24 Hour Fitness

I use the Olympic platforms mostly.
They have 6 platforms but they are 3 doubles that face each other.
No mirror to check your form.
They are setup by the reception desk and entrance doors. So it's drafty and cold right now.
They only have squat bars w center knurling.
They don't have a bench to use on the platforms.
I don't fit on the benches by the dumbbells. The bar hits the face of the safety pins when arms are locked out. So I can't unrack the bar properly.
I would like to use the safety bars on the platform racks because I workout alone. And I can change the height of the J cups to the proper height for me.
The power cage in the rear corner needs some TLC. The safety pins are bent and are hard to change the height of them.
The men's locker room is decent, could use a refresh.
The sauna works, but 2 of the 3 interior lights have been out.

This gym is so gross. The women’s locker room is always dirty. Mold on shower curtains, toilets always clogged, hair balls, trash. The pool area is gross also. Not sure how often they clean the pool but I’m always throwing hair balls out. The tile looks gross and moldy. I know it’s an older building, but it seriously needs a face lift. Even just a deep clean would help.

Do something about all these beer garden people parking in the 24 hour parking lot. They leave no parking for the people who are actually going to the gym and makes it really inconvenient.

This gym is so disgusting! They never clean the bathrooms, the saunas, nor the machines. Further, there’s black mold in the men’s locker room. There’s an odious stench that never goes away. Overall, It’s not worth it. Even planet Fitness is cleaner than this gym. Also, there’s no AC. In the summers it gets extremely hot. If I could give this gym a 0, I would. Stay away.

This gym is truly one of the worst gyms in the Denver metro area. It’s a shame because it used to be one of the best. I’ve worked here in the past and love the community, but new management and front desk staff have made this place almost unbearable. Machines are broken, the sauna seems to be a health hazard, and the bathrooms are not much better. I hope they can get this place back on track but right now, it’s not worth a membership. B Pilates Boutique

I have taken Pilates reformer classes for years.  Recently I dropped my membership with a large Club near me.  I signed up for a "Class Pass" to try out other reformer classes in town. Having already taken classes at B Pilates, I wanted to compare quality, pricing, availability, etc.  This is my conclusion:  B. Pilates is hands down the BEST Pilates studio in South Denver (probably all of Colorado!!)  I've taken classes from Sara (co-owner) for many years and I've been spoiled!  She takes in consideration everyone's unique fitness levels, injuries, etc and customizes the movements when necessary.  She is positive, encouraging, and lots of fun. Each session I've taken is unique and never, ever boring!  B. Pilates also offers Yoga, spin classes, private sessions, semi privates and classes.
Look no further.  No other studio comes close.

Real Pilates from real people. The instructors at b. pilates are so knowledgeable. I first worked with Sara when I was very de-conditioned. She challenged me without making me feel less-than. As I get stronger, she continues to find my areas of opportunity. This is not some flash in the pan fad workout studio. It is real Pilates.The work you will do here is significant, and can change your mind and body if you commit to it. Thank you for helping me "b" my best!!!!

Stretch Zone

I've been getting stretched since June 2023. Where I started versus where I am is a vast improvement. I have a really tight hip complex due to back and knee injuries. Six months ago, I could not sit crisscross applesauce. I'm not 100% there, but almost. Sitting on a chair, I could only cross my right leg over my left leg. Now I can do both. Your first stretch is free. If it's not for you, you've lost nothing but an hour of your time. If it is, you will find that you have better quality of life. I convinced my mom and sister to give it a try, now they're both getting stretched regularly. Everyone is well trained. I've been stretched by almost everyone, and they all do an excellent job. They listen to the needs of your body and work around your injuries. I highly recommend Stretch Zone. The experience will change your life for the better.

Stretch zone on 29th is my favorite place! I’ve been a client there for a couple of years now. Katie, Sam, and Sonja are amazing!! They are really good at knowing the level of pressure they put into the stretches and my body feels like new when I get out of there. Definitely recommend this place!! I have been going to the Stretch Zone in Central Park for 9 months now, and it is amazing!  I have worked with many of the therapists, but typically Sam.  Sam is so skilled at his practice, he just knows what my body needs during our weekly stretches!  Kudos to Sam and everyone at Stretch Zone Central Park!

Over the 2 years I have been seeing Sam at Stretch Zone, he has provided me with increased flexibility and relief from pain!  Sam is very knowledgeable and has given me ideas for stretches I can do at home as well.  I always look forward to my weekly sessions!

