StretchLab

I believe today was my 6th or 7th visit.  All of them have been great. I've partnered with Leann and Carly and all visits have had positive results.

Weighing my options between physical therapy, a massage therapist and StretchLab to solve a leg issue, I chose StretchLab as my first option.  I'm grateful to say options two and three are not needed.

Amy does a great job greeting incoming persons and discussing possible solutions.

I have been coming in for a few weeks now and have had great results. My regular Flexologist, Kathi, was on vacation. I was a little nervous but No Problem, Amy knew my needs and gave me a very good stretch.

I have been very pleased with the flexibility gains made at StretchLab. Much less pain, better sports performance,  and better mood. Carly does a fantastic job adjusting stretches for old injuries and staying consistent with a program to address chronic issues.

I love coming in. Leann is wonderful. I started coming in after running my first marathon because of both IT band issues and piriformis syndrome. My pain from both is completely gone now and I was able to run my second marathon without any pain. I’ve also come in with migraines and left pain free. Highly recommend coming in.

Another fantastic visit with Amy. She is in tune to what your needs are and makes adjustments as needed. I like the variety of stretches and recommendations to what to do on my own. Highly recommend Amy!

FIRE Fitness Camp Neenah

I knew I needed to add strength training to my exercise regimen but had no idea how to go about creating a program. Fire has all the workouts planned. All you have to do is show up and put in your best effort. Coaches are the best combination of fun, encouraging, and challenging.

First gym I've ever found that checks all the boxes...coaches are motivating,  they hold you accountable,  workouts are always changing. The people are incredible...it's truly like a family.

I am so glad I joined FIRE fitness at the beginning of the year.  It is a great workout and everyday is a different camp, which is so awesome.  The people and coaches are great and it is so much fun to workout.  I can't believe the change I have seen in my body in the first few months.  I would recommend anybody to come and try a 30 minute workout and see how awesome it is.

I've been a member for about 7 months now and my wife and I love this gym. The workouts vary greatly keeping things interesting but they are always challenging and pushing you to get more out of yourself. The coaches/staff are very friendly and helpful, making the choice to join easy. They have many different class time offerings that will fit most any schedule. I highly recommend if you want the most efficient use of your time and money to make progress on your fitness goals to stop in and try a class.

Best motivation out there! Who knew you could laugh while sweating your tooshie off. I've seen results I never thought could happen!

Fox City FIRE Fitness Camp

Great 30 minute workouts, awesome coaches and a really fun atmosphere where members hold each other accountable!

FIRE is AWESOME! The workout is quick yet extremely effective. The coaches are awesome at keeping you motivated, helping you meet your goals, and making each workout fun! Fire has a real sense of community and people take the time to get to know each other! It is a great place to get to know people and meet your health and wellness goals.

Fox City Fire Fitness Camp has changed my life, in the best way ever!! I have tried for years  to lose weight and get in shape, but I never had the right guidance.  FIRE provides all of the instruction and information that I need to keep on track to reach goals I have never imagined on my own.   Rob and the rest of the coaches want us to succeed and help us with whatever it takes. Personal attention and a program that truly works if you are willing to put in th effort!!!  Everything is great, except for Rob's jokes.

I highly recommend Stretch Lab! It’s amazing how good I feel  after having been stretched!  The staff are all pleasant and welcoming. Leah always asks if I have any problem areas that I would like worked on!  Definitely worth checking out!

I’ve had a couple stretches now and have already noticed a notable difference in range of motion and mobility!  Both Kylie and Leah have been amazing!  The atmosphere is relaxing and the facility and staff are impeccable! Highly recommend!

Stretch Lab is amazing! I’ve only encountered genuinely nice flexologists there. They’re all professional and explain what they’re doing as they stretch. It’s amazing how good you feel after a stretch!

EDIT: I spoke with Dave and he reassured me that my membership was canceled and I would not be charged for any additional months. I very much appreciated him circling back and  making sure that this was all taken care of- sincere and good customer service!

I have no complaints with the stretch sessions; everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What has been challenging is canceling the package I signed up for. My schedule has dramatically changed so I requested a cancellation 10 days ago. I expected to be charged for October, but wanted to verify I wouldn’t be charged for November, and at least have some idea of what to expect going forward. I haven’t received any additional information about this. I would advise that if you’re thinking of signing up, be 100% certain you won’t need to cancel.

I have been getting stretched here for 2 months and am seeing a difference in my mobility. The flexologist are so great. They listen to you and your body. They also offer stretches you can do at home. Which is so nice! So glad to have this here in Appleton.

Heart of the Valley FIRE Fitness Camp

HOV Fire has helped me change my life around. The first day I started, they showed me the compassion and respect they want to give every time a new client comes in through their doors. I have been there for only 2 summers and 120 sessions with them now, but the attitude that the coaches and trainers there has helped me get out of my comfort zone. I have never felt so alive to meet others, get to know and talk with them that I forgot what I was like back in my middle school years. As always thank you Fire for changing my life.

