I purchased an amazing swivel chair. The sales rep was great. No pressure sales. He answered all of my questions.   He thoroughly reviewed the numbers with me. I chose to pick up my purchase instead of selecting one of the delivery options offered.  So I'm enjoying my beautiful chair in the comfort of my home same day! So happy with my experience and with my purchase.

Kimberly greeted us at the door, listened to what we were looking for and our budget. We had a sofa and love seat we had saw online, but not in the store. Kimberly told us she could get that but also showed us another sofa and love seat that was in stock and we bought it.

Transaction went smooth, everything was explained in detail. Kimberly made our experience a great one.

It was an amazing experience with Patrick and his team! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Right before Christmas when it was critical for delivery dates! We purchased a sofa and two loveseats with two end tables and a coffee table. Patrick moved all the pieces together so we could see what it all looked like together and how it would align and fit as I am disabled so critical was support for my spine and other issues I have with all the bones in my body! It was his caring for his client and Ashley's ethics and pledge to take care of their customer's needs that sold us along with the beauty of the set we purchased! I would highly recommend anyone looking for new furniture to check them out as it was NOT JUST ABOUT MAKING A SALE, but it was about taking care of their customers needs! They showed that to be their priority and dare say that's rare today! Thank you Patrick and Ashley's for helping us in this difficult time in our life! More surgeries to come and you showed compassion and made sure we got things that will help in my healing with comfort and support for my spine!

The consultant was very helpful when we were looking for a love seat. She pointed out aspects of the couches we may have missed. She was willing to work with us on the price and other costs.

Kimberly was outstanding! Showed us the items that we had been looking for. Very knowledgeable,  and her years of experience paid off for us. I would highly recommend Ashley  Furniture.

Walmart Supercenter

There were too many pickers and very slow customer service, which was basically no help.   These days it's pretty much delivery except when I'm on the road and MUST go on store.   I don't even attempt curbside based on a couple of tries for groceries.

It’s extremely inconvenient to shop in the garden section of this Walmart. They lock all doors leading out. So, anyone buying any significantly large garden items are forced to parade them through the store. Otherwise, I like this Walmart. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Employees don't want to work, they just want to talk to other workers. Nasty acting employees. They don't show any hospitality, their rude and lazy. They do not want to work. All they want to do is conversate with other employees. They even stop ringing up to laugh and talk. Walmart hired them to do nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am beyond upset with the PickUp Service. I have been sitting waiting for my order for over an hour and a half and still nothing. It was ready for Pick Up Monday and now they can’t find and no Employee is telling me anything. Very Disappointed

Ashley in customer service cussed me because she is having a bad morning.  I just wanted to return a item with my receipt. She then cussed me as I walked away so I turned back to her and said she needed God. Ashley then cussed me with God in her cussing rant. I then ask for a store manager and I got Chris. Much better person to deal with. I informed him of her actions and left the store. No shopping in Byram anymore for me. I will go elsewhere. RUDE is not ok. God needs to be in Byram Walmart.

Builders Surplus

We had the pleasure of working with Dewey on the design for the remodel of our kitchen. He helped us along each step of the process and was very quick to get back with us anytime we had a question. We are beyond happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend at least giving them a chance.

Extremely pleased with the experience we had with Dewey and Builder's Surplus!! It was extremely easy and straightforward.  The price was exactly what we had hoped for. The subcontractors were punctual, pleasant and did fantastic work. We would definitely recommend Builder's Surplus to anyone looking for a home project.

I worked with Dewey to purchase cabinets and quartz countertops for my kitchen remodel. Dewey was very helpful and helped me get beautiful cabinets at an excellent price. Highly recommend Dewey and the Builder Surplus team!

We have been working with Dewey Morris on our kitchen design and remodel since April.  Dewey's attention to detail,  addressing our needs and issues have been second to none. He made us feel like our project was as important as if he was doing it at his own home. Would highly recommend to anyone doing this type of project.

