Terrible service, they assure you one day of delivery and they do not comply, even insisting they assure that it would arrive and the order never arrived on time.

Good service, although it is small there is a variety of mattresses. It has two floors and is not wheelchair accessible. They do not charge extra for freight.

I like the store because there is a very good assortment, what I didn't like is that they close at 2 in the afternoon and that is when many of us can go because it is lunch time and we have time. I wish it were regular hours like before.

The attention I received from Berenice was simply exemplary and could well define several traits of a professional sales agent.

The foregoing led me to learn about the technology with which a mattress is made, and in that establishment I found a mattress that I have not seen in the city so far, since it incorporates latex, which gives consistency and, therefore, a sensation of unusual comfort and repose.

I entered the place with doubts, I was very pleased during my stay and I left more than satisfied with the product I purchased. A pleasant experience that I found in the place.

I think it has a good amount of assortment and promotions worth taking into account to make a good choice.

Very large store great selection lots of clearance sales amazing customer service the bathroom in the back of the store was out of order and all broken but besides that this is a great walmart

Kevin, the deli manager was amazing! He was kind and polite to every customer in line. The two ladies that were behind the deli with him could not be bothered to help anyone. One lady wouldn't stop messing with the chicken to help any customers and the younger lady looked so aggravated that she even had to be at work. Absolutely unacceptable!
Kevin needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service, and the other two ladies need an extensive inservice on proper customer service.
I was at the deli at about 12:00 pm.

This Walmarts has everything.  One stop shopping. Very clean and great customer service.

I went to check out section. I am asking the girl where are the bags? She said OH we don’t have bags anymore! I had few items I bought and I needed one bag. I paid for my stuff and I am telling her that Walmart doesn’t have a bags?!?! She said again OH yea we have a bag but costs this much. I said I know it cost to get a damn bag but your answer to me was you don’t have a bag. It’s not my first time shopping! I talked to manager Debbie and the same thing! They are not listening!! Bad customer service!!

Worst experience ever, worst customer service experience ever! 15 year's business management experience gives me the right to say that!! I am stuck using a rollator the rest of my life thanks to some uncaring doctors. But when shopping in large stores like this I have to use these motor carts, there's no place to put my rollator so I just take my cane. I get dropped off at the door and the cane is good enough to get me to one of these carts that are usually parked and plugged in right inside the doors, if neither is the case someone is usually there that can go find one for you, that's how it should be. This day neither was the case. By the time my husband parked the car and came into the store I was barely standing/leaning on my cane. He had to go to the other entrance to get one. By that time I was in tears and just wanted to leave but he talked me into staying because we did need what we came for. There were 2 carts at my entrance(we saw them thru the glass that's why he dropped me there), but no one bothered to plug them in so they were dead. If they were out of order a sign would of been nice. We would have seen an out of order sign thru the glass also.

We shop there about once every 3 weeks as their groceries are more affordable than other supermarkets. But sometimes price is not everything. This package of pretzel rolls was bought on 8/8/23 and opened to use on 8/10/23. Notice the mold and the use by date in the photo 🤬

Store is clean and neat but associates are either lazy or need to get to know the store. I asked 3 associates for help neither knew where to find what needed. I asked 1 associate if they had a maternity dept and they didn't know . So I left and got my items at another store. 🙃

I only went in to use the restroom, but the store was clean and appeared to be well staffed and well stocked. The restroom at the front only has one stall. Overall, no issues with this visit or store. It was fairly early in the morning, as well.

There was a lot of people there but all of them were nice and the employees that I encountered were helpful and friendly so no complaints

I LOVE this Walmart! The store is updated and upscale! Plenty of parking. Self check out is everywhere. If you need it??? THEY HAVE IT. Staff is kind and helpful. A great shopping experience:-)

Bray Ace Hardware

I usually go to Home Depot or Lowe’s hardware, but today I went to both these places to look for propane in preparation for a hurricane that’s brewing off the coast of Florida. Both Home Depot and Lowes in my area were completely sold out of propane as they usually are.

A friend told me to go to the ACE hardware in Wintergarden off Dillard Street. I was amazed at how well-prepared this small hardware store was.

There were dozens of people lined up to get propane, and every single one of them was able to get filled.

Upon entering the store, I noticed they were fully stocked on batteries, water, and other essentials.

The staff was super helpful and even took some bags of salt for my water softener to my car.

Based on what I saw today, I will make the switch and continue shopping here.

I needed to have a truck key duplicated. The staff here were so friendly and helpful. Johnny had my key made in about fifteen minutes. The dealership wanted over $300 and this was only $95 dollars.  Absolutely would recommend this store!

Remodeled/New Look. Glad to see the investment being made to continue providing quality products and services.

Each time I visited this Ace, staff was very friendly and helpful.  They see you looking around lost and ask you if you need help. They're very knowledgeable on what you need for your project.  I never get this kind of service at lowes or Home Depot.  Will support Ace more often.

Lowe's Home Improvement

Picked up a special order item at customer service today, Tom was friendly, knowledgeable and calm with the line behind us growing longer and longer, Rich helped my husband load the heavy item in our truck, Shawna politely helped out when our price needed adjustment.  I didn't catch the woman's name that had to find out order somewhere in the huge store but when she returned with the heavy box I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED the fact that she shared with us that it was heavy and we would need help carrying it up our 48 steps!!!!

Mike Whitehead in flooring was exceptional!! Really went out of his way to make sure my job was properly done. I had carpet placed by one company who were great! I had tile placed beautifully by Hunters Flooring as well. I live in Ocean City an... well worth the extra 10 minute drive ( Home Depot in Berlin Md are horrible) . Lowes made up for it and then some !!!

