After a year of living in our house and telling myself that we really needed to get the windows cleaned, I finally got around to scheduling with Dr. Clean. Wow! What a difference. I didn’t even realize how bad they were with the hard water/rain spots and who knows how many years of dust and grime. Tucker arrived on time and was efficient, thorough, and professional. We had a flood in our basement from a broken water pipe. The company was great to work with from the initial visit late at night until early the next morning and through all the restoration process. They came when they said they would or called to let us know they were running late. We were informed all the way through the process. Everyone was very courteous and respectful during this stressful time. Great company great management and teams.

All-American staff was a pleasure to work with starting with Terry in the office.
They came to assess the issue of a leaking transom window over the front door. They provided a reasonable plan and estimate, and completed the job as promised. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They even took care to protect our flower beds during their work. We highly recommend All-American for any repair/remodel work.

These guys did a great job. They responded to our big water leak, that went through 3 floors, within about 10 hours. Our problem happened late in the evening. Repairs dragged out a bit as they were extremely busy in the middle of winter. The repairs were generally done well with minimal rework, especially the sheetrock walls that needed extensive new wall material then texturing and paint matching. Carpet cleanup was outstanding.

All American was such a blessing!  They were prompt,  courteous, had excellent communication and restored everything back to original!  I would highly reccomend them in any disaster situation.

My daughter actually works here so my first call was to her. I had an ice dam and it had leaked water down my wall, ceiling and carpet. This was a Sunday so they were here first thing Monday morning. All of the guys were awesome and did a great job. And I loved that they cleaned up after themselves. Other than my walls and ceiling having areas removed, I wouldn’t have known they were there. 😄 very professional and friendly. Sharp & Clean Commercial Cleaning Solutions

There was no clear idea of what we were going to be charged for a cleaning. We have short term rentals, and we need someone to be there on time to clean before the next guests come. The cleaners from Sharp and Clean would show up well over an hour late, so we would have to just go clean ourselves. This caused a lot of undue stress for us, because we didn't feel like we could depend on them to show up. They would say that more cleaners would be coming, but only one person would show up, and we would be charged for three cleaners. There wasn't enough time or people to get the cleaning done, so on several occasions, we would have to go and do hours of additional cleaning because it wasn't ever fully cleaned. We provided feedback about our concerns, and we never received a response. Don't waste your time. I rarely write reviews, but I am tired of paying for a service that you never actually get.

Amazing customer service and results! This was the most professional experience I have ever had with a cleaning company, and the results were stellar! The cleaning was prompt and pristine, and the carpet cleaning was great! It looks like brand new carpet and they were safe and careful with the products used, to ensure my little dog was safe. In May they were paid to clean our apartment, they never showed. We reached out to Doug about this and he claimed that it would be done by the end of the summer, we now have new roommates moving in tomorrow and it has not been done, I am very disappointed in Sharp and Clean.

I recently hired Sharp & Clean to do a weekly cleaning at my house. Isabel does a great job, reliable and attentive.  I now don't have to spend so much time cleaning after working all day.  I highly recommend this company.

I worked for Doug over winter break cleaning a complex. I had fun and it was quick. Sharp and Clean also was consistent with the hours we were working and let me go home on time. It was fun being on a team with other people and they provided gloves! Which seams like a small thing but I worked for another company the week before and they didn't have gloves.

I chose this company to clean our carpets because of the positive reviews that I read online.  It was easy to schedule on line, with a price estimate.   They followed up with an email, called me 20 minutes before our scheduled time, and came to the house as stated.  The technician went over the cost before starting,  and then went to work.  It took about an hour to clean the areas.  So far I am happy with the service!!

My regular carpet guy was busy so I called around and found Benson. He came to my house to give me an estimate and I asked him a lot of questions to quiz his knowledge of carpet cleaning. I had a dog odor I was concerned about and together we walked the rooms with a black light for areas of concern. We set an appointment for a month out (due to my crazy schedule) and he arrived on time without any reminders from me. Afterwards my carpet was dry enough to walk on with socks within an hour or two and they look and smell great. I can not recommend Benson enough!

I had Adam and his team come to my home to clean my ducts and my carpets. They were great to work with. I would highly recommend having your ducts cleaned, especially if you have cats or dogs in your home. You feel so much better knowing they are clean. I’m especially excited to see if it cuts down on the dust. They also cleaned out my return. It did not look bad until Adam showed me, running his fingers down the piping and the wall, what was really in there. My carpets look amazing. They were very timely, in and out. I’ve used a few different steam cleaning companies, and after meeting Adam and his team, who were very professional and super nice, I will continue to use them in the future.

The technician arrived on time as promised and actually called us to see if he could come earlier.  We said absolutely and within 30 minutes he was here.
He introduced himself to us and we showed him what we wanted done and he got started immediately.  Being that our home is an older home he did an amazing job on the carpets making them look new again. He explained the treatments and process to us and followed through on his commitment.
From start to finish it took the technician about an hour. We do highly recommend them to anyone looking for clean carpets. We will definitely use them in the future.

We are so stinking happy how great they made our carpet look! Almost like new!! Our poor 14 year old puppy was so sick, and I could not get the stains out my self! This company will be forever be on my speed dial.

The people are friendly, and I had a good experience with them. The guys worked at getting a couple of stains out for me. They do not have to hook up to your water, which I liked. I had 2 sets of stairs and one large room done. I had two things I did not like. 1. they did not vacuum everything first. They vacuumed 1 set of stairs out of the 3 places that needed cleaning. The guys did really work at trying to get some stains out for me. The second problem was, my carpet did not smell clean at all! We rented a rug doctor during the summer. My carpet smelled the same as it did when I rented the rug doctor. However, my carpet is much cleaner than when we cleaned it!

Carpets look amazing! Super affordable.  They got some mystery stains out of my carpets and some RED makeup out of my daughters bedroom carpet.
I also had my couches cleaned. After they dried, there were a few missed spots. I called and the owner came right out. I will 100% be using them again.