I have been seeing Logan for a few months and it has been terrrific. I feel so much more flexible and less prone to injury. I am not disciplined at stretching at home or after workouts so this has been awesome for me to come and have it done for me ha ha. I also can still get work done while he works his magic - win win when you are on the go.

First review I've left in my life. Visiting from out of town and needed workout supplies. Called for about 45 min then finally came in. Door is locked and says "be back in 15" I've been here for 25 minutes. Its on a Saturday at 4 pm. I understand emergencies but don't lie.

The owner tried to overcharge me for an item. I’ve always bought there. I know the price site says the same price tried to charge me $30 over probably because I’m black In came in with a ski mask mind you it’s cold people like you don’t deserve a Business

Came in to get a quick drink and power was out. Didn't have cash on me (Owner - Jon keeping his store open during outage) and was about to go. Was friendly and still got me taken care of. Consistent customer service with other visits. Specifically, appreciate the customer service being a business owner myself. Thanks Jon and all the best.

Do not shop here  Go to another GNC.  I was emailed by the owner Jon who told me I could no longer shop there.  I had made 3 returns within a week.  The reason I made the RETURNS was that the employee told me they did not do EXCHANGES.  What retail store does not do exchanges with a valid receipt.  So I ended up having to out of pocket the new supplement and wait 3-5 business days to get my money back.  This was extremely inconvenient for me.  I have been a loyal GNC customer for over 10 years and usually spend about $400 there a month.  If you don't want returns, do exchanges!!  I had also purchased over $200 worth of other items that I did not return.  Also the reason for the returns was due to the employees lack of knowledge on the products.  He was not able to tell me anything about the fat burners I was looking at.  I also asked him if he had any cases of LIT and he said no.  I then walked around the corner and found 3 cases of LIT and ended up buying 2.  The employee did not even know his own inventory.

I started shopping at this GNC over 10 years ago. Over the years I have done Physique shows, Triathlons, maintained, and did a variety of other things. One this I have always done is consult with Jon to help me with the right supplement protocol. He is extremely knowledgable and works within my budget.

My favorite part is that if he doesn't have it in stock, he generally finds it and ships it to me. Which brings me to the best part. He now ships me all of my supplements. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the manager at GNC. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She asks questions about my fitness goals and then truly listens. She leads me to the products that will help me get these results. I have been happy with the products and am seeing results. I will definitely continue to shop there and get advice from the manager.

I have an autopay subscription with GNC and buy from here frequently. I first went to this specific location on July 5. Purchased a few products. I had an allergic reaction to one so came to return it 7 days later when I finally had a break at work. Jeanette was the associate that helped me. She huffed and puffed from the moment I asked to do a return. She was furious and annoyed that I would do such a thing. I spend so much money here and could not believe the way I was treated. She even threw the product in the trash very roughly once I handed her the product. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated by anyone in customer service. I myself work retail and I know this is unacceptable. I will not be back to this location. Maybe she was just having a bad day but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. I’m literally sitting out in my car after leaving the location to gather myself. She was so rude. I pray she is not the manager.

Went in for Alani Nu products and they had a decent selection left. The women that was there was so helpful! Told me they can order whatever they didn’t have for less then buying it online! I’m all about a good deal! I’ll definitely buy our products through them!

Went there to purchase some Ghost Greens and the gentleman working the store was very knowledgeable about the products there and deals. Very helpful.

D1 Training Greenwood Village

D1 Training Greenwood Village has become my favorite place to train! If you’re looking for a gym that offers one-on-one coaching or group athletic training with amazing, knowledgeable, and motivating coaches, you’ve found the perfect place. Workouts are built around building your overall athleticism by improving  strength, flexibility, mobility, and energy with comprehensive daily workouts. This gym is clean, spacious, and stocked with top-notch equipment. D1 even offers a variety of class times to fit any schedule. I highly recommend you come try it out and I hope you get hooked as quickly as I have!

I've done several different types of group and personal training programs, and this is the gold standard. Every coach is highly knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate that they are always encouraging and ready to provide modifications or additional guidance on movements. Workouts are challenging AND effective. Also, there is such a great community of people. Only con is I've never been able to slip by with slacking..

I started a 6 week challenge with Coach Sophia to help me get back into the flow of working out. I did not expect to not only reach my weight goal and develop a healthy relationship which the gym, but I have become part of a community that is more than supportive of each other. I didn’t think I would like a class setting however, there is no better feeling then when you’ve forced yourself to get out of bed for a 5am class and you are greeted as soon as you walk in with enthusiasm, ready for others to see you put in good work! The entire team over at Greenwood Village is amazing and although I am not currently playing a sport, if I ever decide to in the future, D1 has more than prepared my strength and endurance for it. Highly recommend!

