I hate this Walmart! They don't know the policy on car batteries. It says lifetime warranty if the battery malfunctions. When you try to return it they want a receipt. The receipt we had, the print faded away. They treated us like we were thieves. We never got to return the battery.
They will NOT call a manager for the life of them. Also very unprofessional they way they talk to customers.

This is a great store! They had everything that I wanted and needed. While I was there I tried using the scan and go. When I got to the register it didn't work so I had to go to the register and check out. The customer service agents were so nice and helpful! I had a good experience. Thank you guys!!

If i could give a Negative star review I WOULD.  Worst customer service ever! Manager wouldn't give me her name.The manager act like a child. They don't honor what price is posted.Carts all over. Many people just standing around.The manager lied about pulling the tag & I did show her it was there because I went back and YEP STILL THERE. She called security on me. I was leaving anyway but wow super rude. Worst Store ever.

I like the store itself, but some of the employees are something else. They fight amongst eachother infront of customers. They are extremely rude, some act like its ruining there day by answering a simple question. Applause to the empolyees who actually like their job.

This particular location has been a challenge for organization and overall service based on previous visits.  I was there right after they opened.  Many of the refrigerated displays did not have the lights on yet i.e. meat, deli, dairy.  I was glad to see that the meat display was being actively worked by an associate.  Found what I needed in dairy and walked through men's apparel, and it looked clean and organized.

Great professional service, Jane and Ashley were very helpful and informative in leading the way to understanding the insurance claims, how to read them and suggest the right repairs. They were in constant communication with us with updates and time lines. The vinyl siding specialist were very professional, hard workers . They literally worked from sun up to sun down in the freezing cold weather. Our house looks brand new , we are very pleased!! The next renovation project, we will definitely call JM!

I had stress fractures in my ceiling, Joy educated me about everything that needed to be done and why.  The work was completed on time, within budget and clean up was exceptional. Brothers Ace Hardware

Not quite sure what's going on with this store anymore. Have given them a couple of opportunities to help. The staff recommended parts that were completely and absurdly wrong for the parts I needed. Thought maybe it was just a bad opportunity so I gave them a couple of more tries over the summer and was very disappointed each time.
I thought maybe it was just a coincide but it was not I reached out to them for a warranty problem with a furnace that they installed two years ago and they said no we don't deal with that anymore you're on your own.
Highly recommend you avoid this store at all costs there is another hardware store in town that is much more knowledgeable and does everything that you need them to do.
Will never step foot in Brothers Ace hardware again.

We refilled propane here and were shocked and disappointed at their policies! They charge for a full refill, no matter how much your tank may have in it. The associate who helped us, overfilled the tank which is a potential safety hazard, especially in warm weather. And to top it off, they charged us $18 bucks for this! Twice the amount we typically pay for a 20lb tank refill. This is definitely one of those times where I wish zero stars was an option!

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although they didn't have what we were needing at the time, he sent us in the right direction. Definitely is my preferred local hardware store.

I love the door and the installation.  Ken did an amazing job.  He was 10 minutes early and the installer left the area cleaner than when he started.  If you want a high quality security door vs a storm door with the best features I highly recommend secure-all.

Hidden Lakes Ace Hardware

Cheng is an asset to Ace Hardware. He greeted us, helped us find items in Hardware, Automotive, Electrical and assisted us in picking out Command Strips for hanging our artwork. He even confirmed prices for us along the way. His friendliness and knowledgeable advice made grabbing items a breeze. We will return to this location over others because of his speed of service! Extremely satisfied with the experience he assisted us with!

Needed keys made. Super friendly, fast and professional. Asked questions about shovels and was delighted to have help getting what I needed at affordable price.

Nice little hardware store right off 72nd and Wordsworth, easy in and out with lots parking.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Was looking for replacement Schlage deadlatch parts. Can't find it on Lowes nor Homedepot, but they were in stock at Ace!!  The friendly staff help find it on shelf quickly and reasonably priced.

