Always a wonderful experience! Bambi did my hair for my holiday party and it’s just gorgeous!

Had my first ever blowout and I'm never going to want to wash my own hair again!  It was so relaxing- from the scalp massage to the glass of champagne.  The products they used made my hair so clean, yet volumous, and my blowout lasted for 4 days!

Bambi was so wonderful- really listened and did exactly what I wanted! And Kim is always so sweet! Great experience

Terri was amazing! I have thick fine hair that doesn’t always hold a curl but she was able to get my hair exactly how I wanted. Would definitely go back to her.

Workers are so sweet and always get my hair looking so amazing. Marquita did so good on getting my hair perfectly straight and worked so quickly no other salon has been able to do my hair as well as she did. Go to this location asap 🙏🙏

I’m obsessed. Avie M did my hair. She did an amazing job and made it a good experience. This was my first time coming to blo bar and I would 100% come back and recommend to anyone looking for a good place to get their hair done

Martika did an amazing job on my daughters hair for her senior pics.  She also did her hair for homecoming court last year. Stunning!!!  She listened to what she wanted and replicated it. Would highly recommend.

I just had a disappointing conversation with the owner, Grace.  I asked if I could record our conversation at which that point she said she was hanging up and she would not continue the conversation.  I told her before she hung up that I was disappointed in her unprofessional behavior and remarks.  She called me to state that historically my hair takes 2 hours and that she would not be able to complete my service in the 45 min slot.  I explained that historically I had had extensions and I no longer have extensions. At that point, she stated she wanted to inform me that a 20% gratuity would be expected regardless of what service was completed. I told her gratuity his based off the quality of service. She states gratuity is customary either way and that she recommend I visit another location.  She was very unprofessional and condescending. I do not recommend this location until the owner can provide better customer service to include listening skills and better verbalization of her thoughts. When I specifically asked why she recommended I visit another location, she said her location may not be “a good fit” if I don’t provide 20% gratuity.  ***After posting my review, I decided to read the other negative reviews.  Several negative reviews mention the owner, Grace, being rude. Each time she responds she seems to recollect the situation totally different from the reviewer. Interesting.

Grace, you are either a liar or delusional.
1) I never asked you to squeeze me in. We both immediately agreed that it would be OK if I did not get a full blow out service at the appointment. I told you multiple times that the appointments that took two hours included styling my extensions.  I told you that multiple times.  I also told you that I no longer have extensions and is usually just get my hair blow dried without styling so for that reason I was ok with only 45 min.
2) You said I wasn't a good fit before I mentioned recording the call.  You saying I wasn't a good fit promoted me to ask if the call could be recorded. I asked for your permission to record the call and you abruptly hung up.
3) I said gratuity is based off what services were completed and customer satisfaction. You stated multiple times that, even though we would only be completing 45 minutes of service, you would still expect me to provide gratuity for a two hour appointment. I told you that statement was confusing to me, as it did not make sense. You then stated over and over again that, even if my service was stopped at 45 minutes, which it would be, you would still expect gratuity based on a two hour service because of my historical visits.
I actually have several other people that overheard the conversation and can serve as witnesses to your statements. This is not about really needing my hair styled. This is about principal, business owners mistreating customers, business owners lying on customers, and business owners lying about how they handled a situation. Do you not think it is interesting that you recollect situations completely different from your clients that had issues with you? If you are going to mistreat customers and be rude, at least own up to what you did.

