San Andrés Branch, 24 hours a day.

Today Saturday Nov 11th at 1:20am. It was closed, staff inside the store comments that it is closed.
Very bad willingness to work. I add photo.

Regular because you need one thing and there is no one to attend to you, you stand in line to pay and they are the same as the oxo with the second closed box, they should have the 2 boxes always open on the floor, they should have 1 person specifically to serve the customer in the pharmacy minimum 3 serving nomad has one and the others hidden in the warehouse and the line is very long

Respect to the theme of the excellent establishment! In terms of the staff, TERRIBLE managers or managers of this establishment, what happens with their staff? There are 2 guys who ALWAYS have that detail with them, they keep the place closed and they don't attend to it. The worst thing of all is that they get haughty, I wish they could fix that detail. please.

They can improve their service by delegating more people at the checkout when more than 10 people accumulate in the pharmacy line, instead of leaving the entire position to 1 employee

Wayyyy over priced on common , usually CHEAP meds. ALWAYS check price FIRST ! Price in U S is literally 1 /10 of what they charged.

They serve you well at the store... but they never answer the phone. You have to go branch by branch to look for your medication.

The pharmacy cashier has a very bad attitude

Good cleaning, there are usually people asking for money, after 1:30 am they close the doors and although it is 24 hours they usually don't listen to you, therefore the night service is bad.

Clean and stocked, but be careful with the prices, often wrong.

Arrogant, they don't want to sell prescription medication and all the doctor and patient data, terrible

GNC Piedras Negras

This city decorated all the main intersection when festive its around the corner and it looks awesome

Clean. Always a very busy store. Higher prices. But better quality. Cood customer service. I went there lots of times..different hours...busy.  Covered parking. Sometimes long checkout lines.

Great place and the people that works there are very helpful

Great fruit assortment spice assortment bakery dont forget to ask for pizza dough they prepare for you to make your own at home
Small frozen section but ok and weekends they grill outdoora whatever meats you buy for a tip to the cook awesome!!!

Hey, I don't know why the previous reviewer was so frustrated with this pharmacy. One person had a bad experience only once in the last 365 days and because of this, he is throwing a tantrum, the pharmacy deserves five stars because of their commitment to being open doors for us 24 hours a day.

The floor was dirty and the music very loud

It's good, it's 24 hours and that's a big point in its favor because there's nothing open nearby, there are also healthy options among their snacks, at night there's a man who orders but he's friendly, the bad thing is that sometimes they lack staff and it takes them a long time to run from the photo area to the pharmacy and from there to the checkout.

Good place to find medicines and other items in an emergency open 24 hours a day

Where can you report an extremely arrogant and despotic cashier who is in the pharmacy located on Av 16 de Septiembre in Piedras Negras Coah???

I like that they accept banorte payments since the oxxos don't accept it, it's just that the service is terrible, they take very long.

Excellent attention, everything very organized and clean, any questions the employees will answer you. They have a variety of products for the home, from cleaning items and food products.

Excellent, there is everything and good prices but it is very busy, it is always full.

Soriana Híper Piedras Negras

I love this shopping store i always go wild buying deodorant, sweet bread,  beer, and chips to bring home and enjoy for the weekend

Awful customer service, every time you go. A/C never on, very hot. If is raining, you have to be careful with a 1000 buckets on the  floor because of the roof  leaks. 20 register lanes and only 2 open always. I stopped going there time ago and everytime I go back its worse. I hope I learn my lesson. I hate that place.

Although prices are fine,  you need to wait lots of time due to long lines to pay your shopping. This store only uses as many as 5 cashiers when they have about 15 places,  more personnel needed,  mostly on weekends.

About a year later and same story: too much waiting time for paying goods. From 15 places to pay, only two of them were working.  I had to wait about 12~15 minutes, that's a waste of time and it's even worst if you're buying goods that need to be frozen or at least refrigerated, temperature outdoors is over 100°F and it takes an average of 15 minutes to get home.
Same story, long lines waiting to be served by a cashier.
This store needs to consider waiting time for us as customers.

Very good place to do groceries, Beer And authentic Mexican food,lots of parking and pharmacy the food court has very good food an economic price

Went to eat Chinese food, the food was good but it was so cold there.  Doors were wide open , no concern for customers but thats the attitude in pierdas negras. Come of you if you want or not we dont care.