I walked into Builders Surplus for the first time ever today. I had two brand new, but broken kitchen cabinet pulls with me. My wife and I had purchased the hardware from another company whose representative told us that she would not “waste her time” repairing. At Builders Supply I was introduced to Dewey Morris, a kitchen designer. He listened to my challenge, looked over the broken parts I brought with me, and started working on a solution. For at least 30 minutes, Dewey worked on finding me the right replacement parts to fix my kitchen cabinet pulls. Keep in mind, I had never met Dewey, nor had I ever made a single purchase at Builders Surplus. He found a solution, the right cabinet pulls…and charged me all of $55 for his time, expertise, and the parts. Seriously, that is amazing customer service…to someone who wasn’t even a customer! I’ll be going to see Dewey for our next home project materials!

The pharmacy is great. For the most part, the self-checkout staff are friendly but it's the staff out on the floor that are extremely rude. I do wish they could have vehicles towed that are parked in the pick-up section with no one in the vehicle! I see no less than 5 or 6 parked in this section with no one in the car/truck. I realize Walmart can't be the 'Respect and Coutesy' police but it would be nice if they could start. Kinda like ticketing those that can't seem to put their shopping carts where they are supposed to go after use... even when parked next to the cart return! 🤔

We were in line to check out and we backed up to another checkout we were the checker told us that she was closed. So I went to another checkout and I was looking back at the other one she started checking another person out then she went to another girl and started talking to her about me. I told her if she had something to say to say it to my face she started yelling at me and threatening me about what she would do to me she was black with long braided hair. I live in Hamilton and I am 72 years old I want be back to Hamilton Walmart until she is gone and I am going to every business in Hamilton to tell all my friends and neighbors how I was treated.

Came into the walmart with a slow leak/cut in tire on a Sunday. Was traveling with family to North Carolina. Excellent service from the tire team. The Team Lead was professional and knowledgeable. The patch job was good and got us home safely to NC. Thank you to the whole team.

Self check out sucks. In ( assisted) checkout the checker is talking on his phone to the shop about his car. All Walmart suck . This is my 4th visit in 5 years.

I love Walmart usually the people that is working there are very nice and helpful maybe they're a little bit stressed out if it says the towards at the end of the day but anyways you always get what you want cuz you know what is in Walmart now that they have redone Walmart Hamilton it is wider aisles and everything it is very very nice everything is coming along very beautiful

Computers control what employees can do for them  this isn't allowing anyone in any type of authority give customers a better experience. They just say sorry for that person and cover up for their employees to be rude and ignorant to customers that shop in the store and for customers that use the app.

A great place for all your shopping needs. The store feels pretty clean and is well organized. They have a good selection of clothing for the whole family. We went to buy toys for Christmas and found a lot of variety. In the grocery area it was very well stocked up. We don’t visit often but when we do, we usually stock up on the essentials a always get good prices here.

We are frequently customer,  they always have all the seasonal items, and the best price.

I went to Walmart to get a Styrofoam ice chest for my husband. On the shelf there were only 2 but they had no lid I asked a worker if there was a different area where there were lids they said no and that I can ask a different coworker because she didn't know. One coworker  told me they are showing that they have 21 of them but no one knew we're to look for them. So after asking 5 different coworkers I decided to ask if I can get a discount since I only had half the product they told me to go to customer service to ask.
Customer service said they could not give me a discount I told them who's in charge here and who's the manager and they didn't want to give me a name but then they said ohh uhh we can give you a 10 % discount I told them 50cents is not worth it when half the product is not available.

Great customer service!  You know what it is. A bunch of stuff... great prices... self serve... BUT when you need an actual person they're great!

For the most part is a good location. It can be difficult at times to locate an associate if you need something. Always found it best to call the main line while in store and request help.

Usually pretty clean and stocked up on most items. On weekends there is never enough check out lines with cashiers open so you always have to wait for an extended amount of time to get checked out. The cashiers that are working  try to get you checked  out as quickly as possible and are almost always friendly.

We asked for assistance in finding an item.  The woman couldn't be bothered.  She pointed to the general area of where it should be.  After looking again and still not being able to find it, we left without the item.  The cashier only spoke when she had to ask if we wanted a warranty.   I know it's only Walmart, but I felt extremely unwelcome.

I don't know who paid for the 3.9 review average. That's false. EVERY single time you walk into the Richland location, expect boxes piled up in the aisles and poorly stocked shelves. What's this translate to? A management problem. Would be nice if you'd fix it.

