Chem-Dry came to our home today to clean our carpets. When we moved in the carpets were dirty and Staind pretty bad. By the time they left the carpet looked awesome. You never would have know where the stains were. Brandon and Adam were great. They were very nice and professional. They did a very thorough job. They did it in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning. I will definitely be using them again.thank you.

Ultra Clean of Arkansas, Inc (The Boys in Blue)

After a major water line break in our house, these guys showed up... on time, above and beyond! They pulled 4 rooms of saturated carpet, hauled area rugs to be cleaned and dried, ran fans to dry the flooring, and cleaned up all the flood-related mess.  I had called on them before for carpet cleaning, but this was so much more.

Extremely disappointed with "The Boys in Blue."  I guess I should have asked more questions before assuming ALL of the carpets in the bedrooms would be cleaned.  Not a single piece of furniture was moved to do the job thoroughly.  Only the open space, high traffic areas were cleaned.  They were there approximately 15 minutes and charged me $140.

The "Boys in Blue" could have done a much better job than they did.  Their scheduled time to be at my home was supposed to be 11:30-1:30.  The office called at 12 (already 30 minutes late) to tell me they would be late.
They didn't get here until 2:50 because "other customers kept requesting extra things be cleaned".  They were here for only 20 minutes including unloading and loading their equipment.  They didn't let anything soak and they didn't clean the furniture nearly as well as they should have.  They cleaned the top of the left cushion on the couch really well, because I pointed out a stain.  It was the worst and they got all of it.  If they would have spent half that effort on the rest of the furniture, it would be like new. I pointed out a couple other places when they were packing up that didn't get clean and was told "some stains don't come out" when in fact, those spots were practically dry.  I'm sure they were in a hurry, because they still had other jobs that day, but there's no excuse.  If other people wanted extra things cleaned, they should schedule that stuff another time.  They sacrificed my customer service for other customers.  I was also quoted a different amount for the treatment when I made the appointment.  They gave me a higher amount when they asked for payment. When I asked why it was higher and explained I was quoted $180 they said "that's the cost".  It was $220 total.  For that, I could buy a steam cleaner and do a better job myself.  I won't waste money on their service again.

Crew came out same day, on time, introduced themselves, surveyed the areas needing cleaning, told us the price (very reasonable), and went to work. Back out in one hour.  Pleasant and professional.  I’ll call the Boys in Blue and ask for these two next time.

After letting the carpet dry for a few days, the carpet  looked as dirty as it was, starting out.  Several areas that had very visible stains, are still there.   Very disappointed in this company.  I do not recommend them at all.  However the workers were on time and friendly.

I cannot express the disappointment in the experience I’ve had with sunnyside! Not only was Jennifer an hour and a half late on the quote, but after that finally was over and the initial cleaning happened, I come home to hair still in the shower and sink in the bathroom, toilet wasn’t scrubbed, carpet was NEVER touched in any parts of my house, blinds were not dusted baseboards were still dusty and the list goes on and on! 0/10 I would NEVER recommend This company it’s a complete JOKE!

Sunny Side Cleaning arrived at my apartment and cleaned it top to bottom this morning. The two ladies who arrived were very professional and got the job done well, right and once. I was impressed at how  accommodating they were and managed to still provide a quality service even when they had obstacles to work around. Definitely worth the call folks. They do come out and offer a free quote ahead of time and have a pretty flexible schedule and team. They cleaned all the utilities to include; sinks, tubs, oven, stove top and range, fridge, cleaned and ran the dishwasher, windows are spotless, counter tops were wiped clean, the flooring was mopped and the carpet was shampooed. They payed attention to walls, dusted the shelving and fan blades, cleaned doors along with the walls and finally foot boards. They are not  expensive if you compare a full list to their price during the quote process. They were in and out in a mere couple hours too.

I recommend their services folks!

I would recommend this business for any job that they do. I had them here for duct cleaning and dryer cleaning. That are very professional!on time, and Austin and his helper were very pleasant to work with. They ran the vacuum sweeper and made sure everything was very clean and neat before they left. I will use this business again if I need service for anything that they do. It was nice to work with someone who likes the work that they are doing.

