Homemembership approved my part and labor within a few hours after I sent in the receipts. I got my check in 4 days. Fast and efficient service.

Thinking about dropping it, they have raised all the deductibles without notifying us and they won't send service on a weekend without an even larger deductible- so will spend over $600 a year for the membership and another $100 or $200 on a deductible for one a/c call. And you cannot reach claims by phone, nor do they respond to your email on the weekend. Terrible customer service now.

A total rip off for 2023. Finding you own company to service and Paying for parts and labor and waiting on reimbursement after paying a year membership is crazy.

My service representative for Home Membership was named Erin and unfortunately the experience I received was awful. I like any other customer, submitted a ticket when my Air Condition unit was not working. While I am still an Active Duty service member that still serves in the Army and have served our nation in far worse environments, my family was not adapting well even though to 90 degree temperature in my home. I purchased 8 different fans that were placed going throughout the house while looking to resolve this issue. After going 5 days without response to my Air Conditioning not working I followed up with the email support group. Erin then responded to that email that my membership was expired and that my service order was rejected. Instead of providing options for future services or membership renewals or even a opportunity to pay for the repair at a non-member steeper price rate, she on behalf of Home Membership, declined my request for support to get my Air Condition fixed. Erin’s rejection was not the customer service I thought Home Membership was renowned for and it is certainly not the quality customer treatment in a time of crisis that I was anticipating to receive. Her handling of my case may have been in accordance with your organizations policy and procedures but her unresponsiveness to my inquiry and unprofessionalism was unfortunately not what I expected. Because of this experience, I will look to find another business to invest my membership with another firm. I strongly recommend that new home owners look elsewhere when placing your trust in a firm to help your family when you need it most.

Our washer ,wasn't spinning, filling, and it was showing different codes.I called Home Membership and they quickly got me to a great contractor. I had to postpone the appliance repair & call back for a plumber. After the plumber who came quickly did what he needed to do I was able to call the appliance repair who again responded quickly. I am very happy with Home Membership and their contractors.