From my first contact with Court at D1 training, I could tell they really cared about their customers. After working out there, I knew that this was somewhere I would love to become a regular at. Both of the trainers that coached my group really pushed me to work as hard as I could while also doing a great job improving my form. They truly care about making you a better athlete and an overall healthy lifestyle. Very personable throughout the workout too which was awesome! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a great workout in with great people!

I was in town for work and went to a couple classes during D1's first week of business. I really enjoyed the classes. Coach Jeremy was really informative and focused on form, which was important to me since I hadn't done some of the exercises before. Good variety of strength and cardio exercises, and we were encouraged to work at your own level. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I love Stretch Zone! I’ve had sessions with Teddy and Lindsay and they both are fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is very clean and safe- you’re in one big room all together getting separately stretched! I have a very physically demanding job that even as a younger person, it takes a toll on my body. Getting stretched once a week has helped me feel less tense and less sore!! I highly recommend Stretch Zone and any of their wonderful employees!!! :D

So I have been going to Stretchzone fir a few months now and I feel better! I am way more flexible than I was before I started. TT is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about stretching the different muscles and knows just what is needed. He is.gentle/firm at the same time I would recommend him to anybody. I am hooked!

I have seen Teddy once and he is awesome, helped a lot with my pain management.

I’ve consistently seen Lindsey for the last few weeks though and I’ve had a massive improvement in the pain from my spine. She has been great and very informative on the best ways to execute each stretch. She will also make sure to focus on areas that you want to focus on more.

Everyone here has been super friendly and I love coming here weekly.

I’ve been coming here since they opened in Apr & keep coming back! I saw a difference from the initial intro stretch so I knew this was a good thing for me!! I’ve had Teddy & Reagan both stretch me & both are good! I will keep coming back…just got to figure out how to get my Health savings plan to accept this as it has been so beneficial for me! Highly recommend trying this.

If you have constant sore back and/or legs, Stretch Zone is the best thing you can do for your well-being. Teddy is awesome,... highly recommend.

Closing an hour early then what is posted. Drove out the way for no reason

Says they are open until 7:00 pm and it is not even 3:00 pm and they are closed. I will get my needs from other retailers on the web and forget about shopping GNC

I called looking for a specific product and even though I had good reception the employee repeatedly said they couldn’t hear me and hung up.   After calling a few times they said “your best bet is to just come into the store”.  Ummm- if I had time to go to the store instead of calling I would have.   I ended up rearranging things to make a trip to the store, in the middle of business hours,  only to find a hand written sign sign saying the store was closed for 45 minutes.   So unprofessional!   I’m super annoyed and won’t be visiting this or any other GNC again.

I agree with some of the other reviews. I have on multiple occasions tried to go to this location to find a hand written note or sometimes none at all and they are closed in the middle of the day during business hours. This has been super frustrating. However, when I do get to go in they’re always super helpful. Come on guys..try to do better, I can get supplements at a lot of different places.

Never had an issue until the female at the front desk today (who also refused to give a name).. Anyways what's the point of having a membership card or providing your membership card when they're going to decline you, laugh at you, make fun of you, and make jokes about you?!?. The manager "Mark" at this location was the one who set up the membership, and it was actually set up for showers only.. not gym use. Everything has been fine until the little snotty dark haired female today. But the female today declined entry. I spoke to corporate who said they need to speak to the manager, but it's even more pointless cuz it's the manager who gave me the membership card. I have had no issues since October 16th until this female behind the counter today. Extremely unprofessional & they've shown customers should find a more professional place to workout and  shower. Then to top it off, for them making screw-ups they want to rail you for it and play victim. What a joke! That little brat canceled my membership bc she was mad that I called corporate on her.

The Planet Fitness in Castle Rock is centrally located so you can go exercise and run your errands all in one trip. Lots of choices of machines and exercises. They are open all the time so you can go whenever you want. Monthly fee is lower than anywhere else I have found. There’s always a nice smiling face at the front desk. Go check it out. You won’t be sorry.

I've been going to this location for over a year now...always a great workout. "Ashley" on the morning shift is a hustler! She is always running the counter, checking people in, out in the gym cleaning all of the equipment, talking to people etc! She needs to be recognized!

Great location with plenty of parking. Access is 24/7. Equipment and facility is relatively clean. Staff is always helpful with questions and concerns.

Solid gym. Super clean and friendly staff. Has all the equipment you need, both weights and cardio, to get a great workout in. Friendly and respectful clientele.