I have been here before and I should have known better b/c the stylists have gone down hill since when they first opened.  I requested a stylist that could do textured hair even though my daughter is mixed with gentle curls and no texture.  An hour after her appointment, I went back to get her and they were still trying to do her hair.  Her curls were combed out before she got there.  I immediately told the stylist that I was taking her some place else to do her hair, but she then assured me THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA TIME [Remember this Statement], the price would be based "on the service and not on the extra time," and that SHE COULD DO HER HAIR.  I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she was incompetent.  I sat in my car with my 2 younger children and went back and forth into the salon several times.  The stylist begged me to let her finish.  Three hours later she said she was done. My daughter's hair was  barely blown out and styled. The stylist was embarrassed.  I went to pay and there was an upcharge for the extra time, specifically what she said would not happen. Then the stylist came to the cashier, told me she was comping the service and I did not have to pay.  I told her I would pay the regular charge of the blow out, not the extra time and give her a tip.  She kept arguing with me that there was no charge.  This went on for several minutes. It got so bad I asked my older daughter to take my younger two children back to the car.  The stylist insisted that I leave and insisted that I not pay for the blow out since I was not happy with the service. I finally agreed with her that I would allow her to comp the service b/c we needed to go home to get ready for homecoming (we were running late since we had been there for 3 hours!) and the owner was not answering her cell phone.  I finally left and later I received a charge on my credit card from the Blo Dry East Cobb for not only the blow out but an upcharge for the time the stylist tried yet still could not do my daughter's hair properly.  Blo found a credit card on file from the Lenox location and even though unauthorized by me, charged the service on my credit card after they told me there was no charge.  Completely fraudulent b/c they did not have my authorization, insisted on me not paying even though I tried to pay and then behind my back found a card for another location and used it after I left and after they kept telling me there was no charge.  Shame on you Blo Bar.  I should file a police report for theft.  So moms with children with any type of texture, DO NOT GO TO BLO BAR EAST COBB.  They are incompetent and dishonest.  I heard the Dry Bar is coming to East Cobb.  Everyone go there.

Avie did an amazing job and made my hair look fantastic for Christmas.  She’s a perfectionist which is a great quality in a hair stylist.

Drybar Vinings

Pros: I will start off by saying the staff is so friendly and professional. The salon was spotless. I also love the fact they were open on a Sunday.
Cons: I do think the staff at this location may need some more training in styling thick curly hair (mine is 4a/4b). My stylist didn’t wash out all of the product she used to wash my hair (especially in the middle of my head) and therefore made it difficult to blow dry and straighten. When I left my roots and edges were puffy, somewhat damp and hard to comb through. However the rest of my hair was straightened nicely - she did do multiple passes which typically isn’t needed. I will say my stylist was very gentle and I do believe she tried her best but you can tell she wasn’t confident at all with my hair type. It was an easy fix at home by blow drying it more and straightening my roots. I have not had this issue at the other location I visited.

One of the best salon experiences I've EVER had! I was nervous about getting my hair blown out because my hair hasn't seen heat in 4 years! Also for reference only I have 3c/4a hair.  And I it was important to me to not damage my curls. Stacy went above and beyond expectations. She was extremely gentle with my tresses and took time and care to ensure I got amazing results. The supporting staff was attentive as well. I highly recommend their services! They were professional, friendly, prompt, and did exactly what I asked. What more could you ask for in a salon!

In between my protective styles I love a good blowout/press and DryBar is always so easy to get a same day appointment and very affordable. I was a littttle nervous going in just because I have thick ethnic hair and sometimes it can be a learning curve with new stylists, but my stylist Ashley absolutely slayyyyed my blowout. She was gentle the entire time, informative and great conversation regarding health of hair and suggestions for my hair moving forward, her energy was just amazing! I also have flat iron ptsd and always get very nervous while being pressed out, hold my ears, ect and not once did she burn me, and my hair is FLAT BBY. I am soooo grateful I was blessed to sit in Ashleys chair today at DryBar!

Taylor is solid! She gets me in and out very quick. Sometimes ppl take an hour and a half to do my hair but she can whip it 45 mins. She styles me exactly how I request.

I’ve been to this drybar a handful of times now; this location is close to my work, I pay for a membership, so can stop in at the start of the week for a blowout that lasts for DAYS AND DAYS. I can’t complain about anything at all, everything’s been great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing blowouts just the way I like them! 🙌🏼

My blowout turned out nice but the Stylist Jessica was rude and impersonal. She didn't come over to the foyer to greet me. She called out i
A low voice for me to come to her from the chair. I didn't feel like I was being pampered at all. I tried to make small talk but she made it clear that she wasn't  interested.  Additionally,  she never asked me if I liked my blowout. She didn't say goodbye or anything. She just walked off. I don't think she should be dealing with the public if she's going to have such an attitude. I'll never have her do my blowout again. The receptionist manager was VERY nice and made me feel welcomed.

