Fairly quick service, from gas to kerosine to quick food like pizza , other small food items to chips and candy and cold drinks , cigarettes lottery tickets and beer.

Great friendly people. Small grocery has a cold cut deli, sells pizza. Also has produce, plus other grocery items.

Best quick stop around.  Even has a small grocery and produce section,  and heavenly pizza. Clerk's are always welcoming and friendly.

Driving back home to Ohio from Florida and stopped here for gas. The pump outside would not for some reason let me prepay. I went inside and there were two guys behind the counter who helped me. Both were very nice and helpful.
While I was in there i also noticed this store was very clean as well as  their restrooms I used while there. Giving this store a BIG A PLUS  for their Shell reps taking care of their customers and for the cleanliness of their store!!

Get your receipt. I had to ask multiple  times for it due to cashier quoting a price if I buy 2. Repeated this 3 times due to language barrier. This guy charged me full price!!!! The costs were way too high. After a bit, he gave me the $80. Not a good situation 😕

I've purchased a parking pass from this business. Which the cashier failed to write or inform me that a date had to be listed on this pass.(how was I suppose to know without being informed) I'm sure it is their job to inform customers this is very important. I've been there 2 times she not once informed me of this information. I in return received a 80.00 ticket for this mis hap for no date on my pass. Please do better at informing people, you don't know if its their first or 100th time purchasing a pass.

Lost a ring here while we were traveling. The people working there completely shut me out when I called asking about it. I returned to show the manager a picture of it in case it turned up, and they were very dismissive. And the manager never returned my call after we left and I gave her all of my contact information. Very trashy inside and unclean, would recommend driving to the next stop if you can.

These guys are shady and gonna take whatever is in your wallet.

Sure the gas price is cheap, but walk in and try to buy a bottle of water...  That's where your question of cheap gas goes.

Don't walk into the station... Get your gas and go.

They are selling muffin spire I ask to get my money buck and they said they don't do refunds she wants me to get on other muffin how I going to trust to get on other muffin if it comes from the same store the manager came with attitude saying the I disrespect the cashier went I was just asking how I going to eat something if Is not good ...Michelle is the cashier name...after I said I going to report I have money back

For 12 years, this location has been my go to gas station for lotto tickets, gas and car wash.  About 1:30pm this afternoon I filled up my tank ($40), went in to cash out $100 winning scratch off and purchase tickets and additional scratch offs, which is my weekly routine, even when I don't win.  However, an employee told me to go to a different gas station to cash out a $100 winning scratch off saying that she didn't have the cash to give me.  I explained that she would not have to give me the full $100 since I was purchasing the next set of lotto tickets plus a few scratch offs and that I would only need about $20 returned once I made the rest of my purchase. She refused, telling me again that I have to go to a different station. I explained again that I was not expecting the full amount.  She could not comprehend that all of the winnings + was going right back to the station with my gas purchase. Ms. Pat, jumped in to provide my winnings, and helped me with my purchase. Total paid to Shell was $110. I don't know what would possess someone to refuse an easy customer transaction and think that the owners/managers would be okay with it. Save yourself from being on the receiving end of a nasty attitude and go in Ms Pat's line, she has always been friendly and helpful.

employees can not perform basic math and won't admit when they make a mistake.

Sometimes a business or a venue is just perplexing. This Shell Station is a good example. Visited for a refill on Sunday and was taken by several oddities.

First, the outside condition could stand some spit polish. It isn’t the worst station I’ve visited before, but the sections of the parking lot and building appear worn or needing minor repair. There is no outside landscaping to help dress up the curb appeal. The inside feels similar to the outside.

Secondly, finding the price for goods is a true Easter Egg hunt. Little seemed marked and we ultimately guessed just taking the item to the counter. If they want to sell more goods, they might label items for their cost.

The staff were there, but not very friendly. They seemed more put out you came to make a purchase. I get it. Working at a gas station isn’t my life goal, but some how “Sorry I bothered you” just isn’t acceptable.

Access in and out also is difficult. It was easier to turn with traffic and pull a u-turn than work against traffic back to the freeway. That may not be completely the owners fault - the road is the road - but no one should need to punch it just to cross the street.

If you are low on gas, come on in. Just don’t expect much more.

The worst! Credit card doesn’t work. Bathrooms out of order. Took forever to make 1 transaction. Don’t be tricked by the price being lower. Terrible.

