Chem-Dry of Lafayette

We had never had our carpets cleaned because we thought it would be too expensive. But our living room was getting very gross since having a toddler and the price wasn’t as much as I had imagined. It turned out to be a very easy process and the carpet looks great! Very happy with the results and will be doing this more regularly. (Photos show before and after).

Hair around rooms not ever cleaned. One part of carpet is dry (omitted). This quality charges more than my house inspection in which crawl space and roof are included!

WOWWWWW!!! Y'all, I am so blown away at the level of service Chem-Dry of Lafayette offered us. Not only did they arrive early within their service window (when does this ever happen?) but they also were able to remove dog urine stains and smells that we had uncovered underneath a large rug. Finally, they also were able to remove a piece of stuck-in-our-carpet gum that had been there for almost 2 years and I had always just assumed I'd have to live with til we replaced the carpet. Nope! The amazing Chem-Dry team removed all the gum, the stains of a previous and failed attempt at carpet cleaning, and all our dogs' accidents that were uncovered under our area rug. I'm currently enjoying a fresh and scent-free home, free of stains and giving our carpet another year or two of life (maybe more!) Thank you, Chem-Dry team! You were wonderful and I appreciate you!

I went with Chen-Dry because they bragged about being the only company who can get rid of pet urine smells in carpet. They have since been out here twice and twice have failed to get the urine smell out of my carpet as as a result my pets are still smelling it and still using the same points to pee and poop. The last time they came they were 1.5 hours late with no communication and I had to call to find out what was going on. Spent almost $400 to have my my issue resolved and now I’m going to have to hire another company to come in and help with the issue. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.
