My child spent the whole day before her 16th birthday at the children's hospital. And all she really wanted was some caramel M n Ms. So I grabbed the only money I had on me three dollars cash, and I ran in to find her some! It's not a big request for such a sad situation. There was no caramel MnMs. Except for 1 bag, that was about five dollars. Frustrated and tired. I made my way to the door only to have the old checkout. Lady named Irene step in front of me and block me from leaving. She said okay okay.... Then the witchy haired manager runs up from the side and says We need to see the receipt for what's in your hand........ And what was in my hand? My crumpled up three dollar bills and nothing else. So she smirks and spins on her heels and storms off? Cause apparently I blew their little ambush, after Embarrassing me in front of several families, and traumatizing me after a full day at children's hospital. Worrying about my sick 16 year old........ So as she stormed off, I yelled and asked her her name. And she turned around and hissed "CYNTHIA "at me with no apology and utter disgust.... Then as I turned to leave, the other lady looked me up-and-down like she was looking for what? Pocket, I put whatever they perceived. I stole in and looked at me also with disgust..... I'm a grandmother, I'm a teacher aide and I belong to a large church and I can't wait to share this story of how I was treated while I was out trying to get a treat for my special needs. Child who was spending her 16th birthday in the hospital.

If your having any issues ask for requel she will listen and do everything she can to help. True costumer service!!! Additional details: another associate was not listening to me about what Walmart I purchased battery from and wouldn’t give me any time of the day to listen that I had a receipt and my order was able to be confirmed. I know it’s busy but today I just needed someone to listen and have patience while I provided the information needed and reaquel did that! Sorry if i misspelled your name and thank you!! They have the great offers everyday! Whole store is clean and managed so well. Staff is looking so hardworking and they are helping customers to find the things and to get they thinks on offers. Every sections are perfectly arranged even in the busy hours. Overall a very good place to shop!

WalMart is almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there the lady checking receipts at the exit Stopping everyone I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying "Sir... Sir!!!!" as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store. Look.