Bought Walmart plug-ins.  Bad decision 😪!!! You can't smell anything at all. So don't waist ur money on them.

The store isn't always clean.. But, I really like the employees! They are friendly, helpful, and down to earth. I visit the store frequently, and honestly I can't tell you any time in the last few years where someone has been unkind or rude to me there.

...Well, I can think of an experience about a year ago where the manager wouldn't let me return a stuffed animal from a holiday because supposedly they had only a 30-day return window or something like that (I can't remember the details now, I can only remember how she treated me.). She said that signs were clearly posted, but I never saw those signs. That was frustrating to me, but that experience is the exception to the rule. I enjoy going to Walmart... For the people and obviously, for the prices.

Oh...yeah... The only thing I really, really don't like about Walmart is that they allow some really skanky images on their perfumes or their muscle drinks or posters, etc etc! I know that this problem isn't limited to Walmart, and unfortunately most people don't speak up, but I always speak up when I see things! And I hope you will too!

So the ineptitude of the employees at this location is beyond belief. Stopping my son for stealing and wouldn’t you know it he paid for it all and you were wrong! Your excuse is “you mixed him up with someone else”! Shame on you! Train your employees better! Stop being homophonic and racist. You and I both know you were profiling! I will no longer be shopping at your stores. I will be sharing on social media, with friends and family as well as the news! Do better! You would think with amount of videos out there showing when you are wrong you would train your loss prevention team better! Screw you and Ba Hum Bug!

Not a huge fan of how they have rearranged the store.  Don't really feel like there is a rhyme or reason to where they put everything.  It's almost like they know the areas that people need the most and stuck those in the farthest corners so you have to pass all the non-necessities to get what you need.  And the floor staff now seems so busy doing online orders that they forget about the real life customers around them.  But I STILL LOVE the cashiers.  They make my day.  They are so kind and talkative.  I prefer waiting in a longer line to see them than doing self checkout just because they are so great.

Two times I have ordered tires online only to have Walmart tell me AFTER I ORDERED AND PAID that they don't have the tires in stock. Last time I needed the tires soon. So I tried to cancel the order and went to a local tire shop. Ten days later the tires showed up. So I had to haul them into Walmart and return them. This time I ordered and paid only for Walmart to tell me half an hour later that they don't have them in stock and they were canceling the order. To add insult to injury, they had already changed my credit card and said that it could take up to ten days to refund my money. REALLY?
On top of that, I used to always get the road hazard warranty. However, last time I took a tire in to have a hole patched they ruined the tire. They gave me a tire to replace the ruined tire (of course they charged all the fees they could on the "free" tire) and I had to buy a new tire for the other side since the tire they "gave" me didn't match.
So, Wally World, if you're reading this, understand that I have been buying tires and road hazard warranty for decades...not any more...you lost me as a customer. Three strikes and you're out!

Always a good experience for me at Wal-Mart. This day I needed keys made. The kiosk was easy to use and a small variety of keys were available so you could personalize the key. Shout out to Lance! He checked us out and was so friendly!

Seems like they are back to full staff unlike a few other stores, the shelves were full. Had an employee ask about a shirt I was wearing that lead to a nice conversation. That was unexpected. I asked where "z" rows were located, quickly the employee have his best guess but looked it up in his phone... a second employee walked up and was able to tell me exactly where the item was I was looking for. Honestly never had that kind of help at a Walmart.

If i could rate 0 i would. Absolutely no care about anything. They might as well not even have a pickup call number, or pickup at all for that matter. When you do a pickup order and get there call the number and no-one answered after 49 calls. Then you tell someone and still wait almost another hour. I could have gone in and got what was ordered myself and gotten it back to work.

The gates to the lawn and garden center have been closed for weeks. After going in the main entrance and walking all the way back to the far end of the L&G center, picked up the items I needed, then walked back to the self check out, it items rang up incorrectly. If that wasn’t bad enough, the lady at the self check out didn’t offer to correct the price

This Walmart is so ghetto & the employees at self checkout are useless! It’s always the employees that are my color that have the worst attitudes. They don’t greet you and act like don’t see your light going off for help when they can see on the telson. This place is very much like the Walmart on hwy 18 in Jackson!

