Ralston Fit Body Boot Camp

I joined Ralston Fit Body Boot Camp in December 2019. I have belonged to other gyms over the years and made very little progress.  Before joining Fit Body Alan met with me and we talked about my goals. We also talked my life style, and what was important to me. He never tried to sell me the gym and I never felt intimidated. We discussed my health journey and where I want to see myself in short term and long term goals. Alan has met with me Individually when I need encouragement or for him to review my progress & nutrition.
In the gym he helps correct my form and is very patient. He stays involved throughout the workout to push us and encourage us. I love that he makes it fun and the work outs are never the same.  My stamina has improved so much and I am seeing weight loss and muscle gain. This has truly been a positive experience for me.

Great gym and atmosphere. Allen the owner is a great leader and motivates you to do your best. I've seen and felt results as well as seen others do the same. He does a great job of mixing up the routines to ensure every part of your body is being trimmed and shaped. Highly recommend!

I just finished my first year at RFBBC and I love it!  I have never stuck with another workout and find myself craving to exercise now.  Honestly,  it's more like small group training.  Allen is professional, he is honest, and he doesn't sugar coat the reality of the struggle of exercise and nutrition.  I have never done the same workout!  30 minutes of hard work and your done!  The best thing about RFBBC?  The support network you build! I am stronger, healthier, and happier!

Allen is awesome and the class times work very well with my schedule. He has helped me so much and given me good advise on dieting and exercise. When I come into class with any issues. He helps me modify but also push me to my full potential and doesn’t let me give up. I highly recommend coming in for some classes. You’ll love it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner allen is extremely and entirely unprofessional and money hungry. Has been charging my account for 2 months after I cancelled the membership, $370 to be exact. Even disputed the charges, got my money back, then he charged my account on a Wednesday to get his money. Reached out to him multiple times to ask him to stop and no response. Go to someone who cares about their customers not the money in their pockets.

Crutch & Biscuit

Hands down, the best Chicken and Waffles I've ever had.  I'd rate this place 5 stars on that alone, but there's more.  The rest of our food was very good as well!  Everyone loved it!  It has a really cool atmosphere, great music, and wonderful service.  (They even have a mini Arcade).  Crutch & Biscuit isn't very well known, or super high on the popularity chart, but it definitely should be!  If that isn't enough foe you, the humor on their meue was pretty great.  I will definitely be going here again.

I haven't been here in years and I'm super happy I went back. I had brunch with a girlfriend and we started out with some cocktails. The Bloody Mary was an appetizer and a delicious drink. I ordered the chicken and waffles... it was so good! The chicken was perfectly cooked - it was sweet and spicy so it paired with the waffle, but still had a kick to it. Will 100% go back again.

I got the Belmont Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich for brunch and it was delicious. Oh, and actually spicy, which I don't run across too often in Kansas. The biscuits surrounding the chicken weren't your typical biscuit, but one that felt, and looked, truly homemade. A nice variety of brunch items and even wider selection of boozy drinks.

This place is awesome!! Everyone loves breakfast and at anytime! PLUS—-> alcoholic beverages, shots, coffees, amazing food selection! What could be better!!! I will forever rave about the burnt ends, French toast biscuit, and the Smoked TAC! 💕💕 Add some friends and family and you got party 🎉! Service was amazing (thank you Carson!)

P.s.  Dempsey’s sister restaurant is a 5/5!!

Visiting from Tulsa OK and couldn't have been happier with this place. Staff was friendly and helpful even on a busy Sunday afternoon. We ordered Grandma's Biscuits and gravy-2 huge biscuits with sausage gravy and chicken. The corn muffins app was so good. Will definitely stop in again on the next trip to Wichita.

my dad visited this clinic last week and was pleased with the great staff. the front desk was very patient and friendly with him. the doctor was very polite and knowledgeable with men who have ED issues due to his past experience working with hundreds to thousands of patients who have ED problems. Their shock  treatment is painless and effective, better than shots and surgery. He definitely recommends anyone who have ED to pay this clinic a visit.

I went and got the free consultation and exam by calling through the commercial advertisement.  It was really easy to book and the staff was friendly.  When I got to the clinic, I was worried about the cost. However, they were willing to work with me and had many options available. I'm on my first treatment and looking forward to the next ones.

Amazing! Im in my early 30's and had some mild ed problems and read about acoustic wave therapy. Honestly, I didnt know what to expect but on the first treatment i saw results. I was getting it up and it was staying up. I havent experienced that in years!!! Of course, i dont expect people much older than me to share the same results. I heard most people see results after 6 treatments or so. Looking forward to the next treatment!

Pokeworks

Cool place, great variety.  Quality ingredients, but preparation is hit or miss.  One gal is spot on and perfect every bowl she makes, but others end up with your rice soaking in sauce, regardless of how much you say you want.  Consistency is key.

I love the build your own bowl Poke! Friendly service. Well labeled ingredients to choose from. Shopping strip location but has a few bistro tables for outdoor seating.