I have come here a few times for special occasions in the past. I came here for a treat yourself day and got the Cosmo blow out. I love the loose curls and the attention to detail that my stylist gave me. She was very patient, gentle and sweet individual. I showed her a picture of one of my past blow outs and she nailed it! Can't wait to return :)

Stephanie* did a great job with my half updo. She was super quick and my hair held up all afternoon and into the night. I wish I lived closer so I could see her again!

I recently went to Drybar for the first time to have my hair done for a gala, and really enjoyed it. I had a blowout service with an added liquid glass treatment and it held well and fought the crazy humidity that evening. Ebony was my stylist and she was great - kind, personable and attentive. I highly recommend her.

Blowouts here use to last for days, now not even a day. I took my adult daughters the other day to get a wash and blowout because I use to go all the time. Hair looked good temporarily but they said their stylist were very rough and hurt their heads the entire time. Prices have also gone up way too much for the service that has gone down. Do better and teach your stylist not to be so rough. It’s a blowout not braids!!

The Body Barn LLC

Once enrolled, gym is available 24 hours a day. Its on the smaller side but plenty of variety of equipment for good workout. Friendly staff and patrons.

The owner is super friendly and very polite! There are quite a few machine and a separate area if you wish to "weight lift". Everyone seems friendly and the place is super clean! Lots of parking and decently lit even after dark.

I've been getting my hair done at the salon for years.. Cassie Manuel has always done an amazing job... color, cut and style... always on point

Massage therapy is amazing.  I go every 2 weeks. Meghan is wonderful.  I go there for my care as well. Cassie is amazing.  Always a pleasant experience :)

The service is super slow, they give you an appointment at an hour and it takes more than 40 minutes to see you, even if you arrive on time, you come in after the appointment time, I have been doing hair removal for almost 2 years and you just don't see significant progress, it's not cheap at all to have so much time.
They change staff all the time, you barely get used to one person serving you and another person may be there for the next appointment.

The more people see the bad comments of this company, the better, they are only dedicated to stealing your money and they will never give you good service, they will see pure bots and positive comments on their Face page because they delete everything else, but Google what this horrible franchise is actually like.

I only went to ask the prices with my mother, they moved us to a room and they didn't want to let us leave until we bought from them, and after we were still locked in there I heard two ladies shouting at each other like a fight, my mother and I stopped and we We went even though they kept saying no.

Terrible service, they do not solve problems that they caused you, they cancel appointments and then do not reschedule you, they behave as if they were doing you a favor, they move appointments without caring about your schedules and if you want to accommodate them they threaten to take you away the guarantee for which they charge you more once they make you lose it. My recommendation, save your time and money, it's not worth it and you don't see results

Terrible service, the saleswoman Afuerzas wanted me to pay her at the moment, she told me that if I returned there would no longer be a 60% discount, I mean because Afuerzqs wanted me to pay at that moment, she even got offended because I didn't want to pay. Seeing the reviews and the attitude of the supposed "seller" I have no doubt that she wanted to do something with the account and/or card for her own benefit. Apart from a super arrogant and offensive attitude against me. I don't know how a place like this continues to operate with such bad reviews.

Love DreamDry! The customer service is amazing!
I am African American and  the care and TLC my hair receives every visit is always appreciated! My blowout has lasted up to 2 weeks or longer if I wanted.
During warmer months that obviously depends on how humid it is and if I’m sweating like crazy. Which I think is normal for any where you get a blowout.

I think the life of your blowout may depend on the level of your stylist. There are some stylist who’ve been at DreamDry for years, 5 years or more. And I’ve always had great long lasting blowouts with them.

I also love that if you mention any specials that they may be offering from the Instagram page, they kindly honor it.
They’ve had “Happy Hour” rates on certain days.