I have been a patron of the Pearl Walmart ever since it opened. The service is always beyond tragic, but this last time they accused me of shoplifting and demanded to go through my purse! I said, "Sure! Here ya go, have at it!" To which the embarrassed employee rolled her eyes, and walked off in shame. They must be hard up for good Loss Prevention Officers who actually know what they are doing. I will never be back to Walmart. I am also writing a strongly worded letter to headquarters.  I spent over $800 at Walmart on my last trip. Only to be accused of shoplifting. TRAGIC!

We went  to go Christmas shopping and we use our app to check for prices when we go to the cashier none of the prices match with the app apparently 90%of the prices where only when pruchase online what is the point of the app then? just price match what your app says other Walmart stores have done it for me before it’s literally your app. I’ll just shop at target at least they do have offers and the app it’s actually helpful.

Very friendly staff. Shelves are well stocked. Checkout is very smooth with new self service registers. I shop here often and would recommend to new families in this neighborhood.

Looked a bit different and packed the eye patch we needed for an injury that other locations carried. Though, I love all the discounted items from the holiday here.

I made an online order for pick up, and when I went to go get it, the order wasn’t ready. I spoke to three people asking where my order was and they kept telling me that they were going to bring it out shortly. 50 minutes later, the manager finally walked out And told me they lost my order and gave me attitude. Ridiculous.

Helpful employees but, I deal with price errors constantly. I always have to call someone to correct the price in self checkout. Someone has to double check if prices are correct. Photo included, while humorous, shows how bad most of the store is.

Multi BILLION dollar company, and the shopping carts are in atrocious condition. Sure let's update the store but not touch the carts. Embarrassing.

Obvious illegal price gouging going on too.

Let me begin by saying this is absolutely the WORST of the WORST place to take your car in for service! I took my Jeep there for a new battery and the service was horrendous. It took them almost 15 minutes to come talk to me while they were all laughing and joking around in front of me. Months later I take my Armada for a oil change at 6:00 pm and immediately a employee comes out and says we’re closed mind you there was no cars being worked on and I reply with don’t you close until 7? He replied with well we have to clean and want to go home too. I proceeded to speak with the manager and he made him do the oil change. On my way home I notice my engine is ticking so I pull over and check my oil only to find out they put 5 quarts when it needed almost 8. I go back the next day and speak to another manager named Luis who told me, “mistakes happen they’re human too but I can give you a $10 walmart gift card” and I told him I didn’t want that I wanted my oil topped off and he finally accepted. Yesterday I took my Alrima to get a new battery and at 5:55 Luis the manager came up to my car to say they were closed already because he was sending his techs home already. I proceeded to go to the Walmart by Cielo Vista and they did a great job and even told me a lot of people go to them after having the same experience with Luid and his Techs. Walmart do something about this!!!

My Horrible experience was on Nov 1st 2023 around 9:30a.m. I walked in & walked straight to the meat area. Finally found the floor freezer that had a minimal amount of brisket. The brisket looked horrible. Too much fat cap, not enough meat. Looked around for some employees for assistance & as usual for Walmart you can never find help. Saw 2 gentleman walking by. I asked if they worked meat dept. And of course they didn't they asked What I needed. They would try to help. After I explained they said they didn't know. I asked if they could get someone to help. They went to the meat area & supposedly talked to someone & they said he'd be right out. 10 minutes later the gentleman walked out upset & went on break. I just stood there till several workers saw me & Sudbury offer help. Then finally asked what I needed. I didn't explain & they lady just agreed with me. I asked if she was sure or just said yes to get me out of her way.  Turned out the brisket I got was a waste of money because it was bad. $50 down the drain

Waited an hour at the changing oil lane for someone to help me or tell me the wait time. Then I’ve been told it will take two hours to change oil with just one car in front of me. They told me to come at 7AM if I want to be served quicker. Well that was a lie

A day after my visit for a new tire it is extremely obvious that a rotation and balance was not done. Therefore the charge was bogus and should have been refunded but the manager and employee argued with me about it. If you want honesty and trustworthy mechanics,  I would avoid this place!
