Walmart Supercenter

Need workers at the registers instead of self check out.  Lines are too long due to it's the only supercenter in the area.   Good stock and store presentation but service need to be improved going out the door ... Put the bodies back at the registers.  It provides a community atmosphere and ambassadors for face to face service.

Clothes shopping. They had some decent stuff. Majority of it is Reebok branded. Drink hours are a little thin. You're looking for Red Bull or any sort of energy drink Walmart Greenville don't have it. Intended to do grocery shopping while I was there, ended up coming home with four t-shirts. I'd find a different store for grocery for the time being

Most items are good. However, don’t purchase your meat from the Greenville Walmart. Purchase your meat from Greenville’s Kroger or Cleveland’s Walmart. My husband and I have purchased meat here several times and have discovered that it’s bad so it’s not an isolated incident but has happened very often.

Also, be sure to check all of your product expiration dates as expired items are frequently sold from shelves.

Pick up or a cashier(when you can find one) is your best option here any day!  Self-check workers are rude and intrusive, most machines do not give cash back or a cash payment option and the machine will take pictures of you holding your own, personal, previously purchased, not-even-sold-at-WM items while checking out bc it assumes you didn't scan them🤦‍♀️,  making your shopping trip longer.  The bathrooms are always nasty 🤢. The greeters are rude as hell and hardly greet you but are extremely eager to ask for a receipt even if they literally just watched you check out! I try to avoid going in this place at all if I can help it (unless I need something from Automotive or Electronics where people are actually working and assisting customers without the bad attitude, bitterness and smirk remarks).
The grocery pick up workers OTOH are amazing! Always so polite, they actually remember your name if you've picked up a few times, they make sure you're good with any substituted items in your order, and they always ask before opening your car door or trunk. Both the men and women are so hardworking. I'm not sure if they're allowed to take tips but they definitely deserve them!!! IMO most of the other in-store workers are laz-abouts who stand around gossiping and making fun of customers. I rather drive 30+ min to another WM!

the delivery department sucks!!!! my items were delivered to the wrong address twice in one week they have you on hold for more than an hour if u call back they will answer and once they realize you are the same person calling they will tell you to hold and hang up in your face I HATE WALMART NOW if i could 0 stars i would!!!!!!

Food was delicious! Service was awesome, Best Mexican restaurant in been in since I left California L.A. 👍🏽

Walmart was nice to let me park shortly while I got a few items thanks Ms April but as it may be this time it was not a trucker taking a pee p near where I parked so I thought I'd share his photo

This walmart was better organized than my home towns when it comes to what on the shelf not where the product is in relation to location. I.e. the clearance isle was organized roughly by amount where at my local stores were lucky to get get 2 items of the same thing on the same shelf. The down side to this store is that like dept items were not in the dept. I.e. the bread isle is about 4 isles away from the bakery and not in the bakery dept.on that note my home stores have the leg up.

Not my truck. Shared from another driver. I say we stop shopping here and delivering their products....DONT PARK AT WAL-MART HOLLEY SPRINGS MS PERIOD!! 30 min shopping $150 cost me $1295 to leave. Not the retailer it once was. Hate self check out. Your prices are horrible and then have to check yourself out.Some employees are rude and very unprofessional. The employees standing around in self check talking to each other not paying attention to the customers. I'my opinion some of yours stores I visit has fallen from grace. I have family members that once worked and some still do that said  Mr. Walton Sr. would probably be rolling over in his grave to see what a disgrace Wal-Mart has become. A bit harsh but you ask for a survey. Thank you.

Indianola Walmart: Slow, sorry, unconcerned, pathetic employees. I stood in the line at the money center, for half an hour, and there still wasn't anyone to wait on me and the other customers. I walked out!!

The wait time to pick up my medicine in the drive thru line was very long. Need to have both lanes open.

It was a good visit in Indianola, ms but it always is. Only con I have is checking. They need to open more REGISTERS!!!!!! If you to to Greenville, ms I would rate it at a 2. The staff has more rude employees then friendly and that includes management. The bakery is pitiful and needs attention on so many levels!! I went to get cupcakes for my nephews bday May 28th and they didn't have any so I got a cake. Went again June 20th to get cupcakes for my sons 8th bday and they had the SAME SELECTION they had on May 28th. I ended up getting some cute fresh ones from Indianola, MS Walmart!! Greenville needs to get it together.