If you’ve been thinking about giving them a try, do it!!

They definitely DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HAIR! Especially when it comes to Afro-american. This is a WHITES ONLY SALON. I took my daughter here to get a blow out which by the way was $80. Only for her hair to poof back up and sweated out within an hour!!! LADIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Drybar - Buckhead

Discriminatory practices! You might come here because it’s cheaper than going to a stylist who actually knows how to do your hair. Well their new policy (which is definitely targeted if you know what I mean) will make that irrelevant! If your appointment goes over 55 minutes (including the wash!) you will be charged more! Even though I wasn’t told that until after the stylist took 20 minutes to wash my hair. She clearly did not know how to do curly hair. I left with knots and a lot of frizz. You’re better off going somewhere that won’t treat you like an inconvenience because they’re not trained in your hair texture.

Love this location. My hair always comes out nice and my curls last anywhere from a week to 2 weeks with proper nightly maintenance. I highly recommend all the woman at this location.

This review is for their updos- I didn’t get a blowout. My stylist completed my updo in half the allotted time, even with me asking her to make changes. I provided her with several pictures and gave her feedback on the issues I had but I did not leave even remotely happy with the look. She clearly rushed through it and wasn’t capable enough to complete a look that was advertised on drybar’s website. I had to spend half an hour after the appointment fixing my hair so I could feel the slightest bit confident going out. It was a dry run for an event and needless to say I will not be going back to get my hair done for the actual event. The staff were friendly enough but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they can’t do hair.

HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE service. Arrived at my appointment on time at 7am. Took 30 min for anyone to do my hair. When she was finally ready to do my hair she had a horrible attitude. As she was doing my hair she was very rough with me. As if she was taking her frustrations out on me. She kept pulling my hair as she was combing and burning my scalp with the flat iron. Afterwards when my hair was done it came out as if I did it myself using a lower brand flat iron. Buckhead location has to do better. If you are upset because someone makes an appointment in the morning and you have to provide the service don’t do hair. Work somewhere else because a persons Self Esteem is important we come to you guys to help with boosting our confidence  and if your giving attitude and pulling hair because you have to do hair your passion isn’t hair do something that isn’t in customer care. Midtown your the best!!! Worst part is that she is the trainer doing this. 🤦‍♀️

I went here & had an amazing experience, I got my hair done by Latisha I believe was her name & she did a great job in a timely matter. The environment & staff was very nice & welcoming. I will be returning when I’m in Atlanta.

I NEVER post negative reviews but after having the worst, most unprofessional experience with this salon, I felt like others should be aware before going here. I went with my mother on the Friday of my rehearsal dinner to get blow outs. The person who did my mothers blow out was talking about her behind her back while still in ear shot of my mom all because my mom asked for some hairspray to hold her bangs in place. It was just straight up disrespectful and rude - especially since we were trying to celebrate my wedding. My hair was done so poorly the first time that it had to be redone by Destiny. Luckily she was amazing and did her best to fix the hair. She is very talented. The manager was helpful once she knew the situation with the hair. My hair experience wasn’t the best but I was able to look past it because they did their best to correct the issue. The disrespect shown to my mother is a different level and I will never return to this salon.

I’ve been coming to Blo Buckhead for over 3 years. It’s the first time I met Julandrea. I had the best experience since my favorite stylist left. She is very thorough and really particular. The style lasted for days even while I was traveling. Unfortunately, she only works on Sundays.

I have been a member for 3 years now and I absolutely love it. Blo Buckhead specifically has the nicest staff & they are all very talented stylists. I recommend Blo Buckhead constantly to all of my friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an amazing blowout experience from start to finish! As soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me, she was friendly and offered me water while I waited. My stylist Casseidy did an amazing job! From recommending products to the actual blowout and styling, I could not have left happier! Will definitely be back. Request Casseidy when you go!

I saw Syreeta on Saturday and boy, did she knock it out of the park. I have never loved my style as I did on Saturday. She was amazing! Everyone at the salon was very nice and friendly. Can't wait to go back!
