Cocoon Yoga Lab

I haven’t taken a class in studio yet but have done two sound baths with the owner. Each one was energy shifting and such a powerful experience. We went to one at The Momentary and their most recent one held in the cave at War Eagle. If you have a chance or are in town and can get in to work with any of the people that are here I guarantee you’ll have a great time.

Updated 10/24/22 - Still loving the Cocoon Community & Crew! So many unique events and experiences along with classic flows that do so much for the mind. Best studio in NWA 💚 Due to the current pandemic, Cocoon Yoga Lab has moved to online virtual classes. I’ve been thoroughly enjoying this format. They have high quality videos and the teachers still bring amazing energy that radiates through the screen and allows me to fully immerse myself in the practice. They still offer modifications and cues to help me flow and encourage me to listen to my body. I’ve been able to completely bring the love I found for yoga at Cocoon into my home which has helped me stay grounded, present, and show gratitude for all things good in my life and within me. So thankful for them making this seamless transition in these unpredictable times.

Cocoon Yoga Lab is my greatest discovery since moving to NWA! The owner, Tammy, has created such a welcoming environment filled with amazing energy, wonderful teachers and such a wide variety of classes for beginners and beyond. My favorites are stand-up paddle board yoga in the summer and aerial yoga all year round to fulfill my adventurous side and calming sound baths to center myself! If you haven’t checked them out yet, you really should!!

This studio is so important to me in so many ways and has been a huge part of my life since I returned to NWA. This is a space and a community of people I absolutely adore. There is no other place like it. From aerial classes to SUP classes and all the unique experiences and workshops offered, absolutely everything top notch. This is the perfect place for anyone new to NWA or yoga to find something they love. I’ve been a member since early 2020 and will continue as long as I am in NWA - couldn’t live without it!

Perhaps because it is so playful and fun, I love going upside down (aerial and feet up), especially with the amazing staff at Cocoon Yoga Lab. I love everything about this place. It’s warm, welcoming, and—-didn’t I already mention this—-fun! And some of the best yin classes I’ve ever experienced! Tammy Mores is an exceptional woman owner whose attention to detail is second to none! Do yourself a favor and try it out!
