The pump was run down and dirty. I could barely read the screen. The window wash fluid was dirty ran water. The squeegee was broken. The car wash advertises a $3 was but machine will tell you unauthorized. Owner is basically a slumlord.
$2 minimum on credit to cover your credit?
1st- we consumers don't carry cash-
2nd- to impose a 2$ minimum without any signs available is wrong and unethical & then to tell me it's store policy without any written policy is wrong.
3rd- I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
4th- thorton is across the street and they'll be more than happy to take my business.
Worst Shell Gas Station Ever! Bunch of crooks ripping people off by trying to trick them with fake gas prices. In very fine print they put with car wash price which forces people to buy an $8-$12 car wash that expires within a week. Needs 0 stars!

On 2/25/18 around 10:30- 10:45 a.m. went to this facility to get cash from ATM because the Stateville Jail didn't have an ATM withdrawal of $40.00 from ATM purchased 2 packs of Premium Benson n Hedges total $18.77 cashier asked if I wanted my receipt I told her it didn't matter upon checkingy account it posted $75.00 also the $18.77 I want my $75.00 back she was wrong dead wrong for putting this false transaction on my account is this another scam they do to BLACK PEOPLE
I'M UPSET YES I AM BECAUSE SHE STOLE MY MONEY IT WAS NO ACCIDENT SHE DID THIS IT WAS PURPOSELY DONE AND SO EVILYES SHES WHITE RACISM IS AT LARGE YOU WONT BE KEEPING MY MONEY
SO I CALLED JUST A SECOND AGO THE MAN WHO ANSWERED TOLD ME TOO BRING IN MY RECEIPT THEY STEALING PEOPLE MONEY IF YOU DONT CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT I TRUSTED THIS BUSINESS IF I HAVE TO GO TO THE JAILHOUSE AGAIN IM SURE TO GO TO THIS PLACE YES SHE SHOULD REMEMBER ME
