The Maids in Cincinnati

Sept 18, 2023 Team Purple, lead by Joanne, cleaned my home today. Prior to starting, Joanne always asks if there are any special areas or concerns...that's a good thing. Rooms, floors and furnishings are cleaned and smell wonderful at completion. Team members are courteous and congenial which makes the experience even better. The team arrived on time (it's unusual that they are late) and the call from the office a few days prior to the appointment is appreciated. We have been using The Maids cleaning service once a month since August 2021.

We have used The Maids for years at my home and business. Team Yellow (Cassie, Angie, Benita & Denice) are the best. Terry and Todd (the owners) really care! Angie (office & scheduling) gives me reminders and updates! They never miss a beat! There is nothing better than coming home to my clean home after work when they have been there. I trust them in my house. They are bonded and insured. They brighten my home, work and my day!

The Maids do a great job! They are friendly and trustworthy. I have used them for years and never had a bad experience.The Red team usually does my home and it's been great to get to know them. Christine Anderson

We have been using The Maids for over 15 years. We would not have continued with them if they had not provided 5 star service. Sure, there has been some hiccups over the years, but that is to be expected with any in home cleaning service all of which got resolved. Cassie has been our team leader and she has done an excellent job in an industry that has a good amount of turnover.
