Probably the least customer service driven store I've been to. Freight stocked in the middle of the day, covering inventory. Had 30+ people in the store and only 1 person checking. Line to check out was 20+ deep and no call for back up. I'd rather shop at Walmart.

I went to Target specifically to purchase Olipop and low and behold there was none. Looking around the store I saw plenty of empty shelves, boxes of merchandise stocked up around the aisles, messy shelves, items laying on the floor,etc. From the looks of it, they are having issues finding people to work for them, like so many other places in town.

I used to enjoy coming to this store and shopping for clothes and get the basics, but the last few years has been so messy. And I’m convinced it is the management in place, the turn over for regular employees seems to be so high I never recognize the same people when I go in to shop. That When I’ve asked management questions they deflect and nothing ever changes, just the same fake answers. Where is the actual work being done with these reviews and surveys? I don’t know. Because I don’t see it in Bend. And I blame those higher up, not the employees they obviously run though like no other. Do better management and corporate.

I’d like to hope that someone from corporate reads these reviews as there is no way to contact from their website or app. Our store in Bend is always lacking stock, not just a little, but whole aisles mostly empty. Linens, blankets, dishes, holiday, cosmetics, clothing, office supplies, diapers, toiletries, etc. What little stock they do have is a mess. This is the only Target for a 2 1/2 hour drive if you’re going west and even further going east. Bend is a large vibrant community of over 100k in the city limits alone. We also have a large population in our county and many outlying communities like Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, LaPine, Madras and it’s one of the fastest growing areas in the PNW with tourists who visit from all over. Today, they had nothing in stock out of the several items I came for.  Any other Target that I have been to recently in Oregon or other states is not having this problem. Today I was told it was because Target corporate keeps cancelling their orders. I’ve been told they don’t have the stock and another time they just don’t have anyone to stock the shelves. Honestly, you are forcing people to look elsewhere or shop online because you can never count on this Target to have anything. Please send someone who can fix this store that serves central and eastern Oregon.

This particular store is very unorganized and dirty. There was discarded garbage (used coffee cups, gum wrappers etc) on many of the shelves.

Walmart Supercenter

Great prices, fun employees! All i received from everyone was smiles and many "how are you" I really like how clean and neat the aisles were. The store is well put together and everyone knows there job! Great place to shop for any and everything! 2 thumbs up plus a gold star😁❤️

The employees are great! The employee who is at the self checkout is a good great, so is the Chinese sweetheart, she always makes me happy to see her! Aside from the employees, food isn't the go to here, they never have much so at least Safeway is right next to it and the deli is fricken good! The deli cooks there know how to cook and the bakers who make the cakes are amazing too!!! Also the electronics dot really have a good Anime selection witch is lame. They have a decent selection of stuff at the pharmacy and the hunting goods have a decent amount of stuff too.
The employees are the best side of going to Walmart in my opinion! 😏

I dread coming to this store so much. Employees aren't exactly rude but certainly have no interest in what they do. It's clear there are some serious issues at this location, whether its supply, employee, or management is anyone's guess. Often products are not stocked when they are supposed to be and will go days or even weeks with empty spots. When you have an issue and try to discuss it with a manager they immediately tell you to call their hotline so either they have given up on the store or it's a case of "call someone who cares" kind of attitude. The Redmond location is miles away but miles ahead as well. I'd rather take my business there.

I don’t usually leave reviews but what store in 2023 still doesn’t have tap to pay. Walmart pay also didn’t work after I got it all set up. Staff was kind, manager less so. Just unreal that I wasted all this time finding what I needed only to leave it all in the counter and walk out empty handed. Tap to pay is standard. Get it together

The Good- No lines, no crowds. WATCH the video I took below for a example  of crowds over a couple of days. This one is around the ten to eleven o'clock hour- weekdays.

The Bad- The selection at this store leaves much to be desired.

The Tip- The best deals are the FIRST FIVE days of each month. This is when the markdowns hit and clearance deals are must prevalent.

Friendly and trained staff to answer any questions about their products. It's a good place to visit if you're looking for mattresses, any quality.

Nobody attended to us, there was a person serving a couple and another employee without wearing a face mask who didn't even respond to say good afternoon.

Very bad service. Another issue, the lady who served me was not wearing a face mask, something unforgivable at this moment.

The experience is very nice, the salesperson is very friendly, and best of all she has a lot of patience to show the mattresses, it seemed curious to me that they tell you that mattress is called Bryan and that mattress is called Dorys, as if the mattresses were little people, but that helps give personality to the mattresses.

Excellent... The saleswoman advises you, diagnoses you and gives you the best option.

The manager is very friendly, with a variety of products.

