Fit For Life Bootcamp, Inc.

Connie runs this place and it really is a boot camp! What a workout packed into a half hour three days a week! The main workout is Kettlebell (it's surprisingly easy to learn and it's such a full body workout, it surprised me after the first session how many muscles I had and didn't realize.) Fit for Life Bootcamp also offers spin class with fancy bikes that you can ride along with visuals and an app. There's a ton of equipment on this gym and a lot of opportunity to make this part of your fitness routine.

An awesome place for a workout the instructor keeps you busy and going. Well worth your membership.

BSC Aquatic & Wellness Center

I just finished with an Aquatic class this morning, and the womens locker room was absolutely filthy. I'm not sure if they  don't have someone checking those locker rooms on a regular basis, but this is not acceptable.

We've been here a couple times for swim meets, and it is a beautiful and clean facility for those events. Ample seating on the bleachers, and you can bring your own chair if you prefer to sit underneath the bleachers to remove yourself from the noise for a second. It does get loud when everyone is cheering on their swimmers.

There is a wellness center/gym on site as well as a nutritional shake business.

Overall a very nice facility.

First time taking my kids to swim and  There were swimming classes going on at the same time Which is fine there's enough room in the pool, Unfortunately you can tell by the facial expressions and the unkind and unfriendliness of the Lifeguards a few must have had a long day or have been going through something  They seemed highly stressed out, The pool ended at 7:30  We were advised to exit the pool which we Did and 2 of my children followed behind me age 7 and  9 where last to exit , "they where exiting" not once did they   Decide not to or fool around or do anything other than exit! Yet this lifeguard made it her "mission" to yell and scream at them repetitively obnoxiously to the point where my son who has autism with sensory issues was fearful and went into a an emotional state upon leaving in our van I kept calm and got my children quickly out if there , we will not be back I will not  Subject my children to someone like that ever again..... I pray when or if u read this you find it in your heart to remember your true meaning of the job you serve in our community and for all children while working with kids and community in keeping everyone safe.....
And to be kind!

How much does it cost I know it really fun so I’m giving it a 5 star but how much is it

Uncomfortable bleacher seating and hot temps in stands.  Playland and epic nutrition were pluses.  Short course state swimming pool is awkwardly positioned to the right of bleachers which provides negative viewing experiences.

Hotworx Bismarck is hands down the best gym in Bismarck. The state-of-the-art facilities and the friendly staff make it a top-notch fitness destination. The infrared workouts are not only effective but also incredibly unique. The convenience of 24/7 access is a game-changer for my busy schedule. I highly recommend Hotworx Bismarck to anyone looking for a fantastic gym experience.

For the first time in my life I love working out! The staff and members are friendly and encouraging. I’ve never been more comfortable in a gym environment! The benefits of the infrared sauna on my knees and joints has been incredible and the difference I notice in how my clothes fit and the added core strength and balance has been great!

I have been going to Hotworx for the almost 4 month and my results are life changing.  My energy level, strength and stamina has increased, my over all sleep has improved, I've seen  a reduction in hot flashes and overall I feel amazing.    For the first time in my life I feel comfortable going to the "gym".   The 24 hour access, the capability to book your own workouts and track calories in the App, and variety of workouts offered just makes working out easy!  The staff is AMAZING and alway smiling, the facility is is clean and overall this great place to Earn the Burn!

I absolutely love HOTWORX! 🔥I have never been as motivated or as excited to work out as I am with this gym. I love the staff. Happy that I  have seen positive changes in my body in last 4 weeks. I have more energy and sleep better. My family has  even noticed my waist getting smaller!!! Yeah 😊 Its great that the gym is open 24 hours so it can work for everyone. 💚💚💚

I have been attending HOTWORX for only a short amount of time, but my results have been life changing! I am excited to workout again, I have energy, and  my skin is feeling amazing. The workouts are quick and fun, and it never feels crowded. I highly recommend!!

BODYBAR Pilates - Tanglewood

I just completed my first Classic class at the BODYBAR Pilates – Tanglewood and it was amazing!  I love the vibe of the studio, the instructor was excellent, and everyone was very welcoming.  This was my first Pilates class, and I can see why those who practice Pilates are highly committed.  Thank you for a GREAT experience!

I have to say BODYBAR Tanglewood is amazing! The staff is always so nice and accommodating. I love the simplicity of being able to book my week out via the app. If I ever have to miss a class last minute and quick text to the manager and she takes care it! I love that there are so many different classes and time frames. Everyday is different for me, so I love having the flexibility to booked different class times based on schedule. The reformers are great and always clean! I highly recommend doing a trial class! Intake advantage of the unlimited and go 5 days a week!

