ankle surgery and currently non weight bearing. My PT John is amazing.  He keeps motivated and makes me stay focused and positive. I'm thankful for his home care. Great guy and very professional.

A full five star rating isn’t enough to express how grateful and pleased I am for the incredible team at Baker Rehab Group in Frederick. My mom who has multiple chronic conditions started OT and PT with them and the experience of working with the therapists helped her (us) make tremendous strides — not just during sessions but extending out on to our home and life outside. The entire staff really care about their clients, and in our experience and from what I’ve see in others, if you give 100%, they give you 200! The specialists are innovative problem solvers and helped overcome our challenges in ingenious ways that I don’t think can be matched anywhere else.The facility is never over crowded, and everyone always has a positive, encouraging and genuinely caring attitude. Good people— and it really makes a difference. I’d highly recommend Baker Rehab to anyone in need of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, and especially, as in our case, any elderly patient.

Six weeks ago I had total knee replacement and my surgeon arranged for home physical therapy through the Baker Rehab Group.  My physical therapist Carter visited me prior to surgery to check out any "dangerous" spots in my home as well as to teach me some exercises to do prior to surgery to get my knee stronger.  After surgery, Carter did home PT for two weeks and in that time, I became so much stronger and had a much better range of motion.  He was available to me by phone or text anytime I wanted.  He was easy to talk to and explained what we were doing and why.  My experience with him set me on an excellent path for recovery.  In fact, when  there was something I was concerned about, Carter called me and came by to see my concern for himself.  Now, that's dedication and service and going above and beyond anyone's expectations.

Over the past few months I have worked with Baker Rehab Group and have made significant progress on my strength, stamina and mobility.   This incredible progress was purely because of the outstanding professional physical therapy provided by Kelli Laffin.  However, the incredible benefits I received by going to Baker Rehab we’re even further amplified by the fact that every single employee I came in contact with at the clinic was gracious, supportive, caring and positive in every respect. They were great at their jobs, but are even better people. This is the second time I received from Baker Rehab. The first time I received wonderful care from Chelsea who remains a very valued friend. Thank you for the support, encouragement and expertise that allowed me to better my well being.

Capital Integrative Health

The whole practice is corrupt. We initially wanted to see the MD but was told that MD is not accepting new patients so were seen by an NP who ordered a huge panel of labs which insurance does not cover. After completion of the initial visit, when we returned to schedule a follow-up visit were told that we need to become member of the practice before this can be done and the membership is possible only by paying $ 69 dollars a month or $ 700 a year! This, I think, is unprofessional when these guys are charging the insurance company for each clinic visit and we would at best need 2-3 visits a year. Greed is like a bottomless pit!

the place seems nice with the sauna and the practice of acupuncture, my mom went and she did enjoy! I recommended her to the place after the Hiring managers who were cussing during my interview didnt feel like I was professional enough to work there but the Doctors are great at what they do

Dr Wong and his team are the best  primary care drs.  And what luck that they ALSO offer integrative  and more holistic medicine .  You get best of both worlds. Traditional medicine like if you need antibiotics, but also a nutritionist to help you recover more naturally with vitamins.   So many options for your well-being and staying healthy.  They are not like any other primary care. They want you to get well. They don't just want to drug you.   !!

Great team work; they are quick to respond to messages you send through your portal. The doctor took her time and explains things thoroughly; i never felt rushed. Dr. Cooper was referred to me by a friend. She and her staff of physical and occupational therapists are great. They listen patiently to your physical concerns and then they address them all. The staff is really nice but the doctor would have multiple patients at one time and wouldn't really pay attention to if I was doing the exercise correctly. My injuries actually got worse while working with them.

My mother fell while dancing at a party a week before we set an appointment with Dr. Atenolov. Our Primary doctor referred us to his clinic to have my mother seen with regards to her balance and back pain issues. I called the clinic and they were able to take us in within 2 days. My mother can’t stand on her 1 foot without wobbling. She has low back pain radiating to back of her thighs and numbness on her feet. For years she said it feels like she wearing socks even though she’s not. When we came to the office, Dr. Atenolov explained what he does, what does his clinic work on. The PT and OT for my Mom will be individualized. I took my father in his clinic too to check for his slow gait as he had previous stroke before. During the consult, my Mom can stand on her one foot within 4 secs. and she was wobbly while doing that. My Mom was prescribed to do PT and OT for 8 weeks 3 times a week. Dr. Atenolov ordered diagnostic tests also just to see if there is something in their brain or lumbar spine. The Physical therapists, occupational therapists in his clinic are very patient with my elderly parents, attentive, highly skilled, and they made my parents laugh. The receptionists who answers the phone are very friendly and accommodating with my parents therapy schedules. We’re only a month after my Mom’s therapy and what a big difference. My mother’s numbness in her feet has decreased tremendously, her low back pain has tremendously decreased. My mother can stand on 1 foot for 20 seconds now, can tolerate walking in the treadmill for 10 mins., can do Zumba for 3 mins. and she doesn’t walk with support from sitting on a chair then walking to the restroom. I am thankful to know that there is help for people with balance issues or even being a fall risk. This is an outpatient setting. Mow my mother is not afraid to walk or dance anymore. We still have a month to go to work on her endurance in walking for 20 mins. and she wants to dance the boogie again as her goal. My father’s gait has improved so as his balance. He doesn’t hike his shoulders anymore when stepping off a curb. He only did the PT session for 1 month and it was a big improvement. I am so grateful to Dr. Atenolov and his wonderful staffs.

