Target

Probably the least customer service driven store I've been to. Freight stocked in the middle of the day, covering inventory. Had 30+ people in the store and only 1 person checking. Line to check out was 20+ deep and no call for back up. I'd rather shop at Walmart.

I went to Target specifically to purchase Olipop and low and behold there was none. Looking around the store I saw plenty of empty shelves, boxes of merchandise stocked up around the aisles, messy shelves, items laying on the floor,etc. From the looks of it, they are having issues finding people to work for them, like so many other places in town.

I used to enjoy coming to this store and shopping for clothes and get the basics, but the last few years has been so messy. And I’m convinced it is the management in place, the turn over for regular employees seems to be so high I never recognize the same people when I go in to shop. That When I’ve asked management questions they deflect and nothing ever changes, just the same fake answers. Where is the actual work being done with these reviews and surveys? I don’t know. Because I don’t see it in Bend. And I blame those higher up, not the employees they obviously run though like no other. Do better management and corporate.

I’d like to hope that someone from corporate reads these reviews as there is no way to contact from their website or app. Our store in Bend is always lacking stock, not just a little, but whole aisles mostly empty. Linens, blankets, dishes, holiday, cosmetics, clothing, office supplies, diapers, toiletries, etc. What little stock they do have is a mess. This is the only Target for a 2 1/2 hour drive if you’re going west and even further going east. Bend is a large vibrant community of over 100k in the city limits alone. We also have a large population in our county and many outlying communities like Redmond, Prineville, Sisters, LaPine, Madras and it’s one of the fastest growing areas in the PNW with tourists who visit from all over. Today, they had nothing in stock out of the several items I came for. Any other Target that I have been to recently in Oregon or other states is not having this problem. Today I was told it was because Target corporate keeps cancelling their orders. I’ve been told they don’t have the stock and another time they just don’t have anyone to stock the shelves. Honestly, you are forcing people to look elsewhere or shop online because you can never count on this Target to have anything. Please send someone who can fix this store that serves central and eastern Oregon.

This particular store is very unorganized and dirty. There was discarded garbage (used coffee cups, gum wrappers etc) on many of the shelves.
