Life changing! I had a few soar areas that Samual helped me work thru and I am without pain now. He was very professional and asked the right questions to stretch the best areas. Their membership is awesome and you get what you expect with no hidden fees or rules.

I can't tell which location I'm reviewing but I frequent Northgate and University Village! Maggie and Natalia are awesome GMs. Roger and Tim are excellent, skilled, and thoughtful reflexologist, and Kiernen is the hottie that knows his stuff and has great knowledge of experts in wellness ☺️ he is at the Powers location!
Well, safe to say, these guys are so ON POINT that I went beyond my renew benefit and purchased more sessions on my membership. I gave up pure Barre to get these worthy sessions in, so of course I recommend Stretchlab to anyone who needs the structural mechanics of why we stretch, how we stretch, & the attentive areas like our feet that need the special midas touch by skilled reflexologists that go above and beyond!!

The stretches I literally didn't know I needed. Thnx Universe for bringing me Ms. Natalia just in time for corrective healing!

Tim and Samuel have been wonderful in helping me with chronic pain and joint stiffness and mobility! StretchLab has changed my life and allowed me to move toward better health and less daily pain. I am 77 years old, and not in good shape. My wife bought me a trial stretch. She has been going to the Stretch Lab regularly for just over a month. I was skeptical, but after my trial session with Tim, I felt grrreat. I haven’t been able to move my entire body this well in years.
I was sold; my younger wife and I will now enjoy a family membership. I can’t wait for my next and future stretches.

Flex Gym & Fitness

My husband and I chose this place to exercise because of its old-school charm and a great offer for couples. They have the equipment for all kinds of needs, and it's clean which is a huge plus.
The cool kitty is a cherry on top and it makes my experience even more fun.

This gym is truly my favorite gym of any gym I have been to anywhere in the world! Flex is a good old school lifters gym. When you walk through the door you feel like you just stepped back in time to the golden era Mecca of bodybuilding. Good old fashioned iron plates, plenty of free weights, racks, platforms, benches, every kind of bar you can imagine. and a bunch of cool old machines that really work! And there is even an outdoor strongman area with tires and atlas stones! Everyone there is there for their passion for lifting. The atmosphere and the vibes are the best thing you could imagine! If you’re someone who appreciates a good old school lifers gym, I cannot recommend Flex enough!

Why do I give it 5 stars. I have NOOOOooooo idea. But I do walk past it at least once a week and man is there surely some dudes up in there  ready on "pumping you up" 💪 or is it pumping me up! Cause why else would I get excited by walking past this gym! It could be that I'm in a hurry! Or those barking dogs from the homeless dude that lives outta of his car, or maybe the unhoused encampment I'm running away from when I drop my kid off next door at the indoor Ninja Gym.... Which is the purpose of my visit, it has nothing to do with this sweat shop. I might go in and check this place out. But I suspect I'll be laughed out of here cause I'm about as skinny as a bean and 99% of my body weight is water, than skin, than bones! Just fyi I weigh in at mind blowing 66.6 lbs!

This gym is pretty cool and it gives great old school body building vibes. I love working out here. The ONLY thing that needs to change is the cleanliness… or really lack thereof. I don’t think it ever gets cleaned. There is cat hair and lint everywhere, trash in places, and even a chewed dog bone?? Haha I just wish it was cleaner.

When i have targeted area that is super tight, the staff knows exactly how to soften the areas.  I enjoy being a bit more quiet during my time.  Sergio and Jake are amazeballs healers and don’t push to talk so much.  Although,  talking can get your mind off of the stretch so; I prefer some deep pranayama myself. I can’t live without this place!

I’ve been seeing Sergio at Stretch Lab in Cherry Hills for about nine months after replacement hip surgery. It’s been a great experience and the stretch process  has helped me recover back to most of my normal flexibility. Sergio is very attentive to individual needs and does not push a stretch further than you can handle. They have a really great team at this location

Maggie is excellent! She always adresses my concerns and works the specific areas I feeI need attention. She is extremely knowledgeable and super nice. You will always enjoy spending time with her.

Every stretch expert that works at Stretch Lab is great, you can't go wrong working with any one of these professionals.

StretchLab is amazing! It's such a welcoming environment and my 25 minute stretch relieved tension and made my body feel amazing. I met with Celeste, who was gentle and knowledgable and I loved working with her!

Love the Stretch Lab  Caitlyn is fantastic and has helped me alleviate pain and gain movement in a very short period of time.  Her knowledge and cheerful demeanor make every visit a joy.  Combined with personal training, it has helped transform my body and how I feel.   I look forward to even greater results in the coming weeks!

