Pretty good coffee for being a Circle K - it always seems to be pretty fresh. If you're a regular, they tend to give you some little breaks on the coffee prices now and then too which is nice. Friendly clerks usually - it's always nice to see a smile at 4:30 am. My favorite place to have a cup of coffee that early in the day.

We refilled at this location but did not patronize the convenience store. Fast pumps in a well lit lot. She'll gasoline products with Top Tier Fuel. Prices are in the normal range for the area, cheaper than stations east of this location. Easy to get in from wb 38

The pump kept shutting off even though the tank wasn’t full. It was also pumping very slow.

Took out money from the ATM and I ended up dropping it. Noticed and called them to see if they’ve seen it, and they said they would help. They then gave me a call and said that they found it outside while a worker was sweeping. Thank you so much to Cindy and her son for finding it and giving it back. They’re the best! I’ll be sure to repay the favor to them.

Literally the girl on night shift tonight was awful. Very rude, walked in trying to make small talk for the few seconds I’d be in and she was like yea what do you want. Didn’t even know the product I was asking for had to point it out for her. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything completely silent. Idk very rude I’ll go in the day with nicer people on shift I guess.

The cashier is fk stupid she doesn’t know nothing I don’t know how you bought. Some people doesn’t know anything about the work and about the customer service she’s a very bad

Super nice staff here I left my card here and the staff held my card for me sorry I don’t know the guys name but he was super nice and cool

The management  needs to start watching the reviews. They need to add paper to the pumps.been in the store three times in a row.OUT OF PAPER..LAZY EMPLOYEES.

Last Night. 2/28/2022 I tried to purchase gas from this shell gas station  and  tried to pay with card at the pump  ,but it kept telling me to go inside and see a cashier   So went inside and prepaid for my gas,  with the same Bank card
Got the gasoline
Went Home
30 minutes later. I get email from the Bank
Saying Verify suspicious debit card activity
My card was skimmed

I agree with other reviewers that the staff is great and very attentive. Particularly Bethany when I was there, she was exceptional and I would prefer to come and support this location, knowing that the employees care about their customers. Also I really like the selection of items at their convenience store. Drinks, snacks, even cute summer apparel. They also have the car wash that is soft touch and touch free options. I had my car was there and was very happy with it, I will go back again.

I was at another shell station, closer to us, this was the day before, there I had a bad experience. I bought a Supreme car with my gas but the machine stopped working in the middle of the soap. This Shell is the one located at the corner of 75th and Rickert/Plainfield-Naperville. The employees there was not helpful when I need assistance and they refused to give me a credit or refund for the broken wash machine. I will not support this Shell in the future.

If I can’t pay at the pump then I’m going to go to another gas station. There is literally a speedway less than a quarter mile down the street. I can pay at the pump there.

Several pumps not working. Card readers getting stuck. When you go inside,  staff shows no care or concern - just tells you to move to another pump,  and try again!!!

Food was 5 hours past the thrown out time

The cashier was so rude. I just said the pun number and she was looking at me like I’m stupid & very rudely asked me “ I need the amount “ . I was trying to use my another reward from Dunkin also whichever is related with fuel rewards. She didn’t help me with that. Instead of explaining anything she was arguing with me was not right attitude.I come every week this store to get fuel because it’s convenient from job also home. This was my second time bad experience.Was pump number 5.

The manager is ungodly stupid and entirely useless. What a waste of oxygen

It’s required you wear mask during pandemic , 3 out of 5 of the employees  were not wearing masks including the heavy set manager. Most of the customers also had no masks regardless of signs posted. The manager and another employees were working over the open food (hot dogs etc) without masks . When asked why this was happening one employee said it’s regulation but they don’t want to do it . When asked if I could get the managers number he pointed to the manager working behind me with no mask. I asked the manager why he was not wearing a mask against the regulations and he said he smirked and said he just came out of the freezer and it can be hard to breath with one on. Good excuse buddy . Did you hear that from a Karen? Yet he was not working in the freezer while I was talking to him and he was joking with the other three employees (only one wearing one) . I feel bad for the cashier working with the mask , it sounds like he has tried to tell them but obviously they don’t take it serious. It seems like from the other reviews there management does not care so obviously it trickles down . Highly don’t recommend .

