AT&T Store

Jessica and Derrick were both really helpful when I came in. I was looking to start a new phone plan with AT&T and came in pretty close to closing on a busy day. Derrick was really helpful, gave great suggestions, and generally a fun conversationalist. Eventually I had wrong information from my old carrier and needed to come back the next day. I worked with Jessica the next day, and she was holding down the fort really well. Apparently Derrick had gone to get more SIM cards, truly a noble quest. Especially because I preferred a physical SIM, the timing was excellent. The process went really smoothly, and I had a wonderful experience overall. Despite the high volumes of customers (back to school at GT), they gave everyone undivided attention and great service!

By far the best AT&T experience I have ever had. Derrick and his team were so patient with me while I traded in my old phone for a new one. Incredibly understanding and personable. If you want a smooth and easy AT&T experience (never thought I'd be saying this) then this store is where you want to go without a shadow of a doubt. Props to Derrick and his team once again. BRAVO!

Derek was amazing, both patient and personable! He was able to issue a SIM card replacement for my phone very quickly. He also went above and beyond by fast tracking a solution to a service problem I was experiencing. Highly recommend this location.

Derrick is and was very helpful exceptional to the customers before me and helpful to my problem that had he showed the pinnacle of customer service and public relations.

Derrick and his team were enormously patient, empathetic, and helpful when I visited this store to replace a broken phone. There were some aspects of my situation that made this a complicated, and time consuming process and all team members I interacted with treated me with understanding and care.  I'm from out of town, and Derrick even made sure I was able to find my way back to my hotel without difficulty. Exemplary customer service, highly recommend!

Paul (Ansley Mall store in Atlanta GA). was the best ATT representative I’ve ever worked with!!! He was so polite, funny and most of all an expert on your iPhone product!  I highly recommend Paul!

I don’t live anywhere near that store but I just happen to be in the area yesterday. The employees name was Joshua G. I figured he had to be the store manager because he knew everything and was assisting the other employee. He was incredibly polite incredibly helpful and very patient with my stupid questions. I don’t do all this technology stuff but he got me a great phone at a great rate and I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchase and the store  at Ansley Mall. If you want the best customer service go see Joshua at the store on Piedmont Road in Atlanta Georgia!!! He’s a credit to the company and deserves to be commended highly!!! He set my phone up to mirror my old phone to make it that much easier for me to use!!

Great Store Go Visit

Excellent and fast service! We got in and out in no time. Very reliable and knowledgeable staff that get everything done fast and efficient!

My friend and I went into a local AT&T store this evening 5:45pm. The two associates were with other customers. After about 5 minutes in the store, I said to one associate that we had been in your store for over 5 minutes and no one had even said hello. Then he said he was sorry and that he was busy assisting another customer. I said thanks for the apology. But it doesn’t take more than a second to acknowledge a customer that walks inside the store. I told him that I would be taking my business elsewhere. He proceeded to get loud and aggressive with me . He opened the store doors and said ‘’ That’s fine you can get out. Want to make sure you have a wonderful exit.” The guys was African American,tall and have dreads.

What is worse than a pushy sales person who only wants to your money... the dentist. Julius and Brandon were most genuine, down to earth humans and all they wanted to do was help! They are the nicest, smartest most amazing AT&T employees to date! I absolutely love amazing customer service and with these two I didn't care that fulton countys sales tax is the highest because I would buy anything these two sold me!! Not typically a reviewer but had to share my love for these 2 for being so kind when I am a mess! Go CNN AT&T and Go Julius and Brandon!!

The best AT&T store in all of Atlanta. Jay, Julius, and Mike were such great help when I came in about questions regarding my cell phone and internet service. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Called to see if they had a product available. Confirmed they did. I get there. And they didn’t have it. But the sales rep was nice.

School of Rock

Fantastic place to bring kids that want to learn to play an instrument and be part of a band.  From first day picking up an instrument to teenage rockers, the teachers are excellent with every level.  The end of year show is so much fun and I was so proud to see my daughter playing her guitar on stage.  The staff is so friendly and helpful!  Highly recommend!!

We absolutely love SOR Johns Creek! The programs are well thought out, our daughter is thriving! She worked on vocals and drums in one summer camp week and performed in a showcase doing both!!! We were floored. She has learned so much about music at SOR. We absolutely love TJ and the whole team!

