I used them to clean carpets. These carpets had years of animal urine and etc in them. Their pet package was amazing. Got it clean in a reasonable amount of time with no more dog smell. Their workers were also top notch.

If you’ve been around here awhile you know how I love my white couch. However, over time it’s gotten dirty from just every day wear and tear and from Ollie.

I’ve been wanting to get it professionally cleaned for awhile now as this couch was an investment and I would of hated to just get a new one. I came across Jeffs Chemdry and booked with them after the first time I spoke to them.

He showed up this morning to clean the entire couch + ottoman and I am BLOWN away with the results. It looks so much better. Not only that but the customer service was top notch and they are super affordable.

HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing carpets, couches etc cleaned.

The Maids offer the best cleaning service I've ever hired. I started by hiring for a deep clean and continued on with twice monthly standard cleanings.
Even their standard cleanings are better than deep cleanings by other companies I've hired.
I can't imagine ever using a different company!

Used the Maids of Madison this week to deep clean the house we have moved out of before we put it on the market. My realtor had suggested them as one of their other clients had used them earlier.

I have to say that I didn't have a good experience and was a little disappointed by the service. They were sending a team of 5 cleaners so I put a cap of 2 hours for cleaning as I thought that 10 person-hours will be sufficient to clean an empty house (5BR, 3.5 Bath). As it turns out, I totally underestimated the time it takes to deep-clean a house. With 10-person hours, the cleaning team was not able to do some of the basic things like deep cleaning the cabinet doors, light fixtures, wash countertops, washing the kitchen floors, and do all bathrooms. They did do a good job deep cleaning the refrigerator which needed a lot of work.

Since I am not their regular customer and was using the service for just a one-time clean-up, I was not expecting much and was not going to call back. I did get a call from them the next day to follow-up, which was really good. The person on the phone was appreciative of my concern and initially offered to come take a look but later talked to her manager and told that they could come back and clean again but I will have to pay again.

My realtor did a walk-thru of the house with me and pointed out the work not being of quality and what she also expected with 10-person hours of cleaning. That confirmed for me that it was not an unrealistic expectation on my part and it truly was a service issue. I now plan to call my regular cleaning lady and have her spend a couple of hours in the house before I put in on the market.

They did not show up for the services as per the schedule. The customer service gave us workaround to talk to the manager who never called. We reacged out to corporate office and they said they see us current customer who is receiving weekly cleaning services! In reality, they never showed up. They lack commitment and poor communication and customer service. They never apologized for not coming either.

I recently had 4 team workers from The Maids come out and clean my  apartment.  ALL were outstanding!
An A+ (100%) for all 4 workers.

I will go a step further and give Benjamin an A+++!!  He was industrious, speedy, professional, thorough, an excellent organizer, and cheerful.  He did the refrigerator and kitchen.  They just SPARKLED.  I have had maid service in Madison and Houston for many years, and never had such an excellent job done on the refrigerator.  Benjamin was/is THE BEST!!  He was so accommodating and really wanted to please.

The lady who did the bathroom was quiet and may not have spoken much English.  I didn't actually see her working.  But when I reviewed her results, I realized her work was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!! In addition to the standard cleaning she cleaned a couple of soiled areas on the walls.  She did an excellent and thoughtful job.  I also want to give her my highest commendation!

This is the third time I have had this outfit to my apartment.  They always do a fantastic job with the vacuuming which even includes the ceiling and ceiling fans.  The worker this time was no exceptionn.
She did a PHENOMENAL job of vacuuming, which even included getting up kitty litter ingrained in the throw rugs.  She didn't speak much Englishi but smiled a lot.  She was a lovely lady and thoughtful organizer.  I am most pleased with her work.

And finally there was Lourdes (Maria) the team leader. She was AWESOME!!!  She spoke good English and translated for the other team members as needed.  Her communication and cooperation were TOP
NOTCH!  She was very congenial, and  did excellent work!

The workers for this outfit are often immigrant.  They are professional, industrious and very thoughtful! The team leader translates as needed.  This time the four workers were Hispanic.  My Spanish is very limited, but here is my Spanish summary salute:  Muy Bien!!! MAGNIFICO!!!

I paid $299 for 85 minutes by these 4 workers.  It was an excellent value in view of all the work they did, in my opinion!  I will have them out again. And of course, I highly recommend them! THANK YOU!!

(The one on the left is after). Mike P and Jake took very nice care of a hole in my ceiling that was left over from a blown water heater. I am super thankful for them & they did a great job.

