Very nice people.  I paid for a deep clean. Specifically asked if ceiling fans would be cleaned. They were not. Half of the fridge top and base trim was cleaned. Furniture not swept under, dusted AROUND items. 3 people for 5 hours. Will NOT use them again.

The maids did not disappoint! They were a huge help in getting our house ready to put on the market. They were courteous and worked really hard, paying great attention to detail. My shower, countertops, and stainless steel fridge shined like never before. Not only did they save me a lot of work, they did it better than I would have!

The workers are always very professional and thorough. I only have them come once a month to help maintain our house, and I am always grateful for how much it helps keep everything beautiful!

this business deserves ZERO stars....I paid to have my house cleaned while I was out of town. When I arrived home, it was extremely obvious zero cleaning had been done as it was described when I made the appointment. I notified them of my complete dissatisfaction and filed a formal compliant with over 60 photos of the most obviously unclean surfaces on just the first level of my house - needless to say I asked for a full refund. They advised they would respond to my request by a certain timeframe and big surprise they failed to respond by said timeframe - just another example of their poor customer service and lack of commitment to provide service as they say they will

I was supposed to get a deep clean which was supposed to be ceiling to floor.  I would consider what they actually did was a standard clean.  Didn’t clean fans, lights, baseboards.  Didn’t even get cobwebs by the ceiling.  I just got out of surgery for cancer and I wanted a deep clean so I could keep it up.  I was disappointed.

Eric was super fast at responding to us when we had problems with our cat peeing on our carpet. He explained everything immediately and made us feel like he actually cared. He was nice and cheerful when he came to our house and did an excellent job doing a pet restoration on our carpet. We even decided to have him come back next week to do a general carpet clean throughout our house. Awesome guy, awesome job.

I recently moved and didn't want to clean our old house after my move ( I was Lazy to be honest and just didn't feel like doing it.) I called American Cleaners they we're quick to respond, book me an appointment, and give me a Quote! They showed up on time and we're quick to get it done! After they were done the house looked incredible and smelled incredible! She even made sure I was Happy with the work. I am so Thankful to the 2 Hardworking woman! I would highly Recommend them to anyone Needing a Good house cleaning! Hands down will definitely be calling them again!

American maide came and cleaned my house when I moved out and they did an amazing job! The amount of work and attention to detail they put into cleaning was outstanding. This company goes above and beyond. Our business hired them to do regular cleaning of our building under contract, being the lowest bidders. But, they definitely go above and beyond regular cleaning. After a bad storm, our building had a lot of leaking water from damage to the roof. I called them to ask for assistance and they came in full force and helped with the wet mess throughout the building. I am very appreciative to this company for the help they provided, their professionalism and personal care they add to the job!  Grateful is an understatement.

Wow! American Made Cleaning did an absolutely fantastic job. My whole house was a mess before because I have four small children that put food and grime all over the walls and my youngest went Picasso with the crayons. Also, I work in the oil field so the shower and bathtub was dirty with oil, grease, and dirt. Now it looks like it's brand new! We had to move out so quickly that we weren't able to clean at all ourselves and they knocked it out of the ballpark. If you're looking for a serious, insured company that does background checks on their employees and guarantees their work, check them out, worth every cent!

They had my rug for 2 weeks and when I picked it up I'm pretty positive they just threw some powder/cleaning stuff on it and didn't even vacuum it! I will not use them again for anything.

BJ and team do an absolutely amazing job! They’ve cleaned our carpets from regular use to heavy pet stains and always get great results. They are courteous and arrive on time.

This small, family-owned business has excellent service, immediate response, amazing customer attention and stands far above any competitors.  BJ runs his company like a fire department - you call, they show up immediately to help you out.  I have done business with Indiana Proclean for over a decade and won't even consider calling any other company.  If you need a service done that this company provides, don't think, just call them.  You will be extremely happy and relieved you can call them back whether you just need a carpet cleaned or more.

Purchased a foreclosure and needed the carpets cleaned badly.  I called several places for estimates and Indiana ProClean were the only ones who took the time to actually come out and see first had before giving me an estimate.  In fact the owner was the one who came out.  Initially priced slightly higher than others but the fact that they came out to inspect and said price was fixed until job was done right, I went with them.  They did the entire house (~2800 sq foot of carpet) in about 3 hours.  When they left carpet looked like new.  Next day after drying some spots had wicked back up into carpet from pad.  Indiana ProClean came back to fix the spots and made a return trip to ensure spots remained away.  Good professional, personable, service.  I would recommend.

We had them come out to clean our 2 bedroom apartment. Our apartment gives out coupons if you release. So I was not expecting too much from them being that it was a coupon carpet clean however, it was so poorly done. They were literally in here for less then 15 minutes. They did not sweep before hand so the hair from our dogs was just spread around. Once they left, the carpets were dripping wet so we pulled out our home carpet cleaner to suck up the water and the water that came up was so extremely dirty it’s like we never had the carpets cleaned. Extremely disappointed and won’t be using their service again, even for a coupon clean.