I appreciate that my children have the opportunity to interact with different coaches, experiment with various instruments, and play music as a group! The future opportunities for performances will keep them engaged, challenged, and interested.

My 11 yr son has been taking private guitar lessons for almost a year now and attended a week long summer camp. He's loved both programs so very much and it has been so great for him. He finally found his "thing" and I must thank his teacher Jack, personally. My son has only great things to say about him and he really looks forward to his lessons every week.

I walked in unannounced with my family to inquire about lessons and camps. TJ was very informative, patient, professional, and kind. Although from the outside the establishment looks very small , he gave us a tour and Iwas surprised to see so many young people learning music. Everyone looked very happy and the staff was very engaged. I'm looking forward to signing our family up.

Sue is absolutely the best! I had a horrible day and my phone completely malfunctioned. I came in and she made me feel better right away with her sweet inviting energy. She was so knowledgeable and personable! She got me a new phone and got everything wrapped up on my hour-long lunch break. I left feeling 10x better than when I came in! Great experience and good customer service got my new IPhone 15 whoop whoop from Satin and Eddie.  Good vibes and smiles with the music and all.

Su and Xavier were great! They helped my family upgrade our four phones and remained patient and attentive despite the hiccups. They even helped us navigate our new phones and made sure we received the best deal. Overall, an amazing experience.

Excellent service. Mario was great and Shak was helpful also! I will come back to this location for help and purchases. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mario, listened and then solved the problem  I was having with my new I pad. I really appreciated how much attention was given to me. Made me feel really special!

Shahila and Eddy were excellent - I tired FOUR times to upgrade devices on-line and it kept getting cancelled.  These two went above and beyond to get it done, make sure I had the best plans, best upgrades etc.  And I watched them do the same for mulitple customers (as I sat there waiting for my Tesla app to download so I could get in my car to go home ;)   HIGHLY recommend this store!

I've tried every phone service on the market, Verizon,  tmoblie, sprint... ect. I've dealt with countless store managers, and its always lead to disappointment. I want to say my perspective has been completely changed. Josh was the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful store manager I've ever dealt with. He answered all my questions, and offered me the best service. His multitasking was astounding as he handled me, and a couple customers at the same time. I never felt forgotten about as he greeted all his customers by name checking to make sure we were all taken care of. That takes a special kind of customer service to remember all our names. He even helped a customer in a wheelchair get out the door safely. If you want to have a store manager in your corner, I recommend Josh at Tocco hills at&t store. Impeccable service Josh! Thank you.

I recently upgraded my phone and the staff was super helpful and cleared up all my questions. They work with you to help you get the best deals and promotions. Super friendly. Definitely the best experience I had dealing with AT&T. Special shout-out to Valentino for being such a wholesome guy.

Valentino was an outstanding support while I struggled through many account issues created by the call center. Lots of clicks and data entry and Valentino magic yielded a cohesive account, proper access, and reduced costs. Highly recommend!

I came into this store a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone and was provided with superb customer service by Valentino. Being a senior citizen, I am working hard to "stay in the loop" regarding technology and Valentino was very patient in assisting me in making the transition to a new phone. He also assisted me in getting the correct accessories to go with my new phone.  Thank you!🤗

We had several changes to make to our account and were dreading going to the store to make them. Fortunately, Quinn was able to quickly help us get all of the changes completed and went above and beyond to get us past the usual customer service roadblocks.

I’m not a native to Atlanta, so I took a risk coming to this location, as it was near my hotel. Christian T. was extremely helpful, patient, and funny despite my issue being very complex.

If you come to this location, please ask for him, he has great energy and the best accent ever.

Aniass was very attentive, patient, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our questions and concerns were addressed. She contacted customer service and walked us through the process with customer service instead of leaving us to figure out what to do on our own.

The associate who helped me trade in my phone told me that adding insurance and signing up for the NextUp plan was mandatory in order to trade in my phone with the available promotion which added an extra $23/mo plus tax on my plan, which I later found out was not correct.

Everyone working in the store was very nice and helpful but the woman who was assisting me had told me and another customer multiple times after asking that these additional monthly fees were mandatory and we were not given the option to opt out.

