Our carpets had soil marks from pets and was definitely weathered and looked practically new after the treatment. I would highly recommend this business for their customer service, quality and price. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who cleaned the carpets but he was friendly and professional. He explained what we needed to know and got the job done pretty quickly. He showed up about 4 minutes past the 30 minute window which is as good as on time to me and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone. The house smells nice but not overpowering. I’d use their services again and I recommend them to others as well.

Besides the fact that I love the feeling of the carpets and that there is no chemical type smell after having the carpets cleaned by any of the Chem-Dry services, this particular Chem-Dry of NW Florida did a great job! The technician was very kind, did a great job, and also didn't take as long as I thought he would. Very Impressed and will use them again!
