Spotless Cleaning Chicago

We use Spotless Cleaning Chicago for the regular weekly cleanings of our visitor and family spaces at Graceland Cemetery and they are always amazing!  The staff is efficient, professional, and respectful of our unique space.

In addition, we had post construction clean-up after a year-long project and the team that took care of the restoration prior to a major grand-opening event got the building back to new (and even better!).  I've attached some before and after for reference.

We have subcontracted work to Spotless and they have done amazing work. They take care of all our commercial carpet cleaning requests and they always always get us compliments. Spotless is our secret weapon or maybe not so secret anymore.

I have hired Spotless Cleaning Chicago twice now and both times (with different crews) their work is Excellent.   The scope for these cleaning jobs within our world was substantial, and the amount of cleaning needed was great.  Spotless Chicago's crews were professional, and their equipment is well kept.   I can attest that their ability to clean dirt, grease, accumulated dust on industrial equipment is Excellent.

I commission them to wash all of our windows on a historic Chicago building and a building we had next-door that was a residential rental with balconies. This crew not only cleaned every window from six stories up down but removed all the stickers and unsightly items that didn’t belong there. I would highly recommend them they were extremely professional and an incredible job they worked so hard for six days doing a lot of windows and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. My tenants all left feedback and emails for me saying how happy they were that their balconies were cleaned and the railings were cleaned and all of their doors were cleaned. And streak free I will definitely be using these guys again!

I have been using Chem-Dry by Jeff for more than 20 years, both for residential and commercial carpet cleaning. There is no doubt that the Chem-Dry process is the best for removing stains and leaving your carpets fresh and clean, and in almost like new condition. Jeff's prices are very reasonable, and if a stain doesn't come out, Jeff will return at no cost to remove it. Jeff is friendly, courteous, and very professional when it comes to his vast knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques. Jeff is also very neat, and will leave your home as tidy as it was before he arrived. I have used many other carpet cleaners in the past, and non compared to the quality and service of Chem-Dry by Jeff. My carpet is over 20 years old, but thanks to annual cleaning by Jeff, it still looks brand new!

Such an amazing experience working with Chem Dry and Jeff! They were professional, easy to work with and were able to schedule us for a cleaning on a short turnaround. Everyone in the office is impressed with how clean the carpets are now!

Rhino Service Carpet & Upholstery did an excellent job in the shampoo and steam cleaning of our carpet, rug, and chair.
Their brushing technique restored pile height and color, and it looks and smells fresh and beautiful!
The first photo is of a previously dark stained, matted area and now it is as good as new.

Great service, responsiveness, was able to restore our carpet and couch to original color. We also tasked him with restoring white upholstered dinning room chairs which he did well on getting as much staining out as possible. He cleaned up after the job was completed and was pleasant to work with. Will hire him again for our next cleaning.

The Maids in Northshore

Love our team! They do a thorough job, they are flexible and do special things if asked. I love the cleaning products that they bring. We have been customers for many years and I’ve always been very happy that I switched to The Maids to keep my house looking it’s best.

The Maids are fantastic. I have had the Maids clean my home for over 20 years.   We just moved and they came to start again with us in our new home. Salud and her team did an exquisite job getting us started here.  Incredibly hard working and immaculate work.  This has been my experience with the Maids over all the 20 years.

The Maids

The job that was done was fantastic! I needed help cleaning due to mobility issues, and the team was on it! From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with a job that they did! Unfortunately, they were helping me do a complete clean out after moving, but if I were planning to stay in the area I would definitely utilize their services again!

Crew arrived when they said they would. They were attentive and asked good questions as we walked through the unit.  Best cleaning people we've had.

The team is always smiling and so pleasant.  Best of things they leave our home sparkling.

This company is excellent!  I have tried several and this has been the best by far.  They clean thoroughly and, given that I am an extremely mess the fact that they can get so much accomplished in 2 hours is nothing short of a miracle.  I would recommend them to anyone! In fact I am contacting them today.