The ladies bathroom was unsanitary i didn't like using them.

Target

I don't usually frequent Target, but I placed a pick up order that said would be ready with in two hours. What I loved was that there didn't seem to be a dollar requirement for free pick up, it was filled quickly, and the covered loading area was amazing!! The poor employee still had to walk in the rain from the store to the covered area, but I stayed dry. Lol. Regardless, it was a nice, easy experience!!

Went there to return an item that was soo large for my son. I went and got the new item first and was able to return and purchase the replacement all at the same time. The worker was so kind and greeted me with a smile. Always a positive experience going to Target!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to get some clothes, absolutely nothing was in my size. I wear a Medium so let's not go there. I am well aware the world doesn't revolve around me, so I know that is no reason to give a store 1 star. After checking out, I'd realized I'd left my keys in the buggy. I spoke with 3 employees and literally none wanted to help me. I spoke to 2 employees at the customer service desk, and 1 self check out worker. All said there was nothing they could do to help. Of course I didn't expect them to go search the store for them. But at least make an intercom announcement, take my name and number, something. Anything but look at me like I was crazy. Thank God an employee finally helped after 10 minutes.

The checkout lines get backed up, but i think that's just a Target "thing." Starbucks is SLOW. The store is always really clean and well stocked. The bathroom usually needs attention, but it stays pretty busy from what I can see. The folks at customer service are pretty quick about helping.

Ran in for a few things. Love my Target debit card, saves some money. There is a large variety of products in every department. Prices are reasonable and clothes are well made. The renovations are nice. The employees are friendly.

Great place to boon dock for the night and very helpful and friendly people.

Store opens at 6am so expect there to be a lot of stock in the aisles. Employees are very courteous and helpful. Pretty much like an other Wal-Mart Supercenter. 4 stars only because aisles are messy and the shelves aren't presentable.

can never find anyone for help in any department. never enough checkouts open. lines backed way up. was told I couldn't go in the changing room with my 15 year old daughter because only one person allowed per changing room. she wanted me to make sure her clothes fit right. she is a minor so thats dumb.

One of the Go to stores in the north Big Horn Basin because they have most everything you could want.  One stop shopping with decent prices.

They try to push people to the self check out by limiting the number of checkers.  Now you have to wait in line to check your own groceries.  Free employee and of their own choice.

All the while a Walmart employee watching either you or their hand held device to try to catch you stealing something. Those hand held devices can lock up  a check station like it’s had an error but most times it’s to get a closer look to see if you’ve put something in your bag that by mistake or on purpose not actually been checked.

I will not stand in line to be a free employee and be treated as a criminal, so even if I have to wait in one of the few checkers, it is providing a job for someone and I don’t get treated like a criminal for shopping there.

Always busy. Lots of tourist in the summer - if you don't like crowds, avoid summer daytime visits !  If you want the lowest prices in town; example - groceries are 20% less than the competition; however, it's not my favorite grocery store. Blair's in Powell is.

This is a very nice Walmart and they allow RVs to park over night. We spent one night here.

It's walmart,  you know what you are getting into when you walk through the doors. Great for Halloween tricks.

A very ok Walmart, nothing to write home about. Although I do appreciate that most of the checkouts are self-checkouts. On the flip side, it's really annoying that most of the electronics department is behind lock and key. You need an associate to assist you to buy a charging cable.

Made an order for pickup at 8pm tonight and sat there and waited until it was 8 and got a notification from the Walmart app saying my order has been delayed 2 hours. I made this order at 1030am. They had over 7 hours to pack my order.  I don’t live in Williston and already had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. Mind you, it was less than 25 items. Pretty pissed I wasted my time trying to be convenient when I could’ve gone in there and been out by the time my order was ready. Called the number on the parking signs for pickup, twice, and no answer.

This is easily the worst walmart I have ever been to in my life. It's always messy. Most employees on the front end look like they hate everyone and everything. I've walked by countless unattended spills . Broken pallets on the floor. Market Level leadership or higher needs to be in this location.

