We recently had our carpets cleaned by this business. We chose to go with them because many people in my local facebook group spoke highly of them. I hoped for cleaner carpets (medium expectations). They were really exceptional, from setting up the appointment, the actual service (very clean carpets, going over my more dirty areas twice, taking great care with the house and furniture, etc.), and one of the most pleasant house-work experiences I can remember. I highly recommend and will use again!

Awesome service. Worth the price! They do all the extra things to add value to their service. And they are terrific friendly people. 5* experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing to clean carpets and furniture — especially if you have pets!

I had my couch and loveseat cleaned today. The technician was wonderful. He did a great job! Only took 2 hours to completely dry, with the help of a fan.

I have used Suck it Up cleaning for 3 years I am very happy with the personal and polite service.  They are always on time, or early. Communication is excellent.  I’m always satisfied and relieved after I have my carpets cleaned.  I have dogs and they do a great job helping me with some of those challenges.  Recently I had our grout done, what a difference!!

Customer service was great. Very responsive setting up an appointment. I wasn't there for the actual cleaning but the carpets looked great when I returned home! My mother said the guy who came was very nice and informative on carpet care. He helped move some of the furniture that she couldn't  due to her back and was on time !

Cayden was quite a young man. Not only did he give our carpet and rug a textbook clean but he was very respectful and went out of his way to show reverence to me as a vet. His cousin is a US Marine and holds him in high esteem. It is refreshing to see someone with thatkind of dignity and work ethic at the same time. He is an ASSET to his company.

They consistently go above and beyond! They are efficient, friendly but professional. Their cleaning is top-notch! I recommend using the Maids!

We have been doing a lot of landscaping and projects ourselves over the last couple of months so while I've been doing the normal cleaning and mopping I needed to do a more thorough cleaning of baseboards, cabinets, wiping down the walls, etc and just didn't want to do it. We've never had someone come clean our house for us but my husband scheduled for The Maids to come out, he stated we wanted any surfaces we, the kids, and our dog touch to be cleaned and specifically stated the cabinets and baseboards as examples and they said they could do that. Our house is just under 1600 sq ft. The Maids had two women come to clean for 1.5 hours and a third person showed up to help the last hour, the kids and I went outside to play to stay out of their way so when they left after 1.5 hours I figured everything would be done because I can clean the house myself in less than one hour and doing the normal cleaning plus what we asked them to do would take me about two hours. Well unfortunately when they left and I really looked at things I found that they pretty much only went over everything that was already clean.....they wiped down the sinks, counters, showers, swept, and mopped. They did not dust the mantle, did not clean the coffee table, did not dust off the tv, did not wipe down the walls, did not clean any baseboards, did not clean a single cabinet in the whole house, they cleaned the toilets but not the outside bowls or down where the screws attach them to the floor (if that isn't clean then the toilet is not clean!), and they mopped the bathroom floors but not around the toilets. I'm not sure what cleaner they use to clean with but our tubs and toilets have never had rings around them before and a few days after the Maids cleaned our tubs and toilets had rings around them, like their cleaners left residue behind and dirt ceiling to it. They did a great job sweeping and mopping the floor in the main leaving space and hallway.....that's the only positive. I do not mind paying someone to come do the job we asked them to do and The Maids is not the cheapest company out there which I'm fine with but when The Maids left my house I spent over an hour cleaning my house to do everything they didn't do which we specifically requested to be done so it made their visit a complete waste of our money! My husband was planning to set it up so they came out every 2-4 weeks for basic cleaning if things went well with the first visit......it took 3 people the same amount of time it takes me to thoroughly clean our house and they didn't even clean it, I think I will stick to cleaning the house myself.

I was amazed with the service that The Maids provided when they showed up to my house! They were down one team member, but the teamwork was still great. The owner/manager also came out at one point to help out so that everyone could stay on schedule. I could not believe how fast they worked. They are not kidding when they say that every surface of your house is cleaned when they work on your house. What I loved most was how this team of people did what I could do in an entire day or two, in just a few hours. We did a professional clean with them before putting our house on the market, and all I could think was that I wish I had used this service sooner. The whole experience was worth every penny. These women are great!

I had used them a couple of years ago for nearly year. So I was totally surprised by the poor job they did. They didn't clean under our bed in the master bedroom, put the sheets on the wrong ( the sheets have tags that say top/ bottom and sides). We had to redo them. Also, the master bath shower was barely wiped down, much less scrubbed down and sanitized as previously done. They had no cleaning supplies. I supplied toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner, and Murphy's for my wood floors. They used powdered cleanser on my porcelain sinks ( left them scratched and gritty). I called to report and received no help. I called back two weeks later and asked for a partial refund, to which they said they would check with the owner. Never heard back. By the way I paid almost $200.00 for this. Do not recommend them.