Pivot PT - Newark (Center Pointe Plaza)

Yes, because as I previously the office in Newark, with Greg and the grew. They showed professionalism, friendly and caring. The place was always clean, they cleaned as the equipment or chairs we used were sanitized. Starting from the reception to the technical. I felt comfortable and safe. Very knowledgeable in their work. I would recommend anyone to attend there.

Excellent staff especially Minki. Focused on my needs, clear explanation of why I was doing different exercises both in office and at home. The work we did together helped a lot. Would recommend Pivot and this particular group!

Menki is respectful, professional, honest, humble and knowledgeable. The Associates and Menki along with Selena are friendly, passionate and always puts the patient first. The workers treat people like human beings.   Everyone at Pivot work very hard and they accommodate patients to the patients' needs. The Pivot Physical Therapy workers  have a lot of energy .
I pray that God will continue to bless them so they will always be a blessing to other people.

My experience is excellent with my physical therapy this is my second time back because I choose to go back because the therapist there are trustworthy and that’s important to me as a client. Soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile and warm hospitality (like family) the therapist work with you to help them and yourself have a better understanding on what’s going on with you and that also helps them evaluate you better. They listen and care for they’re clients as if you were one of their family members and that’s what bedside manner and working for a better outcome is all about when dealing with patients/clients. Dr. Donahue was extremely kind and explained my injury in easy to understand  detail. He then laid out the plan for my treatment.
The staff was also very friendly  and knowledgeable. The woman working the reception desk at the entry was a delightful woman greeting everyone with a smile.  She also wished everyone leaving the office  a wonderful day. My whole experience was very positive.

I see why Dr Maxson gets such rave reviews. I saw him today for the first time and I’m so happy that I have found him. As busy as he is, he made me feel like I was important as a patient. Front office staff were very nice, doctors are competent and thorough. My only complaint is that I was there for THREE HOURS before I was called back (which was 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time). I’m sure they are busy for good reason—but next time, I will bring my laptop so I can work while I wait. The wait did not deter me from scheduling my surgery with them. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Miranda and his staff!

Danica Center for Physical Therapy & Pilates

I fractured my tibia this summer and couldn’t return home to Brooklyn. Sabina was a source of great comfort during my recovery, and I looked forward to our appointments. She helped me regain mobility in my knee through massage and exercise during office appointments and the home exercise routines she provided. She suggested inexpensive tools to help with the swelling in my limb and foot and also gave me hope that things would eventually get better. Finally, she provided me with techniques that enabled me to comfortably use stairs, which enabled me to return home. I highly recommend Danica.

I've suffered from chronic constipation for most of my 62 years. I have seen doctors and specialists from New York to Boston. Despite following all their recommendations, including a no wheat, high fiber, low processed food diet, with plenty of water and exercise, and all manner of herbal remedies, I have struggled to be regular. Until I began Pelvic Floor Therapy with Dr. Sabina Busby. There's a whole beautiful system of muscles and nerves that keep the bowels moving and somehow they forget how to coordinate so that the right ones are relaxing while others are working. Sabina did a very thorough take in evaluation and understood precisely what I needed and proceeded to teach me to retrain my muscles. In my case the results were rather fast and I quickly got into a proper routine and "process of elimination". I am very impressed with her knowledge and intuition. I'm whistling Dixie these days. I can very enthusiastically recommend Dr. Sabina Busby. She's a superstar in my book.

As I was being discharged post-surgery, my urologist again stressed the importance of working with a physical therapist who specialized in pelvic floor reconstructionion.

“Ya right,” I thought, “good luck to me, I live in Salisbury, CT. I guarantee the nearest qualifier is going to be at least an  hour away”

Imagine my surprise when I found Danika’s less than twenty minutes away. Not only do they provide the exact treatment I required, but my therapist, Sabina Busby got her doctorate in it! Her partner (and mother) also has a DPT.

While I’m grateful for the knowledge and skill of my surgeon, I can honestly say my recovery would not have been as successful without Dr. Busby.

To start, their location is exactly what you’d imagine a place of healing and therapy should look like. Every detail - from the Danielle Mailer art on the wall, to sun splashed studio space - promotes healing and relaxation.

This is my first experience with a physical therapist. If you have never seen one, it is one of the healthiest things I’ve ever done. Sessions were driven by goal setting and conversation. The longer sessions provide/ ample opportunities to get any questions answered as we complete targeted exercises. Dr. Busby is also an excellent story teller, and the healing was accompanied by a lot of laughter.

We’re lucky to have Danika’s in the neighborhood. I’m grateful 🙂

Both Bente and Sabina are detail oriented professionals who care about their patients and bring a wealth of knowledge to their practice. Bente helped me with my PT after a shoulder surgery. With her help, I was able to get back to playing competitive tennis again and regain my shoulder flexibility and strength.

Bente has a great understanding of body movement. As part of my treatment program, she helped me learn exercises to enhance my core flexibility, ultimately offloading pressure from my shoulder. I got more benefit from a few sessions with Bente than years of pre-surgery PT at HSS in New York. I continue to go back to her and Sabina whenever my shoulder flares up or if something else is bothering me. I trust Sabina and Bente and would highly recommend either professional for anyone who is looking for the highest quality PT treatment!

Physical Therapy is a very personal experience. I have had a lot of experience with pt in recent years. Every therapist has shown me how to do the exercises and follow a regimen that will make me better. But it wasn’t until I met Bente/Sabina @ Danica that I was shown how to heal.

The studio is beautiful and soothing and filled with light. For me that is important. There is no question that I am cared for from the moment I walk through the door, and for an hour each week ( sometimes more) my team at Danica helps me focus solely on what I need to move forward on the path to health.

I travel more than 45 minutes each way to visit Danica. There are many other physical therapists closer to my home. But physical therapy is a very personal experience. And Danica is where I chose to be.
