We have had Honestly Clean helping us for about 2 months now. They have been great to work with. Dalton our supervisor has been responsive, proactive and quick to address any concerns. Tamika who cleans for us is always happy and has kept our office looking great! We have a lot of glass in the office and she has kept it amazingly clean. The owner Dave is appreciative for the work and really is striving to be the best cleaning company out there. Thank you all!

East Idaho Carpet Cleaning

Wow, what an experience. I am very happy with the service and follow-through from East Idaho Carpet, they saved my carpet completely.

I started my day calling every carpet cleaner I could because my husband dropped almost a full quart of paint down our carpeted stairs. While many were sympathetic, they all said, “we can’t do anything for two weeks, you should think about replacing the carpet.” Since this was the only good carpet in my house, that was not an option.

Mike, not only made time in his schedule in his schedule, he did everything he could to help. When he arrived, we both thought carpet cleaning would help but wouldn’t get the full stain out. This was not the case. He spent two hours and worked to get it all out, I was very impressed with his diligence and conscientiousness toward helping me with the stair disaster. The cost of carpet cleaning saved me THOUSANDS in replaced carpet and I cannot be happier. Wish I had a before and after but I was too panicked to think about that. Thanks Mike! We'll be calling for the rest of the house later.

The guys got here on time and did a great job. Fast and efficient. We usually do it ourselves with a rug doctor but this time hired E Ida carpet cleaning instead, and I'm glad we did. Our carpets haven't looked this good in 20 years. And--a job that usually took us all day (and a lot of hard work) took them 30 minutes while we sat and watched. And the price was great! Will have them come again next year.

Easily the BEST service contractor I have ever used! Mike, the owner, is so helpful and friendly. His communication from start to finish is exceptional and his pricing is the best in town. He even came over during the process to check on his guys and to see if I had any questions. The cleaners that came over, Braxton and Hunter, were so professional and did a spectacular job. They managed to save the carpet in a spare bedroom where my old pup had an overnight series of serious accidents. They saved me a couple thousand by not having to replace that carpet. Bravo to this company and his employees!!

Braxton Cleaning Solutions

We are getting our house prepped for sale and we needed to have our carpets cleaned, as we have a lovely husky that likes to shed everywhere. We scheduled Braxton and they were easy to schedule and communicate with. I asked for them to arrive when I wasn't home and they had no problems coming in and getting the job done. They completed our whole house in a very short amount of time and the carpets look as good as new again!

My white couch, which i felt was not able to be cleaned enough to keep, was amazingly revitalized by cleaning team. As embarrassing as my couch was before, i feel i need to share this photo. They explained they have a solution they mix in house and wow what a difference it made vs. my attempt of cleaning my couch with my bissell. Price was cheap but not the quality of service.

The pic was taking while they cleaned, so yes my couch was black looking but now its white looking. As you see the before and after in this picture. Note it brightened up even more once it dried. Two thumbs up … try to clean before buying new it was worth it for us. Kids are now banned from my living room at least until I get to enjoy my white couch again.

Getting my condo “market ready” has been nothing but a nightmare for over six months! Starting with a scam artist of a contractor who took me for thousands, hiring people who never showed and everything in between! I’d basically lost all faith in humanity.
But today Josh and Will, from Braxton Cleaning  Solutions completely restored that faith! They were two of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite individuals, I’ve had the pleasure of working with in years! They were there a few minutes early, did a walk through with me and explained in detail what my options were. The carpet was 20 years old, had some obvious stains but instead of replacing it, I decided to include a carpet allowance in the selling price. But I at least wanted it to look as good as possible for showings.
I was blown away with the end result! It was above and way beyond anything I ever expected! Unfortunately it is rare these days to come across the outstanding customer service, work ethic, and pride Josh and Will provided! And it wasn’t just them, Paula who I spoke with to schedule this service, took the time to answer all my questions, was extremely personable and helpful!
Braxton Cleaning Solutions is one in a million when it comes to customer service, from start to finish! Can not recommend them enough!

We got our carpet cleaned today by Josh and Will and they did amazing! Our carpet is so clean and fluffy again. They were even kind enough to use a pet deodorizer so our carpet stays fresh, longer. They made sure to be thorough as I have a 1 year old that loves to play on the floor. Highly recommend!