Holy cow they did a lot of work on the inside of this place I mean, they were consistently moving things around every few months anyways. I do have a small suggestion though I may or may not be speaking for everyone but when you guys move things around can we get a map of the new location where everything is now ( the products) . Sadly not a lot of us is tech savvy and we know that sometimes the employees are really busy they don't have time to help us find things or they're still learning the new layout as well. Definitely not a fan of the new self checkout. Wasn't scanning  some items properly,  extremely slow . It kept alerting an attendant how much the thing with accusing me of stealing ! even though it replayed back the video and I did scan it it's pretty messed up, I understand there's a lot of theft goes on in the store but can we get the camera better camera quality if it's going to be accusing random people for stealing? The assistant who came and resolved the issue was amazing and extremely helpful !

Stopped here to use the restroom on my way out of town.  The restroom was adequate.  A working  toilet and running water to wash my hands was all I needed. I didn't shop. I was excited to see that the clearance section was in its own little room.  But I didn't have time to stop and look. I appreciate Walmart in any town as a decent place to use the restroom.

I have not been able till earlier this week because of a military deployment. It is surprising to see parts with a new layout that is pleasing to the eye, as there is a better flow and appears neater than in the past. The only downside is the need to learn the new location of items that I like to buy, which is a nice adventure. 😉

Besides this difference, the store is clean.  The Wal-Mart associates are still friendly and helpful (I did require help finding over the counter medicine 💊) as always, allowing me to leave happily with every item on my shopping list. 🛍

On the smaller scale, this Walmart still provides the necessities comparable to larger stores. What was quite amazing is considering it’s very small size, there wasn’t a lot of people here during the usually peak hours. The store was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very courteous at all times.

Probably the worst walmart you could ever find.  Their attempts to "improve" the store over the last several months translate into items randomly moved all over the store, additional shelving units crammed in wherever these morons can find a few extra inches, and removing almost all of the registers in favor of self-checkout ones.  There are so many aisles crammed with items in there now, it's literally impossible to pass another person with a cart because you'll end up ramming into them or the shelves.

And let's not even get started on the checkouts and customer service...  I go in last week for simple grocery shopping and end up spending ten minutes looking for chorizo, give up and ask the meat department guy.  He says they don't stock it anymore.  Seriously?  It's the southwest, chorizo's almost a staple food...

Today was the last straw.  I went in with my wife to get a few things for the weekend, and decided to get a six pack of beer for the weekend as well.  To save the annoyance of going through the self-checkout with a cartload of items and the beer, I go to the one open cashier at an alcohol assistance lane.  She's slow and can't bag to save her life, but that's normal for that store.  When it comes to the beer, she refused to sell it unless she saw both our IDs, saying she didn't want to get fired.  She literally stops checking us out, takes the beer and waddles over to the customer disservice desk and takes her time coming back, all while we're waiting and another few customers line up behind us.  I finish the checkout and my wife takes the cartload to our car.

I go to the disservice desk, where three employees are relaxing with no customers and looking at their phones.  About a minute later, one of them deems me important enough to talk with and I ask if I can buy the beer.  They ask for ID and I show them I've got it, then they claim store policy won't let them sell it because my wife didn't have hers.  I then ask what would happen if I were to leave and come back later alone to buy it and they say they still won't sell it.  That absolute insanity was the last straw.

I'm not going back there again.  Lowe's and Albertsons are cheaper anyhow.

Staff has always been pleasant and helpful.  Location is clean, sometimes inadequately stocked.  The staff that round up the pick up orders tend to be in the way majority of the time.

We came here to get some last minute Christmas shopping done and had a good visit. Our photo pickup experience was smooth and the workers were very helpful. The store was pretty well maintained in spite of the large holiday rush of customers. Shoutout to all of the Walmart workers holding it down at the Manitowoc location.