On February 14 we also experience failure of our car to run about 1 mile down the road after purchasing gas as this station.  We had to get a tow to Knoxville ($180+) and tried to find someone to repair on a Saturday.  Diagnosis - at least 10% water in the gas.  ($250+) We called the station to let them know and ask if anyone else had reported problems, and they denied any problems and said they had just tested their tank and it showed no water.  I plan to try and make a claim on Shell for this very expensive failure.

Where do i start? Purchased 25.00 of premium gas and made it about 2 miles up north I-75 before the car just quit! had the car towed to a dealership 20 miles north in corbin , was after hrs so had to wait on a ride for 2hrs. soooo the next day the dealership calls and tells me that the fuel tank has about 80% water in it. New car with 5000 miles on it and zero problems till i stopped here to get fuel!
Called the gas station and was met with " or gas is good, nothing wrong with it" and the jackass hangs up! now he refuses to answer my calls.
the bill from the dealership to drain the fuel tank and do a fuel system flush was 430.00
I have contacted Shell corporate to report the incident so i guess we'll see if they make it right or if we bought the most expensive gasoline in the entire united states!
I would stay away from this place if you value you car and bank account!

Definitely clean and well cared-for. Clara was a delightful manager, taking care of everything and very friendly.  I was somewhat disappointed that there was nothing warm for lunch, although understand it, too, since it was 1:30pm local time.

I stopped here too and was so pleased with the selection but also the hospitality. The employees were so kind, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend and stop at this gas station again!!!

On our road trip from Colorado to Florida this was hands down one of the cleanest gas stations we've stopped at and very friendly service highly recommend stopping here.

I have to say that I was an employee for short time but unfortunately lost my job, but even with that being said I can honestly say that they are the nicest people I've ever worked for and this should be your go-to store if u r a local cuz the way they take care of n value their customers  is like what u would see on the Andy Griffith Show! u don't see places like this anymore that will bend over backwards to keep the customer happy! its also the cleanest n and non-cluttered stores as well!! if u r passing through definitely stop for cleanest restrooms around and very safe!

The owner was one of the most genuine and thoughtful people I have ever met. When in need and having car trouble he gave us the name of a mechanic who came in minutes while letting us charge our phones and anything else we needed. Coming from out of state having this hospitality there was so uplifting. Would recommend this gas station to anyone driving through. The gas station was so clean and made us feel so safe.

It's a dump don't waste your time it's OK to set your brakes but don't stay long

Chicken is fresh, hot, crispy, tender, and not dredged in salt. Soda cooler needs turned up. Quiet parking area, unlike the big name truck stops!

Make sure you monitor your gas. Check your gallon amount and make sure you receive what you paid for. Family member paid 20$ cash for gas that was $3.69 per gallon. She only received 4 gallons. So what happened to the rest of her money?? She went in to ask about her funds and he couldn't talk for some unknown reason. Sounds like y'all stealing money that's not for you..

Coffee was great, creamer was from sams club my favorite french vanilla. Big 32 ounce mug was $1.08... i ordered the larue burger it was hugh greasy an delicious.  Soo happy to find good coffee since the pilot close by is a s...hole. Lots of truck parking

Older gas station, but appeared clean. The cashier was very nice and helpful.

Peach alligator ice and green apple alligator ice were frozen but the fact that we could still get blue rasberry or strawberry made up for it. Service was polite and a great souvenir selection was available.  Minimal alcohol and tobacco products leans more towards a family friendly stop than a party haven.

Store is older and packed with shelves.  Rest rooms need remodeling and repairs.  The only good thing is that they arebusually cheapest gas on this exit of I-65

Omgoodness the cashier was a real help and she pride in her job. You could tell. If she having a bad day she wouldn't allow it to interfer with her profession. The store was very clean.  She was very helpful also in telling about the lottery tickets . There is a restaurant on the side called Griffin No I  never worked at that Griffins but I have worked the one in Houma so I would recommend if you're down there to check out the place they also have some benches that you can get great sunshine.

I've been buying gas from Shell since I was 19 my first carit's a good gas station

I keep getting notifications of gas card being declined before pump even starts they charge $200....? Calling them now.

I found this place to be very friendly and customer-oriented.  The chicken is well seasoned and not dry at all.
