I had a major mold disaster in my basement caused mostly by a company I was using at the time. I contacted PuroClean to come out and take over the job for me. I had a lot of concerns and David actually listened to my concerns! His crew came out and busted their tails DAILY - seriously they were out here till 7 some afternoons! They cleaned up their messes DAILY! They communicated everything they were doing with me and every single employee was nice and respectful! I would recommend them to anyone.

The installers were the greatest and were hard workers, especially TJ. They went out of their way to help us in every way possible. I highly recommend PuroClean. They're a great company.

We indicated we most liked David (& company's) because "Professional" covers all the positive points of his service. PuroClean provided us a fair estimate, responded timely, did an excellent job of mold removal, old insulation removal, crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier installation. Their prices are competitive and work product is excellent. As promised, David followed a year later to ensure everything was working as it should. The best compliment I can give any company is "They do what they say they will do." Hats off to David and PuroClean.

David and his crew are to be commended for the work they did for my wife and I.  We had a serious issue with our cabin that needed professional cleaning and carpet repair.  PuroClean did a fantastic job for us.  We were so surprised when we walked in after the job was complete.  What was pretty much a disaster was gone! Floor Medic

Professional, affordable and so helpful. He arrived quickly after we got home from vacation to a leak and checked our house consistently through the Thanksgiving holiday. Forever grateful to Floor Medic! We thought we would have to tear out drywall but we got dried up within about a week!

When we discovered water-soaked carpeting in our bonus room, we called Chad. He responded to our call immediately and worked throughout the weekend to dry out our subfloor and insulation. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on each of his return visits. You could tell he takes pride in his work, and it was refreshing to find someone so reliable to provide this service. Chem-Dry of East Alabama

This is my first time using this company Chem-Dry. I have used Peaches ‘n’ Clean and Stanley Steamer for years and every time they come out when they leave I can still smell pet odor and over half the stains are still in my carpet with them. Houston and Cassin came out today from Chem-Dry of Auburn, Al and absolutely knocked it out of the park! They got every single little tiny stain out of the carpet in my living room and my master bedroom and they used some pet odor solution in my carpet not only looks brand new and absolutely amazing but smells amazing! This carpet in my house is over 35 years old and it looks BRAND NEW AGAIN! They have the best prices! I 100% recommend Chem-Dry to everyone! I am so glad I called them!!! Houston and Cassin are extremely good at what they do! Absolute professionals! They even moved all my furniture for since they could see I’m a single mother with two daughters and could not move this heavy furniture on my own! I am beyond amazed at how good Chem-Dry is! Love love love them! If you want your carpets clean you absolutely need to call Chem-Dry! And I personally vouch for Houston and Cassin. They have many services they offer! Timely and experienced. The cost was reasonable and the carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction.

On time, friendly respectful workers. I first used them to clean 2 large area rugs and 2 bedroom carpets. Then I had them come back and clean my couch. Very pleased and even asked them to redo a couple spots and they were more than happy to do it. Competitive pricing.  Would use again.

Great service, spilled red wine on my brand new ottoman. Was able to bring it straight to them and the red wine stain was out in a matter of minutes. Will be going back for any of my cleaning needs.

Great work by the Chem-Dry team of east Alabama. The team of two young gentlemen protected the home and tried their best to restore carpets to new. I was most impressed by the time they took to clean an old couch that was in desperate need of cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed with the efforts on restoring this old couch to like new.

I needed 2 rugs cleaned within the week and Chem Dry was wonderful to work with! My house smells so fresh after getting our pet’s odor removed from our rugs. I look forward to the next time I work with Chem Dry!

I was desperate for help with getting my home clean when I realized that I would have relatives staying with me for a little while. A friend of mine told me about The Maids of Auburn and after reaching out, they came to the rescue! They were very professional, and thorough. They cared about getting the job done the right way! Chem-Dry Of Georgia

I have used this Chem Dry for many years and was very disappointed with their recent service.  Furniture was not replaced, plastic protectors were not used under the furniture, one rug did not look as clean as before and technician left white soap spots all over my hard wood floors.  I now have to mop 3 rooms of hard wood floors.  Not happy with this service at all.

Jeremies was super polite and professional. He asked questions about the stains and applied multiple times what was necessary,  to get the job done. I am happy with the results and will call upon Chem Dry in the future.

Great experience from start to finish! Communications were always pleasant and professional. They even sent a reminder text the day before! The carpets looked great and they got out stains that I really didn't think they could. Very, very happy with the service we received 🙂

Carpets looked brand new when done. He also added something for any pet smell so it would not return.