I do not like going into Walmart at all. It is hard to find someone to help you find what you need. The self checkout is unpleasant, to say the least. They are constantly not working correctly. The bagging area is so small that you have to put your bagged groceries on the floor. When one of them needs a manager to ok something, they are hard to find, and when you do find one, it takes a long time to get them to help. The greeters are very nice, and are always smiling and ask how you are doing. Other than the greeters, i would recommend driving to Green Bay or sheboygan Walmart. They are so much nicer, cleaner, and helpful

We bought eye brown steaks and when we got home and we opened it it smelled funny Like cheese I am disappointed because this is the first time that it happened to us it said 10-15-2023 and it smelled nasty 🤢 I am happy that we didn't cook it and give it to our 1 year old daughter if we did we probably wouldn't get the meat from Walmart anymore I am just letting you know that and who ever puts the meat in the meats can you please talk to the people who puts it out and if you don't and if we do eat it and we get sick or our daughter gets sick we will never buy meat from you guys again I'm sorry but it comes to our safety and everyone else safety and this is upsetting nexted time we will not give you a second chance so nexted time tell them to look at the meat before putting it out please for the love of God

Walmart is Walmart. I avoid it whenever possible.  People checking receipts at the door is crazy, especially since they have maybe 1 actual cashier working at a time.  Maybe ok to check receipts for BIG ticket items that don't fit in a bag, such as a TV.  Photo of my last visit, just for fun.

I went there 12/19 a little after 10 pm. I grabbed 2 or 3 items before I headed to the liquor aisle to grab some cheladas to enjoy after work. I know they have a checkout there, and the last few times I used it, the person working the counter has always been more than patient and accommodating. But tonight was different.  This rude worker demanded my I.D. before I even put my stuff down. I told her I wanted to make 2 transactions. Again, she just demanded my ID.  And then she tell me she can only ring up alcohol.  I know she's full of it cuz again, I've done this with no trouble at all. So she says she can't do it if there's a line. There was only one other person and i only had 4 items tops at this point. She ended up ringing up the non alcoholic items and starts demanding me to put the box of diapers on the counter so she can scan it. I told her again, I want to make two transactions. I also wanted to buy a guft card. I had cash. She said I have to take it to the front. At this point I was over her laziness, so I just took the last item to the front. I know work can get tiresome. I too work in customer service. But  You do the job until it gets done.maybe she needs to be put in another department. Cleaning work, perhaps, so she doesn't have to cater to us annoying customers. Sorry I inconvenienced her.  That was totally unacceptable behavior from an employee.

No furniture in the "Mother's room " I guess Walmart thinks we like breastfeeding our children standing up while inhaling fumes from the floor cleaner and the handle came off as I was exiting the room.

Great stuff, the automotive could use some work on their service though. Got my tired repaired, but they didn't repair it and charged me.  Tire was flat again soon.

Thanks to Mgr for allowing us truck drivers to park and shop. I was able to restock my truck with groceries n misc I needed. I shopped and was on my way down the road after. Store was pretty well stocked to.

Walmart is a miracle of the modern age. Unless you had an absolutely terrible experience, there is no reason to rate walmart and less than 5.
There are drunk/high/crazy and potentially violent beggars crawling all over this parking lot, so be careful.

Seems consolidated on products..lacking in choices..but stocked in items offered. Associates friendly, respectful and responsive. Bit busy in checkout lanes but to be honest..came across as a small mom & pop lane operation which was refreshing!!
Only very negative comment I have is no overnight parking for big rigs.😡

went to Walmart to do money transfer. I used the Walmart to Walmart option. But I noticed it charges me a different rate each time I use it. I asked Cierra why? She stated that as a Walmart employee they are only told it starts at $4.00. She further explained and showed me on the receipt the company that is the service company for the Walmart to Walmart option. Cierra was very professional and courteous throughout the whole transaction. I will be using the Rayville Walmart for all my future money transactions. Also I will be contacting the servicing company and will update this post when I have a response.

The main problem is there is never more than two or three cashiers working so the lines are extremely long no matter what day or what time you go they also have a lack of items on site when you look them up online the store rarely has them

Remodeling is too kind a word when the parking near the tire shop has been 90% converted into spaces for people who have their purchases brought to their cars. They're were lots of those on the other side of the building already.

Umfriendliest Wal-Mart I have ever been to in my life. Off the grid. Never seen a walmart that wasn't accessible.  One way in. One way out. The only nice person was a customer at check out. First smile I saw there.