UPDATE, GOT MY PHONE YESTERDAY AND ALREADY MAILED THE SHATTERED BACK. THAT'S UNBELIEVABLE.

Bree like the cheese is an exceptional customer advocate. I'm a professional sales coach that focuses on benefit style sales and misdirection and have volumes of others who have coached me many moons ago. Bree deployed benefit style sales and misdirection and utilized the actual sales process. She is likely the best sales there and doesn't know it, untrained formally, I was beyond impressed. She is a true natural, many aspects of sales can't be taught, it has to be natural. That is not a negative to those learning. She is advanced and ready for complex sales. She provided exceptional service. I'm in Ks and She is in Atlanta. I'm using this location despite being in Kansas. Shout out to Marseilles Wallace, he let me know I had the correct location. He didnt break any rules of personal information, misdirection is that powerful. Proof that Gorilla glass is Fake.

Brionna was a great help! From the moment I walked in the door she was friendly and offered assistance.  Replaced my SIM card and helped to fix an email error I’ve been experiencing for a year now.  Thank you!

Kayla, Jalieah, and Kiana were amazing!!! Very helpful, attentive, friendly, and caring. K helped us with our upgraded phones that my mother and I purchased from Target. The customer service was so excellent/outstanding, we will get our upgrades from this location from now on! The patience she had with us was wonderful. It took 2 hours to set our phones up but she truly came through for us 😊 will definitely come back to this location ALWAYS ❤️

My phone was stolen by an In-home Sales Expert employee from your store who came along with the internet installer to sell me a phone. She listed your store as her homebase and this was verified when I came in that she worked out of your store. I was also scammed into paying $60 over what she promised monthly for two years.

This wrong has never be made right. I emailed, called, visited the store, only to be told there was nothing that could be done. The email was never responded to. The phone number I was given was disconnected or she simply blocked me. I made at least 5 separate store visits for help. The store manager acted sympathetic but was ultimately unhelpful.

Is this the reputation you want to keep, AT&T?

The wait period was okay as I understood. There were only 2 reps and I came before 10am. There were several people a head of me. However, when helped the rep stayed with me until we were completely done. Very satisfied.

The customer service rep. Kyra Dudlley who helped me was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the phones and their features, understood and could explain the different plans clearly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I could not be happier. She is the reason why I purchased at the AT&T store located on Briarcliff road.

Kyra has revived customer service! I appreciate her not only assisting with our phone upgrade, but she took the liberty of accessing our family AT&T account to ensure we were maximizing our plan. Good customer service oftentimes seems extent, but we left feeling like valued customers.

Walmart Supercenter

very bad mechanical service, they charged for canceling the TPMS alarms which was supposed to be free and they didn't cancel the alarm, I asked again and they didn't understand, they told me they should charge for it because they changed the valves and they didn't change them, the swing leads Of the wheels they placed them on the outside of the wheel and they had to go on the inside or behind because they are decorative wheels, as if that were not enough, the person who was supposed to deliver the car to me saw it as attractive to go running around Waltmar with my car, I guess he saw the appeal of racing a manual transmission car. In the video you can see how the car leans due to speed, he did not expect that I would be standing there.

Was looking for a specific food item that I used to be able to find at higher priced grocery stores and was happy to find it here. Also surprised at the variety of what I would consider gourmet items. Store was very organized especially for being so close to Christmas.

Fully stocked store, but the self-checkout section is too long, and I can't see a till with a cashier in sight.

This store NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The workers are useless. How you give me the options of no receipt. Make me ring my own groceries. Then follow me around harassing someone. That’s why all yall stores closing down. Old sack of potatoes with roots growing out. Throw it out.

Our family enjoy lessons with Rick! He is great teacher. He can play everything.

This place is AWESOME! My daughter takes a keyboard and voice lessons here. She also participates in Rock 101 which is a rock band for kids. School of Rock encourages their students to have fun while learning their instrument. We love this place so much that we may have signeds our daughter up for de lessons as well.
The owner and instructors are phenomenal! I highly recommend School of Rock for kids and adults looking to take lessons.

Awesome talent here and great instructors. Everyone is so welcoming. Definitely recommend this location.