I can't thank your company enough.  We were in the process of moving and our new home was completed earlier than expected.  I had not cleaned for at least two or three weeks due to packing and appointments.  We also had our daughters German Shepherd living with us.  I was embarrassed that my daughter, Christina Engel, even hired someone to come in and see my (usually clean) house.  My husband and I are in our seventies and after moving, to think of having to go back to the former house and thoroughly clean would have been over and above my coping ability.  We thank you for the great service and spotless cleaning.  As soon as my daughter and I went back to look at the house, we opened the door and could smell the cleaning products and we were sure everything was fresh and spotless - and it was.  I even posted how wonderful The Maids are on my Facebook timeline.  I will be more than happy to give you five stars.  You earned them.  Also, the card left said we had the  "orange team".  Orange team, whoever you are, thank you and God bless you for all you did.

House and Order LLC

I was unimpressed by their cleaning services, but I would give them 3 stars. However, I continue to get appointment reminders since I had them clean my apt. I did not make these appointments. The phone number on the reminders doesn’t work. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. And the phone number on their website doesn’t work. Very frustrating. At least they have not charged me thus far. Just be careful if you chose to give them your credit card information.

I tried and tried to like this company. Everything started well (except for the price. Roughly double what I was paying in Cincinnati) about 2 years ago. The first crew I got was good and usually showed up on time but after 8-12 months the people cleaning changed about every 2 months with varying degrees of work quality and dependability or even showing up. I think I went close to 2 months without a cleaning service and absolutely no call from House in Order. I finally gave up the week before thanksgiving and notified them I no longer needed their services. No response at all. Don’t waste your money with this nonsense. Chris K

My 1st experience was with their Deep Clean. It was fantastic! They went above and beyond and my house had never looked better!
So my next experiences is with their monthly cleaning. Michelle is our girl and she is great! She does a wonderful job; is professional, friendly, punctual and accommodating when we need a day change! Couldn’t be happier with her and the company!

We love House and Order! When our previous housekeeper left for a new job a few weeks ago, Artisha took over and she has done a fantastic job keeping our house clean and, given we have two hairy pets, we know it's not the easiest! She's very thorough, takes great care of our stuff and is very polite. We recommend her and House and Order to anyone!

We started using House and Order over the summer. We have been very pleased with our service so far! I always look forward to coming home to a nice clean house. Amanda is wonderful, she is very friendly. My toddler and puppies look forward to her visits! I can be very particular and she is always patient and listens to the way I like things done. I really appreciate this as I have had cleaning companies in the past who did not listen and would only do things their way. Would definitely recommend! A huge help for tired mommies!

I was impressed with the man that picked up our area rugs to be cleaned. He wore a red company shirt with a name tag identifying who he was (wish more companies would do), and was very nice.

Called Dad's to take care of cleaning a new sofa. They got back with me almost immediately and we scheduled the service. The technician arrived the next morning at the time scheduled. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the person that came out to do the work. Would definitely use them again.

Prompt and on time arrival. Service was excellent My Capet had not been cleaned in over10 years and was very stained. After the cleaning,  the carpet looks amazing. Very courteous employees.

Staff members on first visit are Pamela, Abby, Many, Nmaya Mattie.  All staff members worked hard on a dusty house, answered my questions and made sure all areas were cleaned.  Hard working crew and very nice people.  I was so pleased with the work i signed up for your monthly services.
The first monthly service was performed by Vanessa, Mia and Randi.  Housekeepers were professional, responsive, on time and did good quality work.  They were also personable and enjoyed their work.

PuroClean Emergency Restoration

My upstairs flooded and came through the ceiling to the first floor. Caleb and his crew were super responsive. They showed up the same day that I called. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and what the restoration process would be. They went above and beyond in getting our carpet and furniture cleaned. We highly recommend their services and would use them again.

Interviewed for a supervisor position. Was told that the company was a family oriented/owned company and cherished those values but I have yet to receive any notification of a yes or no to the position. I was told I would speak to the owner upon his return from vacation that following Monday. I assume he is still hunting..
Interview was rushed and my answers were constantly cut off by the interviewer which I considered rude. Don’t ask me a question and then cut my answer short with a follow up question. Would have loved to bring my experience and willingness to this company

My parents basement flooded with sewage water. Bob and Jason came quickly and got everything cleaned up. They did an awesome job and we are so appreciative!

They lose people checks, communication sucks, lie that you don’t do your job don’t care if u call off for emergency with your health. Only care bout them selfs terrible company I wouldn’t work here if I was you. After 2 weeks I left. I had to call off one day due to major health crisis they told me to prioritize what matters lol so i said okay I will, then they said I didn’t do my job when I return to work so I left

They were able to schedule me within a day or two of when I called. They showed up promptly moved to the furniture around that needed to be moved. They got stains out of my carpet that I never thought would get out. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They do a great thorough job.

We were very happy with DRC carpet cleaning.   Randy was our technician who performed the service.  Efficient, friendly and the best part was, the carpet wasn’t soaked when he was done. We found our new carpet cleaning company!