This company does great work. My carpet was cleaned  last month by another company, but I saw a major clean difference with  Braxton Cleaning Solutions. And I must add how much I appreciated the professionalism, punctual and awesome quality of Josh,Gage and Will. They were very kind and informative  and did my whole 2brm apartment in a good timely manner! I'd recommend these gentlemen and company to anyone who needs cleaning services. The Maids in Huntsville

My house has never been so spotless! And before anyone harps on price, they are worth it. I tried another local company for 1/4 of the price…. All I can say is The Maids of Huntsville are worth ever penny. They even vacuumed my cats scratching post and it looks brand new. The attention to detail is beyond. Also I was the last house on a Friday afternoon. You wouldn’t ever know it because even after a long week and I’m sure a long day, there was no effort missing from my house. 10000/10. Fantastic Experience - I had gotten way behind in taking care of my house cleaning. I have tried multiple services over the years and was never satisfied, and was actually stressed observing how some tasks were being done. Because of that, I was extremely leery to try again. Anyhoo, I took a Leap of Faith and am very happy I did. The team of ladies that cleaned our home did a Stellar Job! I am so pleased that I will have them back - THAT speaks volumes in my world. We have been using The Maids for a couple years now and have always been very pleased! My team (Jamie, Leatrice and Leidy) are very thorough and professional. I have never felt uncomfortable not being present during a cleaning, and they even manage with my high maintenance dog around. In every interaction I have with Jamie (our team lead) she asks me if there is something I want done different or something they could do better. They always leave me with the impression they are striving to do the best job possible and are more than willing to hear input if there are specific needs. Chem-Dry of Blackfoot & Pocatello

Did a really great job. Stubborn spots are gone! A little pricey compared to Freeman Carpet cleaning that we used before. But otherwise very happy with it.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the amazing job that Clifford did on our carpets today! I didn't think that the huge (and strange) stain would ever come out in the master bedroom that was there when we bought the house a year and a half ago!! Clifford was friendly, professional, punctual, and took the time to explain our options and what to expect on the day of the carpet cleaning. Whenever we need carpet cleaning in the future, Chem-Dry will be our ONLY choice! In fact, the carpet looks so good that we're NOT going to be replacing it with wood flooring.

I called Chem-Dry on the recommendation of a good friend. I was not disappointed. Everything went like clockwork. Clifford answered all my questions and arrived on time. I was amazed at how great my carpeting looked after cleaning especially since there was a terrible stain to deal with. I will use this company again and would encourage others to do so.

We had some flooding in our downstairs. It was muddy water from a hard rain. We were very pleased with there quality of their work. We would highly recommend them.

We have used Chen Dry for years. He does a great job. He is very thorough and professional. Will definitely call next time I need carpets cleaned.

The work the crew completed to repair our basement bathroom water damage is amazing!   Matt, Silvano, Romeo and everyone else went above and beyond to leave everything looking and working great.   They were always on time, stuck to the schedule, paid attention to every small detail and were very respectful and caring of the property at all times. These guys came out on the holiday weekend to do a move out clean for me and they were great! Showed up early and were done under an hour! Definitely would recommend!

Xtreme carpet cleaning cleaned our carpets for a very reasonable price. I was surprised at how clean the carpets were. They managed to get out coffee, dirt, and pet stains that were years old. They also got rid of the smell. I was ready to tear out the carpet, but Xtreme cleaning gave it new life. They came while I was at work and sent me the invoice. It was easy and worth the money!

This is the cleaning company to use for your big or small jobs. Two experiences with them & they were professional, expedient and reasonable in their pricing. I will use them for my next cleaning solution.

The Maids in Cincinnati

Sept 18, 2023  Team Purple, lead by Joanne, cleaned my home today.  Prior to starting, Joanne always asks if there are any special areas or concerns...that's a good thing.  Rooms, floors and furnishings are cleaned and smell wonderful at completion.
Team members are courteous and congenial which makes the experience even better.  The team arrived on time (it's unusual that they are late) and the call from the office a few days prior to the appointment is appreciated.  We have been using The Maids cleaning service once a month since August 2021.

We have used The Maids for years at my home and business.  Team Yellow (Cassie, Angie, Benita & Denice) are the best.  Terry and Todd (the owners) really care!  Angie (office & scheduling) gives me reminders and updates!  They never miss a beat!  There is nothing better than coming home to my clean home after work when they have been there.  I trust them in my house.  They are bonded and insured.  They brighten my home, work and my day!

Sure, there has been some hiccups over the years, but that is to be expected with any in home cleaning service all of which got resolved. Cassie has been our team leader and she has done an excellent job in an industry that has a good amount of turnover.