I walked in during No-Pay November and have been hooked since. I never knew I needed this kind of therapy. Talk about a humbling experience on the daily. I didn’t expect much from FIRE when I started, and I didn’t have much of a goal. I just figured, GO! Hit the ground running. I love that you walk in thinking one thing, and then leave feeling humbled. You never know what will happen at FIRE. Each day is different. The coaches are wonderful! They really bring out the beast in you! The FIREfam energy is insane! What’s really rewarding is working out alongside others, who are battling their own demons, and cranking it out together. It’s a solo journey initially, but you really get to conquer together as a team! And if you can break a sweat doing it, why not? Best decision I’ve made in 2023!

Fit Body Boot Camp

Appleton Fit Body has become part of my daily routine.   It is great,  I just show up and they have the workout all planned out and it is never the same.   Always a new challenge and the coaches are just the best.   It truly feels like a family.    Since joining I can say I am in the best shape of my life and the workouts are for all ages and abilities.   Give it a try.   I know you won't be disappointed.

Love this gym! I love that it's just 30 mins, and that there are lots of times to choose from.  The coaches are great motivators and always watch your form to make sure you're working safely.  They want you to reach your goals,  so they'll work with you to help you become they healthiest version of yourself!

Sampled other boot camps, but this one stood out. The owner and operator are a couple that also coach many of the classes which results in a close attention to detail and a genuine homestead feel. A variety of 30 min exercise sessions are structured to work together for the week, but also work well as standalone. Classes are suitable and welcoming for different levels of ability and always include modifications for people at different stages of fitness and even those carrying injuries. Finally, the pricing was the best I found with no upsell or hidden fees. Definitely one of my better decisions to come here!

A game changer! The 30 minute boot camps make it possible to squeeze in a work out into your busy life. The coaching staff are nothing short of excellent….encouraging and empowering in and out of the gym. The people are supportive, friendly and function as a family rather than just members. You won’t regret joining!

I’m so happy I found this gym! The workouts are never the same & each day is a new challenge. The coaches help push you out of your comfort zone and truly are helpful and encouraging! My favorite part of every day!

I have been paired with Ash and have gotten great results for my back pain and stiff hip joints. I was able to sit cross legged on the floor at my Grandsons Christmas program for 45 minutes with no discomfort and easily get up afterwards. I have also found I’m sleeping better.

Had a great session with Ash! Before I started I could turn to look behind, now my flexibility has really improved!

My coach is Ash.  His knowledge and expertise is exactly what I needed.  As a senior,  I felt I needed to increase my flexibility as an overall health benefit. Ash has done that for me. I came to Stretchlab looking for low back pain relief. My muscles are too tight for a chiropractor to pop my back, and massage therapists never give much attention to the area. They paired me with Ash who finally gave me a diagnosis that made sense. I have anterior pelvic tilt. Standing in one place for more than 10 minutes causes a low dull ache. After just 4 sessions with Ash, I have noticed that it is taking longer to feel the discomfort of just standing. I highly recommend Ash to get you right!

I enjoyed the experience and thought my therapist did a terrific job. I walked out feeling more loose and relaxed throughout my body but especially in my hips and shoulders. It was a very positive environment. I look forward to learning more about your membership. Thank you.

FIRE Fitness Camp Kaukauna

Tried out my first class tonight and I have to say, it was no joke! You work your butt off for 30min doing circuits. My first class was tough but it’s only up from here! Sam, the trainer, was helpful! I didn’t feel discouraged once. Happy to have made it through my first class! On to many more 🙌🏻

Worst place ever owner steal money on members and never let them out of their membership. Owner also never call you back. Stay away from this place  only care about money and stealing from membership

Valparaiso Fit Body Boot Camp

I am very pleased with my experience with Fit Body Boot Camp. They waste no time getting you engaged with the work outs that yield results. I am signed up with the most amazing trainer EVER! Her name is Angel. She is brilliant. She is a quick thinker and is fully aware about making the modifications needed for those who have had joint surgeries and injuries. I am always safe and pushed to maximize my work out. I finally feel like I am in the right place at the right time to lose the 100 pounds that I need to rid of. They treat me very respectfully and That is priceless to me. Michelle, the owner is also very kind and caring. Thank you for a great experience.

I like Fit Body because I, personally, like the group settings and having to sign up for a class because it will motivate me to go workout. The coaches encourage you throughout the whole workout, and also show you modifications if you have injuries, so you're still able to move your body without injuring yourself further. The coaches are also patient with you for those modifications. After exercising, your mental and physical health improves a great deal and enhances your energy for the rest of the day! It's only 30-45 minutes of your day, so it doesn't hurt to give it a try!

I joined Valparaiso Fit Body this fall after leaving a local fitness studio. Michele and all of the trainers have made me feel so welcome and supported. I love that the weekday morning classes are only 30 minutes long, yet I feel like I am getting the best and most productive workout ever! I truly have found my new happy place!

I started a 30 day challenge the beginning of the month. Already feeling better about myself. Trainers are motivating and very helpful. Moves can also be done in modification. I highly recommend this gym.

I started going to Fit Body Boot Camp for strength training after having lower back spinal surgery. Working with their head trainer Angel has been exactly what I needed. Everyone there is highly experienced and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend checking them out.