Although they don't have the GE Silicone Glue I was looking for, the staff is sweet and nice, and try his best to help me search it. Even we can not find it anywhere, I still really appreciated his help.

What I like about ace is that they have employees that know tge store, they know where things are and seem to be knowledgeable about what you need and how to do basic fixes. The employees seems to be trained properly. They don't have the selection of the home depots of the world but I still prefer ace because it's smaller and the employees are helpful.

Alex is an amazing general manager for this school. When you walk into the school the enthusiasm for the kids and for rock n roll and music is contagious. It is indeed the happiest place to be in a regular basis. Allison as well handles herself with such poise and kindness, she always puts families and kids first and responds to parents in a way that makes us feel that we are the most important part of the school. All concerts are so well done! All venues are selected with the adventure of the stage in mind and everything is first class even down to the timing of all shows. We are so grateful to have found this school. It has changed my sons life and our family’s life in an incredible way!

Amazing class for 5-7 year olds. I'm excited I found this class though it's farther than I'd like it's great to find teachers so excited to teach younger kids music!

The program at School of Rock Littleton is absolutely amazing and has made a huge difference in my daughter’s teenage life.  Everyone from the managers to the directors to the coordinators are great and they all really make a connection with the kids.  The opportunities for performing in real concert venues are priceless. I would recommend it to any parents of kids interested in musical performance.

Great experience. I only wish The School of Rock had been around when I was of age.  Excellent staff great and fun programs.  Keep it up!

This school is amazing! The instructors are so helpful and informative! Everyone is so full of positive energy and excitement! We enrolled our Grandson October 2021 and he absolutely loves it! He has lessons and performance,  we love going to all the concerts and enjoy it as much as he does!  If you want to learn to play an instrument and perform in front of a live audience then this is the only place you need!!!! We couldn't be happier with this school! I highly recommend them!! Check them out !!!

My child spent the whole day before her 16th birthday at the children's hospital. And all she really wanted was some caramel M n Ms. So  I grabbed the only money I had on me three dollars cash, and I ran in to find her some! It's not a big request for such a sad situation. There was no caramel MnMs. Except for 1 bag, that was about five dollars. Frustrated and tired. I made my way to the door only to have the old checkout. Lady named Irene step in front of me and block me from leaving. She said okay okay.... Then the witchy haired manager runs up from the side and says We need to see the receipt for what's in your hand........ And what was in my hand? My crumpled up three dollar bills and nothing else. So she smirks and spins on her heels and storms off? Cause apparently I blew their little ambush, after Embarrassing me in front of several families,  and traumatizing me after a full day at children's hospital. Worrying about my sick 16 year old........ So as she stormed off, I yelled and asked her her name. And she turned around and hissed "CYNTHIA "at me with no apology and utter disgust.... Then as I turned to leave, the other lady looked me up-and-down like she was looking for what? Pocket, I put whatever they perceived. I stole in and looked at me also with disgust..... I'm a grandmother, I'm a teacher aide and I belong to a large church and I can't wait to share this story of how I was treated while I was out trying to get a treat for my special needs. Child who was spending her 16th birthday in the hospital.

Additional details: another associate was not listening to me about what Walmart I purchased battery from and wouldn’t give me any time of the day to listen that I had a receipt and my order was able to be confirmed. They have the great offers everyday! Whole store is clean and managed so well. Staff is looking so hardworking and they are helping customers to find the things and to get they thinks on offers. Every sections are perfectly arranged even in the busy hours. Overall a very good place to shop!

WalMart is almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there the lady checking receipts at the exit Stopping everyone
I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "Sir... Sir!!!!" as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
Look. You can either trust me to do self-checkout or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you.

I visited it 4 times in 3 days. It's worth visiting again and again!

