Yes, because as I previously the office in Newark, with Greg and the grew. They showed professionalism, friendly and caring. The place was always clean, they cleaned as the equipment or chairs we used were sanitized. Starting from the reception to the technical. I felt comfortable and safe. Very knowledgeable in their work. I would recommend anyone to attend there.

Excellent staff especially Minki. Focused on my needs, clear explanation of why I was doing different exercises both in office and at home. The work we did together helped a lot. Would recommend Pivot and this particular group!

Menki is respectful, professional, honest, humble and knowledgeable. The Associates and Menki along with Selena are friendly, passionate and always puts the patient first. The workers treat people like human beings. Everyone at Pivot work very hard and they accommodate patients to the patients' needs. The Pivot Physical Therapy workers have a lot of energy . I pray that God will continue to bless them so they will always be a blessing to other people.

Beyond satisfied with the results from my physical therapy. Craig was able to relieve the pain I've had in my neck for months. Couldn't not be more happy. Definitely recommend!

My experience is excellent with my physical therapy this is my second time back because I choose to go back because the therapist there are trustworthy and that’s important to me as a client. Soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile and warm hospitality (like family) the therapist work with you to help them and yourself have a better understanding on what’s going on with you and that also helps them evaluate you better. They listen and care for they’re clients as if you were one of their family members and that’s what bedside manner and working for a better outcome is all about when dealing with patients/clients. I give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Because I have 5 star ⭐️ therapists working with me. You may hear people say I felt worst leaving therapy but not here. If you are in need of Quality care with fantastic atmosphere you won’t go wrong coming here. Since the first day at Pivot Physical Therapy and speak with my therapist I understand my condition better then I ever have and I look forward to my next appointment. People orientated with professionalism that stands out above the rest. Soon as you walk in the door you feel it.
