Chem-Dry On The Shore

My sisters and I were left to close up our Mother’s house after she died . She had an oriental rug that had been used and not cleaned for many years .I contacted ChemDry on the Shore for advice and an evaluation of whether it could be saved .
Given that I am from out of town , they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. They went above and beyond in their customer service . The rug was cleaned and it looks great . I had them come clean my couch and WOW! They did an amazing job, got all the stains out, it smells so fresh and clean, and it was at a great price! They also sent me a handwritten thank you letter for using their company. 10/10! Highly recommend!!!!!!

My experience with Chem Dry was top notch from the very beginning. The staff was so kind and professional. The quality of work was great and I felt like the price was well worth how everything turned out. We will definitely use them again in the future!

The crew that came out was very professional and did a good job. I would recommend them to anyone. Although I did find a few minor streaks and called the company and they are sending someone to look at the streaks. I am well please with the work.

We had our entire house with a tile floor cleaned with Chem-Dry.  There were some very stubborn dried areas of paint and dry wall dust.  This team of professionals were amazing and very thorough.  I can't say enough about what a great job they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chem-Dry on The Shore!

Rug Doctor

I rented the new edition of Rug Doctor Pro machine. (Red)  The spray pattern is very narrow with 1 spray nozzle compared to the older machines.  It's not the full width of the machine.  Although it did a good job cleaning, when I plugged in the hose attachment it kept the spray going on the machine instead of the hose attachment and dumped alot of the solution on the carpet before I realized what was happening. .  Yes I had the  switch on the machine in the correct position. I'll look for a used older model for sale at a pawn shop to buy before I rent another one of these machines.

Good carpet cleaner rental.  Easy to use. They definitely over charge for the small upholstery attachment, especially for what you're getting, what you're doing with it, and for how long. But overall very useful and effective.

The rug doctor left streaks behind when I used it. It just did not effectively clean my carpets. The carpet was streaked and spotty looking after using the rug doctor and this was after going over the carpet 6-7 times. Never again will I rent a rug doctor to clean my carpets.

Maids provided excellent service. Booking was easy, although scheduling weeks out. Notifications and follow up were timely and all as agreed. The Ivory team did a thorough and careful cleaning job and were a pleasure to work with

The blue team was absolutely amazing.  They were very professional, and made every minute of their time worthy..  looking forward to having them again.  Great job,  great team highly recommend this company..

I have used The Maids for many years. Their service is very good. They always arrive within their scheduled window of service. Their employees are always trustworthy, courteous, friendly, and hard working. They respond to special requests if possible, and always correct the occasional problem. Hardwood floors are done by hand and always look great. The office staff are also very courteous and helpful with anything that comes up. I have recommended them to friends who also like their service.

I have been using The Maids for at least 10 years. The teams are very conscientious of doing a superb job. There has only been a couple times in all those years that some dusting got missed. Today the Blue team came and they did an exceptional job! I love that they shine and polish the stainless steel appliances. My house always feels and smells so clean after they leave. Kwik Dry Floor and Upholstery Care

My first contact with the company was with Melissa.  She was so nice and helpful.

The company sent Lucas Gillette to clean my 2 chairs and 1 couch.  Lucas did an excellent job.   He was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable.   I will use Kwik Dry again.  This is a great company.

Kenneth was professional, thorough and explained each procedure ( air vent cleaning) to me, answering all my questions as well as doing a stellar job on our sofa, arm chair and ottoman - restoring them to their former glory.
His attention to detail was second to none.  I have already booked more services with Kwik Dry based on this positive experience!

SERVPRO of North Kanawha and Teays Valley

Was very disappointed with the service I received.  A technician came to give me an estimate and I had asked on average what the cost might be. I had water that needed to be cleaned up due to a backed up toilet.
Received a call about 5pm and was told the estimate was $2100 because the drywall would need to be removed.  There was no water damage to the walls.
I said all I wanted was the water clean up what would the cost be.   They would have to rework it and call me back in a little bit.
I called them the next day around 10am to find out what the issue was.
They were busy
technician was busy his boss was busy
Since I didn’t like the estimate it was placed at the bottom of the pile.
Such terrible customer service.  I advised the technician that telling me they were busy and had placed my request at the bottom of the pile my needs were of no concern to them.
Will never call or recommend this company to anyone.