Cocoon Yoga Lab

I haven’t taken a class in studio yet but have done two sound baths with the owner. Each one was energy shifting and such a powerful experience. We went to one at The Momentary and their most recent one held in the cave at War Eagle. If you have a chance or are in town and can get in to work with any of the people that are here I guarantee you’ll have a great time.

Due to the current pandemic, Cocoon Yoga Lab has moved to online virtual classes. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this format. They have high quality videos and the teachers still bring amazing energy that radiates through the screen and allows me to fully immerse myself in the practice. They still offer modifications and cues to help me flow and encourage me to listen to my body. I’ve been able to completely bring the love I found for yoga at Cocoon into my home which has helped me stay grounded, present, and show gratitude for all things good in my life and within me. So thankful for them making this seamless transition in these unpredictable times.

Cocoon Yoga Lab is my greatest discovery since moving to NWA! The owner, Tammy, has created such a welcoming environment filled with amazing energy, wonderful teachers and such a wide variety of classes for beginners and beyond. My favorites are stand-up paddle board yoga in the summer and aerial yoga all year round to fulfill my adventurous side and calming sound baths to center myself! If you haven’t checked them out yet, you really should!!

This studio is so important to me in so many ways and has been a huge part of my life since I returned to NWA. This is a space and a community of people I absolutely adore. There is no other place like it. From aerial classes to SUP classes and all the unique experiences and workshops offered, absolutely everything top notch. This is the perfect place for anyone new to NWA or yoga to find something they love. I’ve been a member since early 2020 and will continue as long as I am in NWA - couldn’t live without it!

Perhaps because it is so playful and fun, I love going upside down (aerial and feet up), especially with the amazing staff at Cocoon Yoga Lab. I love everything about this place. It’s warm, welcoming, and—-didn’t I already mention this—-fun! And some of the best yin classes I’ve ever experienced! Tammy Mores is an exceptional woman owner whose attention to detail is second to none! Do yourself a favor and try it out!

Crunch Fitness - Colorado Springs

Good prices for memberships and good service. Equipment is quality and they have enough to keep things interesting. During peak times, it’s sometimes hard to find some open equipment but that’s just normal gym life. There aren’t a ton of classes but there are morning and evening so there’s enough to fit different people’s schedules.

Nice Little gym on the south side of Colorado Springs. Lay down hydro massage bed. Good size locker rooms with showers. Plenty of tresmills and various other cardio equiptment. Just missing a sauna. =)

Nice gym, good equipment, and never too crowded. Definitely nothing new or fancy but worth the price for sure. I do wish them had more classes earlier in the morning but besides that I highly recommend. Louis is super helpful and went out of his way to help me with my account when he didn’t have to so I appreciate that

Been going here for an about 5 months now and this gym has definitely grown on me! It does get pretty busy certain times but the time I go isn’t too bad. I’ve met some cool people there and have always felt welcome. There is a cleaner there I see almost everytime I go. It’s definitely not spotless but I would say overall everything stays pretty clean. I will definitely be staying here a while.

Please do not go to this gym.The staff here is refusing to help me cancel my membership. I wanted to join the gym and lose weight, but my current job is getting very busy, so I don't have the time to go at this moment. I wanted to cancel online and the website told me I couldn't. They told me they can't cancel over the phone when I called and to come in with my ID. I go in and the guy told me we needed to wait for the boss to approve my cancelation. That's truly unacceptable.

Anytime Fitness

Small but excellent gym. Two full showers, lots of equipment, small functional fitness area, and a nominal amount of dumbells and other free weights.

Gym is always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the price is excellent.

Clean, very spacious, has everything you need to workout, and open 24/7. I definitely would recommend signing up for this gym. Also has great customer service.

No complaints!  Has everything my girl and I need to stay in shape on the schedule that works best for our hectic life! It's always clean, always available, and has a great variety of free weights, virtual classes, and machinery to meet our needs.

Awesome setup with an Olympic platform and two barbell racks + 2 smith machines. A lot free weight machines and resistance machines/cardio in front area.

If you come during lunch time, make sure you eat before, the smoke from the restaurant next door comes into the back half of the gym and will make you ravenous if you haven’t eaten before. Air is still breathable but you can smell the food and see smoke in top of building.

This specific Anytime Fitness facility compared to other locations contains more equipment and is the largest space i have seen thus far in the Anytimr lineup. Was happy with the choice and variety of equipment here, and the owner, John, was personable and happy to answer questions even though he was very busy. I noticed they have a tanning bed here as well. Overall the best location I have visited rating the staff, equipment, and space. Check it out.

Aegis Krav Maga

This is an exceptionally professional and high class operation. The instructor is kid friendly and adult friendly - all ages are welcome and feel welcomed.  Don't be intimidated by the fighting style, the classes and instruction are geared towards learning and keeping students safe.  If you really want to get the most out of combative / self defense training then you need to be a part of this school.