Poor customer service. Walked in this morning to a new sour face. He looked dead in my face and didn’t speak. People just don’t understand human interaction anymore. You are a representative of the Shell Circle K!!!! Speak to customers! You weren’t doing anything! There was no one else in the store!!! Leave your personal issues at HOME!

Really bad response against an incident caused by the bad pumping unit. Instead of taking care of customer's financial loss and their safety violation (malfunctioning), these guys try to impose their responsibility to customers. Really bad/arrogant attitude, really primitive way of business. Never use this gas station at all.

Doesn’t change their fuel pump filters. Slowest pumps ever. Here’s a picture taken in October 2022 of one of their filters.

I have grew up in this area and have been to this gas station a million times. Amy has been awesome each time I have came in. She is a great addition to the staff at this location. I have watched her go above and beyond her own responsibilities. She is absolutely the best. She is always very sweet and a welcoming face along with her top notch customer service she provides to the neighborhood.

Never had issues here. They are really nice & great snacks. Except it is too cramped to get in and out.
Also don't come here late or early AM. Too risky and unsafe.

Best thing were the people that work there. Pulling in/out of the pumps is a pain and there's usually waiting for a pump. The inside feels cluttered and cramped. Not a lot to purchase inside so it does it's job to provide the basics.

Worst gas station in Naperville. Highest prices and the pumps have this TV that won’t stop beckoning you to come inside and “check out the car wash deals” or “fresh hot pizza inside” or “grab a beverage today”. I timed it and the ads play every 5-15 seconds. Welcome to the future.

I've been coming to this gas station every day before and after work. And everytime I go there,it's always clean and spotless everything in order coffee and all the other items neatly stacked. And the assistant Manager there named "Ally  is so helpful thoughtful friendly understanding and most importantly respectful. I always have a solid experience every time I visit this location thanks to "Ally"

Allie was very kind and welcoming ! She was also baking fresh cookies out of the oven that looked delicious! Highly recommend stopping by for you sweats, treats or gas needs!

My card didn’t work at the pump said see cashier incompetent old man working tonight didn’t know how to help me. Called the bank said it was a ststem error with the pumps went to another shell and got gas no problem. Be careful if the car was also because half the time it doesn’t work. Seems like this poor guy (Indian man) either has no training or this business isn’t for him

Pumps don't work. Today, I tried my debit and credit card on two different pumps. It kept asking to insert card again and again. I went to another gas station and it worked.

I WAS IN THIS SHELL STATION AGAIN. I USED A CREDIT CARD THAT I HAVE FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY.
AFTER I LEFT THE LOCATION THERE WAS TWO $80 CHARGES FOR A VIDEO GAME COMPANY!!!

NOW THE POLICE ARE INVOLVED EITHER THE OWNER OR EMPLOYEES ARE SCAMMING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AT THIS LOCATION.

Rudest cashier I’ve ever encountered, I went in for lunch ended up grabbing a turkey wrap which just so happened to be in the wrong spot on the shelf, in fact every item on the shelf itself was in the wrong spot since the cashier decided to walk me over and tell me to read the sign and that it was common since, in which i responded “ maybe you guys should organize” she then tells me “how about you do it “ lol long story short she fixed it but that blue haired bandit should be ashamed of herself

Jason the cashier is very and disrespectful employee that this She’ll gas station has. He carded an old man today he was nasty and rude to him. The customer when outside and got his wallet and brought his driver license and told here you go and see that I am 50 years old for him to be card him for some cigarettes.

If you want to be late for work... Stop here in the morning, or leave your house at least 20 mins. Early. Cashier is nice, and so is the manager. Just slow.

I gave them another chance...shame on me.