ServPro did an excellent job restoring our home. They sent the best team with Jasmine, Vicky, Nicole, Timothy and Brittany. Their work was superb and they were very friendly, professional and courteous. They made a stressful time less stressful and I’m grateful to them!

Timmy smart and Nicole Austin did a great job drying out our home We feel like we could not have had a better crew to come and do the job. They were very Thorough and knowledgeable. We were extremely satisfied with their work.

Servpro came out the same day we had a major leak. While it was a stressful time, John y, Timmy, John A and Brandon were extremely empathic and professional. They help assess our damage and ensured we were on the path to fix ASAP. John Y stayed in contact daily, treated our home like it was his own. I would highly recommend.

Marcus and Micheal were absolutely professionals. They were on time, answered all my questions and took care of drying out the water and removing the mold caused by it. This water leak was at a home we had just closed on 2 weeks prior and we were a bit heartbroken. These two made me feel like they cared about us and our home. They even went the extra mile to help look for my cat that was distraught  by all the commotion and hadn't been seen for 24 hours. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen, they helped make a tough situation bearable.  Nice and more nice, polite and respectful 100%. They are indeed a great credit to the guy that employs them. They made me believe from the get go that we were in the best of hands. I would recommend this company and most specifically Marcus and Michael to anyone needing water and mold abatement.

Called to have rugs cleaned mentioned dog odor which is dog sweat.  We just replaced our rugs and invested well in our home.  The man was combative and did not know our circumstance.  I would not choose this company if you have pets.  I loved Chem Dry when i was in NC but here they are unprofessional.  Combative not customer first.  They could of spoke the truth

Great job cleaning the carpet!  Our carpet had some significant stains and they went the extra effort to get the stains out. Carpet looks new now. Dry time was quick too. Only about 3 hours. Would definitely recommend them.

Marietta Maids

Marietta Maids has been such an amazing blessing in a time of stress.  My mom was diagnosed with incurable cancer and after undergoing chemo and then a bone marrow transplant, she really needed to focus on recovery vs cleaning. She also needed a very clean environment for those first few months after the transplant. My siblings and I all live 2-5hrs away so we weren’t able to be there to help. I live in Michigan so finding local help was a must.

My parents live in a very rural area outside of Lowell and finding someone to help them was challenging…until I called Missy at Marietta Maids.  They jumped right in, even circumventing a bridge under repair that made the already long drive even longer during much of mom’s recovery. My mom is an independent person and has never had help in her home like this so she was reluctant to accept the help at first.  But Missy and team were friendly, kind, and very hard workers… impressing my mom and her VERY picky standards… not an easy feat!  Knowing we could count on this help eased our worries and mom (and dad) looked forward to the regular service.  Thank you Marietta Maids… you were truly angels!

Missy and her team are wonderful. They have always shown up early and gotten the job done quickly and very efficiently. They did great work for us, and I would highly recommend them many times over! Really easy to work with!

If you want an exceptional cleaning job, this is the place to call. Two girls showed up and they are like white lightning. They accomplished so much and did everything I had asked and put on my list. They don't talk on their cell phones and they don't even want to take a break or stop for a cold drink. Very detailed and very professional. I will definitely have them again.

We contacted a few local cleaning services and selected Marietta Maids due to communication, schedule and fee structure.  The job was to clean our house to prepare it for sale - they arrived on time, brought everything needed, went right to work, and did a good job with everything.  As they left, they offered to come back the next day (Sunday) if we thought of more things we could use help with - and we took them up on their offer.  Very grateful for their willingness to help with additional tasks and happy with all the work they did for us.