Krav classes and jujitsu are awesome. Russ is an amazing instructor for both children and adults. My entire family enjoys going to classes with my kids absolutely loving it. Also it's not over priced and an amazing value! Thank You Russ! great Job!

I must say I'm very very proud to attend this school. Awesome  environment and awesome people. If you want to learn real combat skill and what to meet some awesome people this is the place for you. I would give it more stars if their were more.

Great workout and the best self defense class ever, Krav Maga is so realistic and exciting to learn. Ans so practical in everday situations that could save uour life. Be the victor not thr victim.

Amazing place! Very family friendly. Extremely affordable. Instructor Shawn is very knowledgeable and has many, many years of experience. I definitely recommend this place.

HOTWORX - Bentonville, AR (Walton)

I love this place!! Jennifer and her team have made learning what HOTWORX is about so easy and have always been so helpful! I recommend this place to all my friends! My journey started 3 months ago and in these last few months I have felt better than i have in a long time. I have also felt more comfortable in my own skin and cannot wait to continue to grow with a community who works hard to empower you and encourage your goals!!!

Hotworxs has been a game changer for me! I signed up almost a year ago, and I can't refer it enough. Jennifer specifically was welcoming from my very first day, and has help everyone I recommended to get started. My sister in law and I are now 3 months in to our regular workouts. Day and night. The space is always clean, cool for when you're done, and always a safe feeling. Especially because I usually work out after hours. If you have tried for a while now and the gym just isn't working. Give HotWorxs a shot. You won't regrett it

My girlfriend and I went in to see what HOTWORX was all about, and the gentleman that helped us out was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have been been going there a few times now since we signed up, and are looking forward to the great benefits that come from this type of workout.

I have been at HOTWORX for a month, loving Hot Thunder and Hot Yoga.  It is awesome to workout in half the time.

Orangetheory Fitness

Orangetheory Academy is the best gym I’ve ever been to! The coaches, sales associates, and members are so kind and encouraging. I love coming and always leave feeling better. The workouts are incredible and doable for everyone!

Love this orange theory! All of the staff are amazing and make an effort to connect with all of us. They do various charity events throughout the year, and other events like 5k’s outside of their class offerings. One of the best decisions of my life to give orange theory a try!

I’ve been a part of the OTF community for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best things in my life. This community is always so supportive and I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime. I’ve also lost 20+ lbs and feel stronger both physically and mentally. Going to class is always one of the best parts of my day. Thank you OTF Academy!

Orange Theory provided an invigorating workout experience. The combination of cardio and strength training kept me engaged throughout the session. The coaches were motivating, and the heart rate monitoring added a dynamic element to my fitness routine. The upbeat atmosphere and variety in workouts make it a standout choice for anyone seeking a challenging and effective exercise regimen. I have not had a coach at the Academy location.. they are truly amazing!

The best workout you could ask for! As someone who doesn't like going to a box gym to try to figure out what to do or how to do it, Orangetheory is PERFECT for me. I show up, the coaches guide me through each step of our one-hour workout and then you are done! Knowing I just have to show up and the rest is taken care of was a game changer for me.  Bonus: my heart rate monitor tracking each workout shows me how much stronger (my cardio) is getting. Also love the STRENGTH 50 classes, which focus on weight/strength training!

YOGA STUDIO SATYA

Wow! This is such an incredible and inclusive space with a huge variety of services. Some of my favorite aspects are the ability to accommodate people with different body types and abilities, and the many opportunities to practice different aspects of yoga alongside the asanas- sound baths, classes with fun themes, restorative, etc. This is also a place where you can really tell they practice what they preach! Fun, safe, inclusive and clever!

Yoga studio Satya is a great place to find healing and community. I am so grateful to of stumbled upon them when I was going through one of the toughest periods in my life. Whether you choose to do one on one sessions with Amanda or join a group class, the community here is so comforting and welcoming. Yoga studio Satya has not only become a sanctuary for me, but a place to help find true healing and purpose. Amanda and Colton have created an amazing place to find peace and to be able to connect and come back to your true self. If you’re in need of extra healing I highly recommend seeing Kelly, who is their on site naturopath. She is amazing and was a huge part of my healing journey here at Satya :)

Really love this yoga studio! The environment is so welcoming and I definitely left feeling better than when I entered. I went to Amanda’s hip opener class. The music was great, the pace of the class was just what I needed, and she was an amazing teacher! 10/10 would highly recommend

Great experience at this space, love their energy and musical expertise.  A lot of wonderful events and opportunities to experience diverse classes.

Loved the variety of classes offered and the instructors gentle and authentic styles. The studio is thoughtfully decorated and their passion is evident.
