This is the home office of the brokerage I am happy to represent. While I'm not physically in the Pratt office, I provide all of my services as a Realtor in Wichita, Ks. and the surrounding counties.

We have been working with Kelly Pina for a while now. She happened to be our third realtor we were trying and we came across her just by chance. My wife and I were starting to think we'd never find someone capable enough to help us find what we were looking for.

Kelly has been such a godsend. From her suggestions on homes to finding little details about things we missed, as well as critical things that might be deal breakers, she has been spot on. Her suggestion to not offer as much as we were originally planning on our home worked out perfectly.

Kelly wasn't just interested in trying to find any place for us quickly, she never failed to make sure it was the one we were truly comfortable with. My wife and I were always so impressed with her honesty, ideas and advice on everything.
Oftentimes she would have our questions answered before asking and when we did have a new question, she would always get to the bottom of it.

Melissa Morsch and her daughter Amber Wills helped me sell my mom's home after she passed away. They offered valuable advice but weren't pushy and at the same time they were sensitive to what a difficult task it was. If you don't use their services it's a dis service to yourself in my opinion.

Home Membership

Homemembership approved my part and labor within a few hours after I sent in the receipts.  I got my check in 4 days.  Fast and efficient service.

Thinking about dropping it, they have raised all the deductibles without notifying us and they won't send service on a weekend without an even larger deductible- so will spend over $600 a year for the membership and another $100 or $200 on a deductible for one a/c call. And you cannot reach claims by phone, nor do they respond to your email on the weekend. Terrible customer service now.

A total rip off for 2023. Finding you own company to service and Paying for parts and labor and waiting on reimbursement after paying a year membership is crazy.

My service representative for Home Membership was named Erin and unfortunately the experience I received was awful. I like any other customer, submitted a ticket when my Air Condition unit was not working.

While I am still an Active Duty service member that still serves in the Army and have served our nation in far worse environments, my family was not adapting well even though to 90 degree temperature in my home. I  purchased 8 different fans that were placed going throughout the house while looking to resolve this issue.

After going 5 days without response to my Air Conditioning not working I followed up with the email support group. Erin then responded to that email that my membership was expired and that my service order was rejected. Instead of providing options for future services or membership renewals or even a opportunity to pay for the repair at a non-member steeper price rate, she  on behalf of Home Membership,  declined my request for support to get my Air Condition fixed. Erin’s rejection was not the customer service I thought Home Membership was renowned for and it is certainly not the quality customer treatment in a time of crisis that I was anticipating to receive.

Her handling of my case may have been in accordance with your organizations policy and procedures but her unresponsiveness to my inquiry and unprofessionalism was unfortunately not what I expected. Because of this experience, I will look to find another business to invest my membership with another firm. I strongly recommend that new home owners look elsewhere when placing your trust in a firm to help your family when you need it most.

Our washer ,wasn't spinning, filling, and it was showing different codes.I called Home Membership and they quickly got me to a great contractor. I had to postpone the appliance repair & call back for a plumber. After the plumber who came quickly did what he needed to do I was able to call the appliance repair who again responded quickly. I am very happy with Home Membership and their contractors.

Good evening and just as a point of opinion, the other day I went to your branch and again they were very attentive and always ready to help, the branch was a little busy and my wife came in to do a transaction for which I waited in the area of the cashiers, point number one, a person entered and without saying anything took several photos of the cashiers area. The person himself looked like a technician or something like that since he was carrying a backpack on his back and another slightly larger bag on his back. hand, even though the security guard was there he did not ask anything and asked the person for some identification, moments later this person entered the bank and again without showing an identification or carrying one, point number two moments later he entered the bank another person apparently from maintenance since he was wearing a safety vest and apparently carrying a piece of acrylic or something like that and in the same way he passed without the guard identifying him or stopping him, I know they could be bank workers but they never knew You know, I'm just asking you to be a little more careful.

This bank has been in this location for quite a few years now and nothing has changed.
However, it has a large underground parking lot and ATMs for withdrawals and deposits in case the bank is not open. The facilities in general are good and it is the only one of its branches that opens on Saturdays. 👍🏻

Are they still open on Saturdays?
If the answer is yes, could I make an international transfer on a Saturday with an executive?

Excellent attention. Starting with the one that generates the shift and the cashiers alike.

I went to get a debit card and they attended me well and quickly, the staff was very friendly, it didn't take long

Terrible service, we are still waiting before November for a card that has expired and my father-in-law, due to immigration status, cannot go home. We are in Texas and with a notarized letter from the Mexican consulate and identification presented in person, they still do not resolve us and we are already a few days away. at the end of January and I went twice to bring them stationery. Please solve it, it's been a long time, my father-in-law needs his pension!!!!

They don't give you a turn and you have to wait too long because they pass on to more people before you even if you arrived earlier

Horrible service, they are slower than my grandpa. More than an hour of waiting for a deposit.

They have already started with their mafufadas, how they give them support for efficiency, the staff takes control of the shift system and they apply several shifts to the same client and they do not let you take your turn saying that it does not work... they are already the same as those of banamex......

Neither BanCoppel nor Elecktra treated me so badly for using my own money