The Home Depot

This Home Depot in Suburban Plaza stands out for its ample parking and lack of traffic, making it an ideal choice for DIYers. The cleanliness and well-stocked inventory never fail to impress.

This location stays cleaner than a germophobe’s dream house, and has been a lifesaver when it comes to avoiding the kid-toting-store-tour (for reasons unknown, my kids seem to think it’s Disneyland).

But, the store pick-up service (where they bring it to your car) has you feeling like royalty – or a highly organized person (and isn’t that the same thing?). They may take a few (or several) minutes to deliver your items to your trunk, but it really helps when you have three little ones in tow sometimes.

Now, if you’re thinking about staff, well, they’ve nailed the art of camouflage. Spotting an associate at Home Depot is a bit like finding Waldo. Staff may not be readily visible, but this store’s vastness serves as an excellent training ground for service dogs or simply a shopping companion.

Its quiet and spacious layout also enhances accessibility, making it a deaf-friendly environment. Overall, Suburban Plaza’s Home Depot offers a pleasant shopping experience, whether you’re a hardcore DIY enthusiast or a casual browser.

I purchase and rent a lot from this store and always had a great experience until this week. I visited the store and wanted to reserve renting a Scissor Lift with Trailer for Sunday. I was told that you cannot reserve the Scissor Lift with Trailer and it was available on a first come basis. They had several Scissor Lifts available, but the one for the trailer was for customer pick up only, the others ones were only for delivery. I visited the store on Sunday morning, the Scissor Life with Trailer was in the parking lot and was told by Rental Representing that it was reserved. I tried to reserve for next Sunday and was told I could not. The Representative could not explain how it was reserve and confirmed that the Lift with Trailer is for Pick Up only and should have been available. I talked to the store manager, Jesse, and he explained the same thing, it was reserved, but I could not reserve it. He said there was no one over him and he was the store manager and that he could not help me.

This store pushes the very bounds of legality and is entirely unprofessional. I have had a long list of complaints about it, but the most recent thing is so serious that I want to focus on it. I recently placed a pick-up order here, using a gift card. They texted me and told me that the order was ready for pickup, but 2 hours later, they texted me again saying the item was not in stock, and would be cancelled. Okay, this is annoying, but understandable: people make mistakes. Here's the problem. They didn't refund the gift card balance. I called the store and they told me that the store had already cancelled the order and put in the request to refund the balance, and that it would take 3-5 days for the balance to be returned. This was unacceptable to me. Like...I've already spent the money, you took it off the balance instantly, why can't you return it instantly? This was really sketchy.

I called the central customer service for Home Depot and they couldn't fix it either.

Well here's the thing. It gets worse. It's been 8 days now and the balance still has not been refunded. This company basically just ate my money. Outright theft. I called the customer service and after 10 minutes on the phone, the person still wasn't able to fix the problem. They told me that they would put something in their system to reach out to me within the next day or so about potentially issuing me a new gift card and then I would have to wait to receive that for a week.

This is outright criminal at this point. I spent money on a gift card and they cancelled the order, I didn't get anything, but they took the money and they are dragging their feet on getting it back to me.

It's like I'm being stolen from. Beyond unprofessional. I hate this store, and by this store I don't mean this location, I mean the whole Home Depot chain. They need to be cracked down by regulators. Their behavior is outright criminal, stealing from their customers like this.

Don't order appliances, ordered a new dishwasher, paid for install, hallway, and accessories for the install. When the time finally came to deliver, the delivery people said you need a plumber (which they had no idea what they were talking about as I have flexible copper tubing hooked up to a shutoff valve). They marked as delivered and just left without saying anything to me. I called home depot about this, they reached out rescheduled a delivery date and I asked to get a partial refund. Without notifying me or who I was being transfered to they transfered me to the store. I had to explain the situation 2 more times as they transfered me to the appliance section after. I asked for a discount as I had to miss work, and the only thing they said was we would be able to do that but only after delivery, but could not give me a number, percentage or send me that in writing. I missed work for this and would have just installed it myself if I knew the people coming to deliver, install, and haul away were so incompetent. I took off work for this delivery, what a waste of time, effort, and money. I would give zero stars if I could due to the incompetence not only of the delivery, but for the customer service (the transfers without explanation and without communicating).

It was great that the store had a display of the Husky garage cabinets so we could look at them before we purchased them from Home Depot on line.  I think the store could sell more of them if there was a full display set up with maybe a code to use so the store could get the credit for the sale.👍

My overall experience at the Home Depot in Glasgow, Delaware, was outstanding. The lumber department had a great selection of  items. It’s layout differs to most Home Depot because it’s on the left side of the building. That have a great and knowledgeable staff, making it easy to find what I needed for my project. Moreover, the store's cleanliness and organization were commendable. Lastly, Vicky's the associate  exceptional customer service further enhanced my visit. I highly recommend this Home Depot location to anyone in need of home improvement supplies.