Chem-Dry of Bloomington are AMAZING!  Professional and quality customer service.  I highly recommend them.  Jennifer is super responsive and went out of her way to help me. I needed my carpets cleaned asap and they were able to take care of me same day. John was right on time.  Called  ahead  to let  me know he was on his way. He went  over  everything, checked all of my problem areas and had a solution.  My carpets look incredible, and all of the old stains are gone. Quality products, service, and affordable.

I rarely write reviews but Chem-Dry of Bloomington deserves some serious praise! When you need to hire someone to take care of something in your house, you want them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely and affordable. Chem-Dry of Bloomington was all of this and more! The initial carpet inspection was extremely thorough. They provided the estimate quickly and worked with us to find the best time to do the cleaning. We were on their schedule in no time at all! The results really did blow me away. Old spots, including pet urine stains, were completely removed! Our carpet is quite old, but the cleaning made it feel really fresh and clean. A week or so after the cleaning, we had one minor issue. They came back and took care of it immediately! I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry! They were even so generous and willing to work with me to make arrangements for a cleaning on a holiday. They showed up a few minutes early and were willing to wait until the appointment time while I needed to get a few more things tidied up in my apartment to let them in. They were very professional, and did a beautiful job on my carpets in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and would use them again. They brought a receipt with them, and you are able to pay them in check or cash.

Bryan was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning! I had a few small makeup stains near the vanity in my bedroom, and Bryan lifted them so well that it was impossible to tell they'd ever been there. He was remarkably thorough. The customer service throughout my experience was also simply marvelous and highly professional. I can't recommend Chem-Dry of Bloomington highly enough!

I can't recommend Chem-Dry of Bloomington enough.  We moved into a house in August that smelled badly.  Like, really badly. The previous owners had pets and after Chem-Dry brought the black light I'm convinced they just let them potty on the basement carpet.   I'm not sure how plug-ins and fabreeze masked the fact that the downstairs carpet was in terrible shape, but it did.  Once we were in the house, we realized we had to do something about it.  Chem-Dry was recommended to us, and they were able to show up promptly, walked through, described the best treatments, and worked SO LONG to try and salvage our basement carpet.  They let us know what to do and what to expect, cleaned some other smelly areas for us, and told us they would be happy to return to make sure it worked.  They were totally wonderful and I would have them back in a minute.  Alas, the carpet was a lost cause (I really want to stress that chem dry did everything possible - it was almost totally covered with years of urine stains and lit up under a black light like the eastern seaboard). Once the carpet was out they came back and cleaned the concrete and baseboards.  Their professionalism and dedication was exceptional and you won't be disappointed.

We have used Americlean twice now for remediation of water damage - first one was a roof leak, second was a burst pipe. They have been excellent both times! They are very responsive and quick to come out. Megan has been our main point of contact, and she has been wonderful to work with - friendly, caring and very knowledgeable! Austin finished up the process with getting our carpets thoroughly cleaned and restored, and he was also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They worked a miracle with our basement over the past week, making sure everything was taken care of and ready to go before we have guests coming in for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Americlean if you ever have a need!

Americlean came over same day to our business to give us a quote.  Scheduled an appointment for later in the week and Austin was very informative on what services he was providing us.  On time, respectful and will be using again when the time comes.

I cannot overstate how much I love this company. There's nothing worse than having your ceiling open up and start pouring water onto all of your personal belongings. This is what my girlfriend and I walked into at about 7:00 p.m. last night. Luckil our property manager picked the right company and by about 9:30 this morning I had a phone call from Megan, one of their managers, who was extremely professional, upbeat, and had a very positive attitude. Upon reaching the property they were extremely adept at putting my mind at ease, inspecting the entire apartment using thermal imaging systems to determine which areas had been affected. All of their technicians seem very professional, but especially Mike really made me feel like things were going to be just fine. I cannot restate how professional and kind every single person I have met that works for this company is. Outstandingly good impression. If the worst ever happens to you I would call these guys. Dan's Chem-Dry

We had Dan do our house living-room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. He charged $504.00 and that is  OK , I didn't mind paying. But he was over 2 hours late to show up and left after 2.5 hours. The whole time he was here all he kept saying was he had to get out that he had other plans. He did a rushed job and stains showed up within 48 hours. I will not have him back again.

Dan’s Chem-Dry treats your carpet as if it was their own & does a very thorough job. They are pleasant & easy to do business with. I would recommend them.

We are moving into a new home, after 35 years!  I called Chem Dry and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!!!

Currently, I reside in a different state.  Caleb took such great care of us!!!  He inspected the home and called with his recommendations.

I was extremely worried about the hardwood floors.  As I learned, when Caleb takes care of you, you don’t have a care in the world!

I had to reschedule at last minute, and they were understanding and worked us back in quickly.  Rob did an excellent job on our upholstery.  It looks brand new! I had the pet odor treatment, and it is amazing! Rob worked diligently to find the problem area. He even cleaned our cat tree for a good price! I am very pleased! Fast, effective, great communication and a fair price!

Caleb was phenomenal! He double checked the room sizes we had provided to ensure the total was correct. Went over every option and made sure to tell me the price of each add-on option. He was very professional and put my mind at ease that we had chosen the right cleaning service for our needs. We also received a call stating that he was done with prior appointment early. So we were able to get the carpets cleaned before our scheduled appointment time.