Justin at Chem Dry did an excellent job on my carpet! He came to give an estimate and was able to actually complete the job the same day! He is a hard worker and really took care and pride in his job. I will definately request him in the future!

Super straightforward and easy. I called to clean some stained couch cushions. They came by, got the job done, and my cushions look great.

This is my first time to use Chem-Dry of Southwest. They were fast and accommodating when trying to schedule my appointment. Brandon was my technician and he was courteous & professional. He did an exceptional job on my white sectional that had been well worn by my furry friends and my 2 legged friends as well. I’m very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

Home water main leak into our crawl space. Massive amount of water. They came immediately and within 3 hours all the water was extracted and fans put in place. What a team working together. The entire area was a mess and it was cleaned when they left.
They are full service so they can repair the sheet rock damage, paint and replace the carpet.
So pleased I found them!

This company is awesome! From the first phone call with Justin at 10:30pm. Him reassuring that they can take care of the problem. Jim’s follow up call at 11:17pm letting me know when the guys world arrived. Jarrett and Mark were two of the most professional and kind men I have ever had working in my house! Scheduling was very easy and the technicians arrived exactly at the time they said they would. Service took about an hour. I had a good experience and am happy with the outcome. My only complaint is the carpet was very wet and did not dry in the 3-4 hrs estimated, so that inhibited our movements in the house since the carpet I had cleaned was on my stairs to the bedrooms. Overall, I would definitely use this company again.

These guys were awesome we’re extremely professional and did a great job. Mark and Simon were polite and it was obvious that Customer Service was something they were taught correctly. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again myself in the future!

Clean USA did a great job on our Mason Indoor Golf Family Fun Center on Sycamore Rd in DeKalb. We have carpet, turf, and rugs that were cleaned. They deodorized and cleaned all areas and were very friendly. The place looks great and we will be calling them to clean our commercial offices and spaces when needed.  Thank you so much!

Great service so far. I'm on a monthly plan. This was the first service. We have a big house. They did a deep cleaning of our first floor and will return again to finish the job in a couple of weeks. There was one minor accident my daughter had while they were, and they even cleaned that up.

This company is a scam ! Be careful. I had booked Move out services with this company and they charged me $630 . They didn't clean my bathroom properly, neither did they clean my oven. Even one of washroom tile was broken. Looks like they charged 630$ for just vacuuming the house (not even the deep cleaning). On top of that when I called him and mentioned that my bathroom is not cleaned and my bathtub is not clean he is telling me that we are eco friendly company we don't use bleach. Does this mean that they will leave things dirty??! When I had asked about oven cleaning, he told me to use the auto clean feature of the oven . Not sure if they know what is the meaning of move out cleaning. Stay away from this company ! Please don't use them at all.

My wife of 40 years, in all the time we've been married had never allowed anyone to clean her house.  She didn't trust anybody else to do it as well as her.  Until our daughter used The Maids.  She raved to my wife of the amazing work that Daniel's cleaning crews had done to her home.  Five years ago my wife decided to try The Maids. Now Daniel's crew is at our home every month. They continue to amaze my wife every time they come by how well they clean.  It's her favorite day of the month now. My wife says THANK YOU to the ladies that work for Daniel!! They make her floors shine like never before!

We recently signed up with The Maids. They did their deep clean and several regular cleans for our family. We were very satisfied with their service. Last week, we were scheduled for a regular cleaning. They were no call, no show. When I inquired, I did receive a return call and was told that they are severely understaffed and I should not have been scheduled; That someone quit and the manager, Daniel Larios, was even having to go into the field and clean. With many apologies and a promise of $50 off, we were rescheduled for today, between 10-1. At around 2:00 I called the first time. Mr. Larios’ voicemail box was full. I couldn’t leave a message. I finally, after two additional calls not answered, get a call back. Mr. Larios tells me another person has quit, he doesn’t know what he is going to do and he doesn’t know that he can service my house…Ever! He apologizes and ends the call.

Unreal.

Steer clear. The Aurora branch is a mess and completely unprofessional, unreliable and I am so disappointed and irritated about having to find another company and pay again for a deep clean. It was clear that Mr. Larios was not interested in protecting the business’ image and cut me loose with a frustrated apology.

They did a great job! Went above my expectations. Came in while I was at work, gave a heads up call and we’re on time. They cleaned certain areas that I was sure prolly wouldn’t get down such as high ceiling corners and cobwebs.  They have great service all the way around I had a package delivered that they brought inside for me on this rainy day.   I am so greatful for them.  Highly recommend great service from the first call to the final product.