What's the point of self checkout when 90% of them are closed with a handful of registers open?  Nevermind that everything there is locked behind glass?  Tell me loss prevention can't do their job without telling me loss prevention can't do their job.  Just shut it down since there's a King Soopers eight blocks north and another one eight blocks south.

This store never usually does me wrong. But the way they're locking up everything now is absolutely ridiculous! You can't even get a pack of razors as a grown man without waiting 20 minutes.

Disappointing.  Still operating on reduced Covid hours.  Basics like flashlights and screw drivers are behind lock and key.

Spent much time waiting for "James" in sporting goods to no avail.

All this and they have the gaul to charge $1.45 for Sam's Cola.  F Walmart anymore!

Terrible experience. I came to return something and was told I couldn't get store credit because it was over $100. The young woman behind the counter was condescending and flippant. She said it was up to the manager and she was the highest manager I could speak with. Called corporate and was told to talk to the higher up manager who wouldn't be back until Monday. I have an unopened package and can't get store credit because they obviously don't care about their customers. Reading the othe comments about this store I completely understand where they're coming from. Horrible employees. Stupid policies. A complete disappointment. I've learned my lesson and will not be shopping at Walmart anymore.

Edgewater Ace Hardware

Really great local Ace. Went here to get a few things. Store organized, staff very friendly, and most importantly, easy to get the items you need! Went to get some batteries, easy to locate, and got a battery tester which was also easy to locate as well. The help center they have there has really nice staff too. And checkout was quick and easy also. So, all in all, great local Ace. Will be back! Thanks Ace!

Every time I visit Edgewater Ace, I have a positive experience, from the propane refill folks who are quick and friendly, to the clerks who guide me to stuff I can't find, to the check-out crew are always friendly and efficient.

I would especially like to acknowledge Jeffrey, who often works back in the key shop, but can be found helping people throughout the store. Each of my interactions with him are positive, but on a recent visit he went WAY above and beyond.

I have an old drum set and I've been trying to fix a part for literally years to no avail. Luckily, I ran into Jeffrey. Without going into detail, he basically crafted the new part using a heavy duty bolt and the grinder in the back. Since then my drum kit has been great.

Can't say enough positive about this store and particularly Jeffrey. Great customer-oriented culture. Thank you.

Almost always have the odds and ends I'm looking for work, and the staff is generally really helpful in finding what I'm looking for. The prices on some items are surprisingly great compared to the other hardware stores. Definitely will be coming back!

As a single woman it is super nerve racking to go to a hardware store. However, Shane has made me feel confident about walking in to Ace. He has helped me time and time again. He shows me so much kindness and makes sure I leave there with no questions. I will never go to a Home Depot ever again now that I’ve seen what perfect customer service looks like. Other places have mansplained things to me and make me feel even worse than I did going in. But Shane will literally drop what he’s doing to help me. So, ladies, I highly encourage you to come to this specific Ace! You’ll feel helped and taken care of!

Shout out to Jeffrey! I needed a screw and it was hard to find anywhere else. Just got a “idk” from everyone at other competitors. He let me take out a screw from the sliding doors as reference. He found exactly what I needed right away. Great guy, great customer service!

Weekend Warriors - Home Improvement Surplus

9/27/23 First time shopping at this store and was not sure about the quality of what I would be purchasing being its a surplus store . I purchased a fan light and installed it which works perfectly. They test their products before they make it out to the store floor so you know you’re getting quality and a good deal. If you are looking to do some remodeling or replacing broken household fixtures this would be a place to check out. They deserve every star.

Shocked to find the value and customer service I found at home improvement surplus. It was every tool and supply we needed to finish our house flip! From now on, we will start with home improvement surplus for all our building needs, tool demands and personal home care / odds and ends needs. Thanks so much for saving us so much time and money!!!

The staff is incredibly helpful and their deals are phenomenal! The area has been in need to avoid the price gouging at Lowe’s and Home Depot. Make sure to check them out for anything that you need.