I have enjoyed Bodybar Pilates for a year now!  I love being greeted by name along with a big smile!  I think every instructor is awesome. The instructors are experts, teaching and modifying the workout to best suit all fitness levels.

Is your motivator for success broken? Take a mixed equipment class for repair.

I have loved my experience at Bodybar Tanglewood over the last six months. The studio is beautiful and always sparkling clean. The instructors are wonderful and every class is a little bit different. I always look forward to coming to class at BodyBar! ☺️

StretchLab

I loved it. The receptionist was awesome(I think her name is Lauren)made me feel like I would be back for sure.
ANTONIO was the one that did an evaluation and he was awesome also.i am 81 this month  and he moved muscles I didn't think could possibly stretch that far!

It was my first experience with the stretch lab. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly. I liked it better than a massage. Cad was absolutely amazing, he actually listened to me. The machine pinpointed my issues and it was on point. Cad was very informative explaining what he was doing while stretching me as he went. My experience here is always great. My streatch therapist Rogelio is so attentive and thorough! He educates me on what part of the body the stretches are impacting! I always leave feeling wholisticly better. My mind is clear, I feel physically better, and my spirit feels refreshed as well. If you have not engaged in a professional stretch,  you are doing yourself a disservice. Self care is the best care! Get yourself stretched!!!

First time at StretchLab today! I Ioved working with Sofia. She's gentle, but strong and explains everything well along the way. I'm excited about stretching and strengthening my muscles to keep up with my 11 grandchildren!

Capital Racquet & Fitness Center

Best place ever!! They've got it all...and at very reasonable rates too!! I'm so grateful I found this place!! I hesitated writing this review because I want to keep this place all to myself.🙂

Awesome gym. Only place in town with indoor tennis courts. Wonderful instructors here. Love the quietness of the lifting and cardio area - it's easy to get a good workout without having to wait on people. Locker rooms are recently renovated and very clean with good sized lockers.

I previously left a 2* review with my reasons. It took a long time but the issues have been addressed and the manager that used to work there that was the largest part of the problem no longer does.

It’s always clean, never crowded. The machines are older (and actually I like the machines a lot and hope they won’t get rid of them) but well maintained. Staff is friendly and courteous.

So happy I found this place!  We've been traveling full time for 9 months and this is the first time I've found a gym that let's in non members/nonresidents. For $6 my daughter and I were able to get in a great workout. Nice variety of equipment, clean and beautiful facilities, cold water from the drinking fountains and even a hot tub and sauna in the locker rooms!  My one complaint is the childcare is closed in the summer. What's up with that?

This is the deal of the century, a great location with good hours, a well equiped gym, and a hot tub! And you get access to the BSC Aquatic center. The staff is super nice, and the manager is great!

Fit Body Boot Camp

Just finished my first workout, nervous due to bad knees and hard of hearing. Really they were never an issue. The only focus you have is you. You push yourself as much as want to. The coaches and the other participants were very friendly and super encouraging! Looking forward to Wednesday!!

Love Fort Worth Fit Body Boot Camp!  The coaches are awesome and the classes are so much fun!  Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to become stronger and healthier in a small class setting with accommodations for all ages and abilities.

Almost 4 years and it's still one of my favorite places to be. I love the family atmosphere. The coaches are always available to help modify any exercise you need. If you're looking for a place to improve your health in a judgment-free zone, this is the place for you! Come join us!

I love this place. I’ve been coming for about 3 weeks and I have never felt in love with working out like I did here. All the coaches are very helpful and encouraging, always looking for a way to help me out with my goals. No matter what your goals are this is the place you want to be at.

Great class led by Brigette.  I liked the pace of the class and her clear delivery.  She helped me with my form on several occasions.  It was challenging and fun!  Would do it again.

I love these classes. They work and bring on more healthier choices. They go quickly so they a very easy to fit in a busy schedule. The staff is helpful, kind and motivating.  Also, there is no odd one out or mean girl stuff going on. It’s all ages and sizes without judgement.

I enjoy these classes! Align has been my favorite! I like a good workout with a stretch. Christina and Hilary are great!

Dropped in for a class while traveling for work & again, another amazing class & studio! Super welcoming community, huge retail selection (Lulu, Alo & other well known brands), & beautiful studio! I’ll be dropping in again next time I’m in town for work!

Second class at Pure Barre and I am impressed! Staff is very welcoming. Instructors are competent, knowledgeable, thorough. Classes are challenging yet easy to follow. Storefront is clean, colorful, and fun. Pure Barre offers generous starter packages and incentives. Feeling confident and excited to get back into shape!
