My favorite gas station in Albertville! The manager, Stacey, is very friendly and gives this store a personal vibe not common in chain gas stations. The store is always immaculately clean, inside and out. The restroom facilities are kept very clean.

Very patient, the woman behind the counter was very friendly.  My son bit into an apple while I was checking out, I paid for it of  course, but she was patient and handled it very well!

Products and gas are so much higher here than any other gas store, but I did love the Sneaky Pete they had at one time or another. I wonder if that part is still open

They quit serving there hot dogs they were great.

Sad when a cup of ice and a 12 ounce mountain dew costs over 3.00 there

Casino style gas station. Great for smokes, booze, and gambling. Basically no fountain drinks or coffee. I'd keep driving.

Just stopped by on my lunch break for coffee. I grabbed a starbucks cold brewed coffee and the girl working took a picture of it and texted it to the owner for a price check...after waiting a couple min for his reply i got regular coffee instead... which is old and bitter from sitting too long. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra min to the next gas station on the bypass.

They always have what the other stores dont. Cbd drinks, tons of different flavor e juice...plus the girl behind the counter is hott.

Says open 24 hours but the attendant left at 11:50p and pretty rudely told me they were closed.

False advertisement, not open 24 hours. Just passed by it and it’s dark. Was hoping to go there on the way home, now we have to wait longer

This isn’t just like buying a old bag of potato chips, this is meat and dairy that’s 2 months expired. Imagine if someone gave this to their small child or anyone not knowing or not checking the date ate this. Imagine how sick this could have made someone! People need to quit being so lazy or greedy or whatever the case is at this place and that goes for anyone who is either or both!
Laziness and greed is what’s destroying our great nation! Please my fellow countrymen and women pull the wool from over your eyes!

Is a gas station. If you need some gas, you could get it here.

If you want to buy something inside, use a restroom, or get out and stretch your legs during a long car trip you're probably better off going somewhere else.

The whole place is in pretty rough shape, dirty and poorly repaired from top to bottom. It's also laid out in a junky way, and feels cluttered and crowded throughout.

The bathroom especially is in terrible condition. The walls and floor are filthy, the door is broken, the light fixture is growing mold spots, the lights turn themselves off if you sit still for around 20 seconds, and the toilet is broken and doesn't even begin to flush.

The most best food ever!!! This place is bussin bussin!!! Chicken, mashed potato’s, greens!!! It’s honestly a good place to eat at in town and cheap!!! I gave 4 starts because I feel like they could make it look more decent outside.

I like the food. But if you are gonna buy gas here ask if they have any before you pay. I paid then went out and started pumping. I sat  it to auto pump cause I had to take a call. After my call ended I returned to remove gas nozzle and only $6 and some change was showing as been pumped. I checked it out and all I was getting was air. I was refused a refund even after the cashier admitted they had no gas. 20 dollars down the drain. Yep didn't even get what I had not pumped back

Love it. It's my go to place for gas, cigarettes, snacks, and soda. They also have hot meals in the restaurant in the rear. It is also a truck stop and has scales and anything a truck driver needs.

The people that work here ridiculous i brought in a plastic water bottle in and filled it up with cold water and stuck it in my purse bought a fountain drink and they wouldnt let me leave with my own water bottle. They said i stole their water. I will never shop here again!!!

Wow , the most amazing selection of beer and liquor I have ever seen at a convenience store. Very friendly owner!

Outstanding customer service here at the MinitMart. A very helpful staff was more than welcome to help me, a disabled driver with a fill-up. Thanks for these great human beings!

I just like this place. Pump 2 does not like to take a credit card but the store clerk makes it easy to fill up -- just need to make a couple trips into the store. Friendly. Good price.

I was here last month. I went in a paid for gas and purchased a Diet Sunkist. My pop was flat and they wouldn't exchange it. And they took my Change. If they take .11 cents off everyone they would make a bunch.