PuroClean of Western Reserve

PuroClean of Chardon was perfect in every way possible!! The office staff, crew and managers were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, trustworthy and professional. They took a stressful, toxic, gross and very difficult remediation situation and somehow made it fun to have them around, plus they completely took my stress away. They really cared about me, my home & making my home clean & safe again and it showed. Everything they did, every step of the extensive project was done to perfection!  Also, I made sure they had plenty of fluids all day long and fed them lunch almost everyday. I feel it’s really important to show your respect to people you hire. They are not just workers in your home, they are your guests.

Jessica and Emily were very kind and sweet ladies. Any questions or concerns that I had they took time out to get the answers. They did an excellent job on cleaning my attic. Jordan, Jessica and Emily were a fantastic team. We had water damage in our entire basement, and they efficiently carried out all of the damaged furniture and items and cleaned the entire basement. They consulted with me about everything and listened to our. requests.  I would highly recommend this company and this team to anyone!

I wish I could give this team ten stars! They were amazing, efficient and an empathetic and helpful presence when my basement flooded during the August storms. Jordan and Jessica were fantastic, talking my elderly Mom through the process and restoring some beloved heirlooms that we thought were going to have to be destroyed. Carpet Cleaning Premier Chem-Dry of NW Florida

I was able to get a appointment with two days of calling and the service was fantastic. The gentleman that came was friendly and quick. Our carpets had soil marks from pets and was definitely weathered and looked practically new after the treatment. I would highly recommend this business for their customer service, quality and price. I was very satisfied by the end product and bill for our carpet treatments.

I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who cleaned the carpets but he was friendly and professional. He explained what we needed to know and got the job done pretty quickly. He showed up about 4 minutes past the 30 minute window which is as good as on time to me and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. The house smells nice but not overpowering. I’d use their services again and I recommend them to others as well.

Besides the fact that I love the feeling of the carpets and that there is no chemical type smell after having the carpets cleaned by any of the Chem-Dry services, this particular Chem-Dry of NW Florida did a great job! The technician was very kind, did a great job, and also didn't take as long as I thought he would. Very Impressed and will use them again!

Contacted Chem Dry in November and scheduled an 11/30 appointment.  We moved all of our furniture and provided them our gate code and door code.  11/30 they called said all went well, carpets came out very clean and requested a CC for payment.   We returned home in December to discover we had been scammed! Carpets had NOT been cleaned AT ALL.
First I contacted AMEX and reported the fraud.  Next I called Chem Dry to complain.  William did not seem surprised, was not very apologetic and said he could only reschedule.  We rescheduled for 12/26 and moved all of the furniture a second time.  This time they no showed!  I called again and William made more excuses.  Beware of this scam clearly trying to take advantage of out of town owners.

First time they came out, the technician left dirty marks which what appeared to be from their shoes or equipment, sent photos and they came back again a 2nd time - 2nd time...technician wore gloves that bled yellow coloring all onto the couch - $6,500 couch..... technician acknowledged his gloves leaked onto the couch and tried cleaning it again..- didn't work- used another Chem Dry franchise that spent 4+ hours trying to reverse the damage and they couldn't even do it(I believe we paid $800 for this visit). They suggested I file a claim with these guys since they have insurance for such purposes.  When I reached out to them and sent them photos, they said they'd get back to me and that was over a month ago.

We just purchased this condo, and the previous owners had a cat. With the humidity in Florida I didn’t want the carpets very wet. Chem Dry was great, the carpets were dry in about 1-1/2 hours. The technician, Brandon was friendly and very professional. The stains came out and the condo smells great. Thank you, if need be I will gladly call you again.

I would highly recommend Premier Chem-Dry of NW FL!!! The gentleman that did the work for us was so professional. He arrived right on time and he went straight to work. He cleaned the carpet upstairs, an oriental rug downstairs, and all the downstairs which is Travertine tile. It doesn’t even look like the same stone tile! I am more than pleased and I will use them again for sure!