Counter staff was incredibly helpful and explained things. It was great to sample the sauce combos we decided on, and they recommended some delicious side items as well. Top notch experience for a first visit: we'll be back!

(And if managers read this, our visit was 2:30 on 12/12/23. Give that staffer a bonus!)

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The food is always so fresh and most of the employees with the exception of one are absolutely lovely. Janessa is awesome. She is the sweetest person ever.!

UPDATE: we went on Saturday night and had the WORST employee ever. He was super unfriendly and was mumbling the entire time. He looked extremely unhappy and the poor girl who was working with him had to apologize to us on his behalf because he wasn’t doing his job, which is really not fair to the good worker there doing her job. I’m not changing my 5-star review because when I was there for the 1st time the owner Cyan was so incredibly nice. Let’s just say that if you don’t like your job, go somewhere else, do not ruin a good owner’s hard work.

I never called a single poke bowl delicious until I tried this place, it was absolutely amazing and I was super super full! (Which never happened with poke bowls they are always so small, my boyfriend was very full too!) the owner Cyan was super nice, I told her it was my 1st time and she really took her time to walk me through everything. She even let me sampled the sauces, that was so thoughtful! My bowl was so delicious, and don’t forget to try their amazing dole whip! Will definitely be back😊😊

Mobility City

My lift chair was still under warranty when it stopped working.  Obi and her crew were very kind and professional during the entire process of getting the chair back to working order.  I highly recommend Mobility City for your needs—Cesar and Diego were excellent tech support—very knowledgeable of product and in the end I am very satisfied with their work.  I will definitely use Mobility City again should I have the need.  Thank you Obi for all your help!

Went to Mobility City after seeing ads on Facebook and television. They are an excellent company. I have used electric scooters for many years and desired to purchase a lightweight travel scooter. I now have had a “Journey so lite” for approximately 3 weeks. Obi was very conscientious and thorough in answering all questions. I highly recommend Mobility City….if I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!!

I have a power sofa that stopped working. I called in the afternoon and Cesar was there the next morning on time! Very friendly and nice man. It ended up just being a connection issue. We tried to pay him but he said he was just glad it was nothing serious
If you need a recliner or couch repaired CALL THEM!! You will be glad you did.

RNR Tire Express

I can't give enough praise for this place. Matt and Chris are SUPER friendly and give you all the information you need to make a fair choice. They treat you like family and remember your name evertime you come in. I had horrible tires but no money to buy new ones and the financing program they had got me 4 new tires that were perfect for my truck. They have my business from this point on and I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Three weeks ago, upon getting in my car after work in Topeka, the low tire pressure light came on. I went to three different gas stations all charging for what should be free air. I didn't have change. So I went to Valvoline where the employee happily filled air in my tire. Everything was okay until she came back and said there was something in my tire. My home is an hour away by freeway and it's going on 6pm. It was recommended I go to RNR for services. I walk in their door 10 minutes till closing on a Friday night. There are at least 4 other customers waiting in the lobby. RNR happily took my information and the key to my car and asked if I could wait 30 min. I happily and gratefully agreed! Apparently I ran over a long bit and it was the toughest they had pulled from a tire. I am so very appreciative for RNR so I could get home to my kids safely.

Mike and the crew was amazing!! I was put through a lot before with my tires, RNR made it right and helped me out with my tires. I wanna give a big shout out to MIKE thank you for taking care of me and also the crew for getting everything fixed and put on my car!!!! You guys are amazing

I am very disappointed with this business. A little over a year ago I purchased 4 brand new tires from them, and I was told that the tires would come with free roadside assistance in the event of a tire issue for the duration of the tire warranty and that they “would take care of me” in the event that something happened within that timeframe. Over the weekend I got a flat when this business wasn’t open, so I had to get tires from another business that was open on Sundays. The tire only had 15,000 miles on it. I was told that RNR put the incorrect size tire on my vehicle. This size was not comparable per the facility that I took my vehicle to. Due to this issue, I had to buy two new tires because of the size discrepancy. When I called RNR to discuss my concerns, I was told “there’s nothing we can do”, and the employee on the phone did not seem interested at all in helping me with their mistake.

I did not expect a full refund by any means, but the lack of customer service and the disinterest from the employee was quite disappointing, especially since the tire size issue is their mistake. The business had a legal responsibility to provide its customers with the correct size tires for both safety and also so that the vehicle’s speed sensors work properly. I have several vehicles that will need tires soon, and I will not be returning. The sad part it is, instead of helping a customer who spent almost $700 with them, they will likely lose more than that because of this review, and the loss of my future business, which it seems money is the only thing they care about. Buyer beware.

I'll just say this. If this world had a few more people like those at r&r tire express. It would be a hell of a lot better place. Not only because of the way they treat customers but because I personally witnessed them go above and beyond to help people in need. Huge thanks guys