I used to shop here all the time and never had problems until I started using cash instead of my card. I noticed after a while that they will ring up something and it will say 1.79 on the register but they say it costs 1.89. Then will give you back a dime instead of 11 cents. Which means they overcharged by ten cents and stole a penny. This happened multiple times. Sometimes it would ring up right and they would say the right price, but then would only give back a portion of the change that was due and when confronted about it would just act confused and use our language barrier as a shield. I have no idea how much change they steal from people every day but I would venture a guess that it's a lot. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau so I suggest if you shop here, make sure you look at the register and see how much they are supposed to charge you and ALWAYS count your change. I don't like being stolen from, even if it only totals out to be a few dollars in a month. It's still stealing.

This store has went to HELL.  The owner is arrogant and very very rude.  He won't sell you what you want when it comes to Kentucky Lottery, says he can't do 50¢ tickets and always tells you the machine is tore up. Everytime you go in there he is constantly scratching lottery tickets, which is against the law.  I will never go back to this store ever again, which is so sad cause I grew up going to this store. Wish Mr. Lakes never sold this store. At least never sold to someone like this.

Their air pump stole a dollar from me when I went inside to complain the lady said and I quote "No work" I responded with "Yeah I can see that can I have my dollar back?" She then again said "Not our problem" I'm pretty much a regular, I live right next to the place and they have fully lost my business.

I was in and out with everything I was looking for in no time. Cigarettes were a little pricey but that's the government's fault. I personally am getting tired of being targeted to pay for their excessive spending just because I like to smoke a legal product.!

Not my favorite shell station to visit but there's not really anything wrong with it. Convenient if you live in the area. I think all of them need to clean filters more.

Gentleman who does breakfast run in morning,been there for awhile,has rude attitude,sometimes says words that aren’t appropriate ,will not buy breakfast there if he is working there in mornings

Tried to order food by phone. No one ever answers phone. Tried for 20 minutes.

I never EVER post reviews. But 1 star is far too good for what this place actually is.  This is place is absolutely DISGUSTING! I used the restroom, and found a toilet full of urine, a floor puddled with urine, NO soap, and NO running water in the sink. I wonder when the last time the workers washed after using the bathroom?

Also, the woman working was beyond rude. There was NO sign stating "customer use only" for the restrooms, yet she YELLED at my husband that we were "Stupid People!"

Do not go here! Ignore this place! Go down the road a bit and go to a different gas station.

I will never go spend another dime at this store . Went there this morning and was going to get a breakfast sandwich . The guy was not paying attention for one so I had to stand and wait. I have back problems and my back was killing me ... So I leaned on the counter to take some pressure off my back. Well he comes over and says in a not so nice voice .. Can you please don't lean on my counter.... First off you don't own the store so it isn't YOUR counter. Needless to say I told him I change my mind and didn't want anything . Told him if I didn't have to wait so long them maybe I wouldn't be leaning .

I can’t believe I’m writing this. I got called fat by the attendant behind the counter. (For reference-I’m 5 ft 4 145lbs)
I was ATTEMPTING to purchase a Kang vape. The attendant asked me if I wanted the “small kang like him” or the “big one like me”. I asked what he meant and he said “you’re big”. I asked if he was calling me fat and he said yes. I left. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this gas station again. Truly disgusting behavior.

Got a faulty product and could not get a refund.

Never again- I bought a propane tank around 7pm one evening, took it home and it didn’t work. The next morning I returned with it and tried to explain the situation- the cashier was extremely rude to me, said I was lying— I showed him my bank account where it showed I just bought this here and he continued to say I didn’t buy it here. He was even the one who sold it to me the night before. I showed him the full tank. Just a disaster. I ended up buying another one. Don’t talk to people like that, how demeaning. I’m a travel nurse working the area and have given them my business for 3 months. Never again.

Love love love this gas station. Always clean and fresh smelling. Always well stocked. The staff is always very friendly.  They take the time to hold a conversation with you and I love the fact that their not always on their phones and acknowledge you when you walk in.  Almost one of the best stations around.

Good overall gas station. Gas prices are in line with other Hoover gas stations.
Closest one to the Riverchase Galleria mall after Costco gas, so pretty conveniently located even if you don't have Costco membership. Just by roadside so easy to spot and they do have convenience store adjoining for snacks and hot and cold drinks.