Hard to find anything without having to ask some one was able to get what I needed though the associates that helped me were  very helpful in finding what I was looking for. However the associate in plumbing was very busy having help a lot of people at one time without help. I really believe on a Saturday they should have more than one plumbing associate in the department. He did do a great job though

We busted our Garbage Disposal on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving.   This store had exactly what we needed with great service from the guy showing us where everything was.  We are back in business within two hours.

Millsboro DE store 12/26 6:00 pm. Purpose: purchase one sheet of OSB and have it cut.  ANTHONY was super! He helped me choose which product, loaded and moved it to the saw, asked if I wanted any excess, found a cashier AND loaded my purchase into my car for me! Five starts all the way! I am new to this area, Lowes had won my business!

I went to the store over a week ago and purchased a refrigerator. The delivery was scheduled for the 9th, and it never showed up. So I called the store and asked what's going on with the order. Unbeknownst to me, the salesman in appliances Rick sold me a fridge that was already sold to someone else. So I spoke to a manager, Jesse, who "fixed the issue" by giving me a delivery date of the 13th, again it did not show up. Went back to the store and spoke to the assistant manager Danny, who then gave me a delivery date of the 15th. It showed up today, all scratched and dented. There was no protection around the fridge, just the box thrown over it. I highly recommend that you do not shop at Lowes in Lewes Delaware and take your business elsewhere. It is absolutely ridiculous to go through this much trouble for a refrigerator.

*Edit 11/17* I attempted to get a refund put back on my lowes credit card and was told a blatant lie by an associate at customer service. He told me none of the managers know how to put a refund through the system, and only 1 person in the entire store knows how and told me to come back Monday when she's working. This has to be the absolute worst experience at any retail store I've ever shopped at. The amount of carelessness from associates to management is shocking. Makes me wonder how these inept people became managers.

Sometimes certain items can be hard to find. But during the holidays they always have the cutest Christmas decorations.

Ordered a washing machine online and was supposed to have a delivery on December 23rd, 2023. We received text messages throughout the day confirming the delivery and that they would be here between 1:30pm and 5:30pm. At 2:30pm we received a text from the delivery driver that he wasn’t coming because the washer looked damaged. I asked him to deliver it so I could take pictures of the damage. Delivery driver never showed up but did send a text picture of the machine. Called the Lewes, De store and was on hold for over 35 minutes, just to be hung up on and had to call and wait again. Finally, after someone answered, they said it wasn’t their issue and I would need to wait for the delivery driver. No one ever showed. Called the 24th of December and was told to wait and call back on the 26th of December. Called in to the store and was told the delivery driver never returned the washer and we can’t start a refund until they bring the washer back. Called the delivery driver and he finally responded that it’s not his problem and will return it when they get time. Everyone keeps passing the blame with no accountability.

This has been a huge hassle and I will never purchase another appliance or home service through Lowe’s.

Update: Called the store on the 27th and 28th after long waits on hold, we finally got to speak with someone. Store is refusing a refund since the washer has not been returned by the delivery team. I called the delivery driver and was promptly told “Don’t call me and talk to Lowe’s.” I explained Lowe’s needed the washer back and they are refusing a refund. Driver responded “Not my problem, I don’t have anything on my truck.” Called Lowe’s again and my wife spoke with the store manager. Manager instantly refunded the purchase price after we explained we are disputing the charges for non delivery with our credit card company.

Just went to Delmarva Appliances in Dover, ordered the same washer, lower price, and will be delivered on Tuesday. Very disappointed with our experience.

For a big box store, we’ve gotten good service from the appliance department.  James and Josh helped us and provided us with information and all we needed to get a dishwasher!
Now—we’ll see if the dishwasher arrives!!

Worst experience @ a Lowe’s in my living history. Employees are beyond rude & even my cart was taken as I went to venture for another item; almost a grand in sales they lost on that cart! No willingness to aid consumers and any simple questions are met with resistance. Entire staff needs retraining on basic customer service skills.

The Home Depot

Ordered major appliances online in 11/29. Received delivery date of 12/6 and no delivery came. Told that items were removed due to a dent and offered rescheduled for 12/7. Apparently there is no such thing as next day delivery with Home Depot and although I got updates throughout the day on the delivery progress, there was in fact no delivery coming. Now rescheduled for 12/11 and I’m not hopeful. If you need things promptly, don’t shop at Home Depot. #nevershoppingatHDAgain

10/29- yesterday I was in hardware and Sean helped me with parts I needed for my compressor hose. Went home and still needed another part. Came back with my compressor and hose and Sean helped me again even though he was the only employee in hardware and he got many pages for customer service from other patrons. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous throughout. He really knows what customer service is all about. I appreciate you Sean for all the help yesterday😊

Associates were NO help at all....they walked by me several times while I looked lost and never asked to assist Me !! Items in wrong spots in little dividers on shelves..... store is a little disorganized....I wasn't even greeted at checkout....No  appreciation for my business at all...the best thing about the visit was the Grinch decoration....I WILL NOT be returning...smh !!!

Two weeks ago my husband and I were in your Lewes De store, and were very happy to find exactly what we were looking for!!! And to make things even better, we had THE  most helpful folks to help us that day!! So shout-out to Eric, Patrice,Max, Brenda,and  two other young men who helped us on our next trip back to get us what we needed!!! We don't remember their names but we remember their helpful and caring attitudes,  and I commend you for having some helpful and patient people working for you!!!!

Thought they would be better than Lowe’s — I guessed wrong! Equally terrible customer service. Garden was called twice to aid me with over 20 bags of mulch and landscaping items. Never once did a helping soul show up. Cashiers were mentally lacking wherewithal and said odd and offensive comments back to customers. I will be going to another city for similar services from now on.