Had a bunk bed project. Stan who helped me out was very knowledgeable unlike last time I was there. Great attitude and was very detail oriented. Assisted with making some cuts for my project.  Save a lot of time for me.

I would highly advise against using their home repair services, as the gentleman who installed the window above, my front door also broke a piece of the facade.
I didn't realize how bad it was until the last rainstorm and it was pouring in through the window they just put on.
I've since had it repaired, thank you Lowe's, but all in all, if you're looking for tools and supplies for your next project, home Depot is a decent choice.

We was brought to this Home Depot location based on a toilet advertisement unfortunately we couldn't get what we wanted. But thanks to the Home Depot staff Crystal in customer service, Steve the manager and Mr. Jeremy helps us come up with some sort of solution to gain satisfaction. Great location highly recommend. 👍🏾

Love this store. The guys at contractors sales had my order ready. I was loaded and on my way in a fast time

The Walmart Supercenter is big store that stocks all types and kinds of daily needs, from foods to drinks to cooking utensils to cosmetics and toiletries to washing aids; bedding materials; clothing's for men, women, and kids; toys; medicines; and what not. It has a separate gardening section adjacent to the main center. In summary it's a superbly convenient place for shopping.

Look. I needed a pb&j sandwich, size T8 toddler sneakers, and a usb-c to usb-c cable. And a coke. And Tylenol. And a silly Halloween themed T-shirt. Where else should I go. 6-7 different stores?? I think the Walmart people were giving me weird looks for taking 50 photos of normal stuff on shelves.

Spent some time shopping around with my daughter today. She specifically likes this Walmart because it not only sells Claire's items in-store, but it there's actually a Claire's store itself, in front near customer service. Other than the Claire's shop, she loves any Walmart with a McDonald's inside! Unfortunately, this one doesn't have it.... but there is one located within a mile, with a small PlayPlace.

Anyways, there's many Christmas items available already!
& my 5-year-old daughter and I were quite excited about the various Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch) items they had available today.

The location of this Walmart is actually pretty great. Nearby Kohl's & Dollar Tree.

My little lady's 6th birthday is coming quick. I'd taken several images of a few items she'd like & that'd be nice for her to have.

Returns are always under staffed. Check out May have 2 lines open at best. Self checkout counters are always dirty. Frankly not better prices any longer. Still have inventory issues with shelves partially stocked. Can’t wait for new Target to open. This store will take a huge hit.

Marv was so incredibly helpful with multiple returns from our excess backpack drive. He is professional, caring, efficient and such a fabulous representation of customer service excellence at Walmart. I work in operations and training for a large billion dollar corporation and he’s a rare find in the retail industry. I wish we could hire him! Thank you for helping me and going the extra mile! Very much appreciated!

Attended Kids Workshop Christmas Edition; Ginger Bread House. Kids 10&8 had fun and enjoyed building, painting, and putting stickers on house. All such things all included in kit. Each time a child completes a workshop they get a new pin each time

Did curb side pick up for Lowes and Home Depot at the same time in the app for on my way. Went to lowes for pick up first and they were out with my merchandise within 4 minutes. Then drove to Home Depot. After waiting in the parking lot for 40 minutes, I went inside, after 10 minutes customer service told me it was brought out to my vehicle. After explaining to her this was impossible another person went and found my order. I was then given the cart and left on my own to take out to vehicle and load by myself. Done with Home Depot

I went to this location on 9/16/23. As I was trying to shop there were mice running around. When I left I called to let them know and hopefully be reassured that as much as possible was being done to combat this so people can shop without worry.  I was told by an associate “ yeah we’re aware of the mice, I’ll let them know” so just be aware shopping here. Check your items and make sure you don’t bring home anything with you, doesn’t seem like much is being done to combat this. Such a lackadaisical  response.  I won’t be back.

All I gotta say is this: how come they assigned a lady to work on blinds/roughs sections and she’s not capable to cut blinds because she doesn’t know how to use the machine??? So now you gotta wait for a person called “manager” or someone who knows how to handle the machine!!! Like please help me understand this??!?!?!!??

I was in my daughter-in-law home waiting for a French door refrigerator service. The appointment was from 8am-5pm. I called HD at 11:15. I was transferred to A&E and was told they came at 7:47am.  No text or phone call to my daughter-in-law they were coming before the window. A&E told me I will get a text with a window. I received a text at 3:39 pm that they already had come, and there was no one at the address. I don’t think so!