Supreme cleaners did mold mitigation in my basement. They had to remove a large amount of wood paneling, carpet, ceiling and wood framing and they cleaned my air ducts. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every person that came to my house was kind and professional. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with this situation. I've not used them for their other services but there's no doubt that everything is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any of their services.

We were very pleased to have William at my parents' house today to clean the carpet. Besides doing a thorough, professional job, he was very friendly and personable, and my mom really took a liking to him.

The Maids in Dallas and Rockwall County

We started using the Maids 8 years ago.  Our son was getting married and I did not have time to get ready for a wedding with lots of family coming in from out of town and clean the way I wanted.  They did such a wonderful job, I continued using them.  Love the way the house smells and shines on the days they clean.  The customer service team feels like family after all these years.  They always return my calls when I leave a message and make me feel like I am their only customer.  I would highly recommend the Maids!!!

We were recently rushing to get our house ready to put on the market and all three of the house cleaning services recommended by our realtor fell through or couldn't come soon enough for what we needed.
I then called The Maids. The person I spoke with (Sara) was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment for our "Move-Out" cleaning within the time frame we needed.
A team of four cleaners showed up on schedule and worked non-stop until they had the job done. We were so impressed with how hard they worked, no chit chatting, just hard work. I know it's cliche' to say, but when they were done it looked like a new house and we wished we didn't have to sell!! Not only did it look clean, but it smelled fantastic too. That was quite a feat to accomplish after us living there for 10 years with two dogs.
I've have never used a house cleaning service before. If I had known what a good job they can do in such a short amount of time, I would have called them years ago so I could have enjoyed having this house super clean while we still lived in it.
Thank you to The Maids!!!  I'm sure they've added quite a bit of value to my home just before I put it on the market. Scott

They are not upfront about how much rescheduling charges are. I was told rescheduling on the day of would incur a $50 fee when I called but later found that I was charged $100+ as ‘cancellation fee’ even though I did not cancel, just rescheduled. They provide different information over phone vs text. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the person texting became rude and asked if I wanted to cancel. Also stopped picking up the phone when I wanted to speak to someone rather than text. I canceled because they seem highly unprofessional. They never even sent me an email with the quote ever.
Edited to add: As is clear from the reply, they are still avoiding addressing the issue of the discrepancy in informing me about the fee and how it changed from $50 one day to $100 the next. I DO NOT recommend this business.

We have been using the Maids for several years now and they have always done a good job cleaning our home. They work with our schedule, are reliable, and the office staff is pleasant and responsive.

Their cleaning equipment severely damaged my wood floors. The location and trajectory of the markings make it obvious it was done by them (not to mention no one else has been in my home since the quarantine). When I initially called, I was very polite and explained the situation. I completely understand that accidents happen. It has now been over a month, I’ve left countless messages and I’ve been told 4 SEPARATE TIMES that a supervisor will return my call (which has never happened). At this point it’s pretty clear they have no intention of helping me. Trust me, there are PLENTY of companies that will do a good job cleaning your home. Find one that is trust worthy and will take responsibility for their actions if something goes wrong.

Was very flexible on an appointment time. I only expected a quote and he got my carpet cleaned on that initial visit. So happy and pleased with the service, will definitely be using him regularly as I have dogs who don’t know where to potty lol

BC Cleaning Service brought to life carpets that were thought to be beyond cleaning in our apartment that previous tenants had destroyed. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very reasonable pricing and the process took very little time! Truly impressed! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

This company was called on a referral, they responded right away to see what end result I was looking for. They quoted me how long and what they were going to be doing, they come in and took care of it. He let me know that he was not happy with say something turned out and the process he was taking to fix it, and the difference was night and day. I would definitely use them again!!!  This was a whole house cleaning for a Eatate going up for sale.

I have used Bill over the past 10 years when cleaning our rental property each time it turns over.  He is very responsive, always does amazing work and follows back up with me after the job is complete.  I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone needing carpet and or tile cleaning.  We will continue to use him for our needs for years to come!

BC steam has very professional crew. They are very efficient and thorough. They are very dependable and will be on time for your appointment. Incredibly  cheaper for the same if not better work. We have enjoyed years of service in our home with BC steam.

He was excellent to work with. Got us on the schedule right away and did an excellent job. He cleaned the carpets in 3 of our rooms and made our tile in our bathroom look brand new. Prices were very fair. Will certainly use his services again!
