Discriminatory practices! You might come here because it’s cheaper than going to a stylist who actually knows how to do your hair. Well their new policy (which is definitely targeted if you know what I mean) will make that irrelevant! If your appointment goes over 55 minutes (including the wash!) you will be charged more! Even though I wasn’t told that until after the stylist took 20 minutes to wash my hair. She clearly did not know how to do curly hair. I left with knots and a lot of frizz. You’re better off going somewhere that won’t treat you like an inconvenience because they’re not trained in your hair texture.

Love this location. My hair always comes out nice and my curls last anywhere from a week to 2 weeks with proper nightly maintenance. I highly recommend all the woman at this location.

This review is for their updos- I didn’t get a blowout. My stylist completed my updo in half the allotted time, even with me asking her to make changes. I provided her with several pictures and gave her feedback on the issues I had but I did not leave even remotely happy with the look. She clearly rushed through it and wasn’t capable enough to complete a look that was advertised on drybar’s website. I had to spend half an hour after the appointment fixing my hair so I could feel the slightest bit confident going out. It was a dry run for an event and needless to say I will not be going back to get my hair done for the actual event. The staff were friendly enough but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they can’t do hair.

HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE service. Arrived at my appointment on time at 7am. Took 30 min for anyone to do my hair. When she was finally ready to do my hair she had a horrible attitude. As she was doing my hair she was very rough with me. As if she was taking her frustrations out on me. She kept pulling my hair as she was combing and burning my scalp with the flat iron. Afterwards when my hair was done it came out as if I did it myself using a lower brand flat iron. Buckhead location has to do better. If you are upset because someone makes an appointment in the morning and you have to provide the service don’t do hair. Work somewhere else because a persons Self Esteem is important we come to you guys to help with boosting our confidence and if your giving attitude and pulling hair because you have to do hair your passion isn’t hair do something that isn’t in customer care. Midtown your the best!!! Worst part is that she is the trainer doing this. 🤦‍♀️

I went here & had an amazing experience, I got my hair done by Latisha I believe was her name & she did a great job in a timely matter. The environment & staff was very nice & welcoming. I will be returning when I’m in Atlanta.