I stopped in to shell this morning to get gas and a few drinks. Walked up to the register, and was asked," will that be all? I replied with," 50 on 6." The cashier said,"ok." Then proceeded to ring me up. I'll be honest, I didn't look at the register to see how much i was charged. I also did not receive a receipt. I went to the pump. It was not working. Flashing "one moment please."  I went back in, and told the cashier. She replied," give me a minute." I went back to the pump which shut off after $35.00. I had to walk back inside to get things figured out. The cashier told me she couldn't find my receipt in the system. I had to look at my bank statement to find that I wasn't charged for gas. Only the drinks were charged on my card. Right then; another gentleman came up to the other register complaining that he paid $35.00 , and the pump wasn't working. So, the cashier just moved his payment to my pump!? She did NOT take any blame for it, and told me," I owe that man $35.00 for using his gas... unbelievable. I paid the man cash , and left.

I...WILL...NOT... BE.. BACK!!!

What’s so special about their gas here ridiculously expensive 30 cents higher then everywhere else😡

The pump was run down and dirty. I could barely read the screen. The window wash fluid was dirty ran water. The squeegee was broken. The car wash advertises a $3 was but machine will tell you unauthorized. Owner is basically a slumlord.

$2 minimum on credit to cover your credit?

1st- we consumers don't carry cash-
2nd- to impose a 2$ minimum without any signs available is wrong and unethical & then to tell me it's store policy without any written policy is wrong.
3rd- I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
4th- thorton is across the street and they'll be more than happy to take my business.

Worst Shell Gas Station Ever! Bunch of crooks ripping people off by trying to trick them with fake gas prices. In very fine print they put with car wash price which forces people to buy an $8-$12 car wash that expires within a week.  Needs 0 stars!

On 2/25/18 around 10:30- 10:45 a.m. went to this facility to get cash from ATM because the Stateville Jail didn't have an ATM withdrawal of $40.00 from ATM purchased 2 packs of Premium Benson n Hedges total $18.77 cashier asked if I wanted my receipt I told her it didn't matter upon checkingy account it posted $75.00 also the $18.77 I want my $75.00 back she was wrong dead wrong for putting this false transaction on my account is this another scam they do to BLACK PEOPLE

Even when this is listed on Google maps at the Shell station, it is one of those grove mart is being remodeled and he looks beautiful. They also have a three dollar car wash with the purchase of gas. It’s also one of the very few places around here that has flex fuel. I love this gas station.

None of their pump locks ever work and have to hold the pump just right to fill up. They don’t even bother to fix them.

Pump 4 E85 will not shut off on its own, overflows and spills gas every time. Notified personell 3 times now over the last month, they show zero interest in fixing it. This is the customers money landing on the ground.

Brand new gas station.  10 pumps for cars and light trucks (E85 & diesel) and 4 diesel pumps dedicated for semi trailers.  Bright LED lighting

Stopped for lunch in restaurant area. I ordered a double meat hamburger with a tea, friend ordered a cheeseburger w/tea, son ordered 2 piece fish plate w/tea. All with no french fries. Son got 2 pieces of fish and 3 or 4 hushpuppies, friends cheese was between the bun and lettuce not melted on patty.mine was as ordered. Nothing was exceptional and it all actually leaned more towards blah. Then I get the check, $38!! My burger was $7.99 +$3.99 (for the extra patty)+$2.09 for tea. Friends was $8.99+ .59 (for cheese)+ $2.09. Sons was $ 7.99+ $2.09.  When paying I asked if $12 was right for a double hamburger and was told yes. Went back to look at menu and waitress walks up to ask is everything ok? Add on drinks were a dollar with purchase of burger. When I asked why I paid $2.09 per drink she starts getting loud. She proceeds to tell me that if we would have ordered fries it would have been a combo and much cheaper. That's not what the menu said. I just walked away because she was little bitty and loud. I am not little bitty and when I get loud the police are usually called. These people are rude and a rip-off!  How can 1 burger be $7.99 and the other $8.99 then extra for add-ons? If you are hungry and passing through Benton Louisiana there's a Sonic just a few blocks away.