I’m sorry if some of the posters on here have had negative experiences with this company.  I have noticed some these seem to be employee/employer based rather than a review of the service which is cleaning.  I think it is important for employees to be able to express grievances, and I, as a customer take the treatment of employees very seriously.  That said, there ARE websites dedicated to employee experiences and I think these cases would be much stronger if posted on those websites.  Posting grievances here might come off as vindictive and might lessen their credibility.

Just a thought.

Worked with us to schedule the appointment in the narrow timeline that we had to accomplish the services.  He was willing to add extra services on site after arrival and showed up exactly as planned. Our stairwell carpet looked like new after the cleaning.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Chem Dry by Bobby B. We started off by having them clean 4 of our stores in the Evansville/Henderson Area. They were quick to answer the phone and very easy to communicate with. I spoke with Patty first. She gave me an estimate and worked with us on budget and scheduling. They were able to get to all four stores in a week and did a phenomenal job!!!! Seriously, the carpets are so clean and the stores smell so much better. After having such a fantastic experience at the first 4 stores we decided to have our 5th store done that was a little farther away. It did cost more as there was a travel fee involved and that store is the biggest of all but it was so worth the extra cost to use someone we knew would do a great job and get it done quickly. They use a low moisture cleaning that has a quick drying time so our business did not suffer from having to wait a long time before we could have employees or customers walk on it. If you need carpet cleaning in the Evansville, Henderson, Princeton, Jasper area…call them first. Robert is also awesome and is very easy to work with! 10/10 recommend!!!! Completely satisfied and highly recommend Chem Dry by Bobby B. Carpets throughout the house look great, upstairs and down! We plan to have them do the grout in the kitchen this Fall.

I have now used Chem-Dry Southern Indiana 2 different times and have been extremely pleased both times. Very professional, friendly and the work that is preformed is top notch. Josh has been our tech both times and he is by far the best... On time, professional, friendly  and makes sure his work is the best.. He treated our jobs like it was his own home. The cost is a bit more than most carpet cleaners, but you pay for what you get. I would not hesitate to call them again and again.

Hired this company to come in and clean my carpets we feel like it was a poor job when they left it didn’t even smell clean he didn’t even try to get a stain out I spent 145$ and ended up using my carpet shampooer and got 90% of the stain out just very disappointed

We had never had our carpets cleaned because we thought it would be too expensive. But our living room was getting very gross since having a toddler and the price wasn’t as much as I had imagined. It turned out to be a very easy process and the carpet looks great! Very happy with the results and will be doing this more regularly. (Photos show before and after).

Hair around rooms not ever cleaned. One part of carpet is dry (omitted). This quality charges more than my house inspection in which crawl space and roof are included!

WOWWWWW!!!

Y'all, I am so blown away at the level of service Chem-Dry of Lafayette offered us. Not only did they arrive early within their service window (when does this ever happen?) but they also were able to remove dog urine stains and smells that we had uncovered underneath a large rug.

Finally, they also were able to remove a piece of stuck-in-our-carpet gum that had been there for almost 2 years and I had always just assumed I'd have to live with til we replaced the carpet.

Nope! The amazing Chem-Dry team removed all the gum, the stains of a previous and failed attempt at carpet cleaning, and all our dogs' accidents that were uncovered under our area rug.

I'm currently enjoying a fresh and scent-free home, free of stains and giving our carpet another year or two of life (maybe more!)

I went with Chen-Dry because they bragged about being the only company who can get rid of pet urine smells in carpet. They have since been out here twice and twice have failed to get the urine smell out of my carpet as as a result my pets are still smelling it and still using the same points to pee and poop. The last time they came they were 1.5 hours late with no communication and I had to call to find out what was going on. Spent almost $400 to have my my issue resolved and now I’m going to have to hire another company to come in and help with the issue. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.
