Target

Target is such a nice, clean, neat store. Most of the associates are friendly & helpful. My only complaint is that you cannot trust the in-stock info available for store online. Made special trips too many times because on-line info says something is in stock, only to find it is not.

This store location is one of the regular places I shop. Most of my visits, there are quite boring and uneventful. However, today was an exception. With my hands full of products, I was searching for an item and a young man named Jordan offered to help me. Jordan was already busy doing something else, but with a smile on his face, and a super respectful greeting, he said, “Ma’am, please let me help you find whatever you were looking for.” After he helped me find the item, he said that he would like to go get me a buggy because it looked like I would drop the items that I had in my hand. Although I told him that was all right, he did not hesitate to go to the front of the store and retrieve me a basket. Upon his return, he was extremely kind, very respectful, and I was just a little overwhelmed and taken back by how awesome his customer service was! This young man couldn’t have been but 18 or 19 years old, and it is such a rare thing to find young adults who actually care about a customer shopping experience. This young man brightened my day and brought a huge smile to my face. Someone absolutely needs to recognize  him!

Giving it two stars because at least the lady who checked us out was very pleasant.

My sister and I were on our way to the beach and we needed some clothing. We made the decision to stop in at this target to get the things we need. We did end up grabbing quite a few items to try on but we were okay with following the rules of 6 at a time and were even willing to put some of our stuff back so we didn’t overwhelm the workers.
There was a team working in soft lines at the dressing room and they were folding some clothes but mostly just standing around, leaning on the counter, talking and using their phones. That part didn’t bother me too much because I work luxury retail and sometimes you just want to rest and cut up with your coworkers. I totally get it.

What bothered me was that there was a women who kept talking badly about my sister and I loudly enough to where we could hear her. She kept making snarky comments saying “why you gotta bring up the whole store” or “you should know your size, you should get what you need a leave.” While laughing about us amongst each other. She made a snarky comment to me when I knocked on the dressing room door that my sister was previously in. It made us so uncomfortable and we were nothing but polite to them. This woman and her group were so unpleasant and really ruined the experience. I’ve worked at Target, I know it can be a lot especially during busy times. I would have NEVER talked like that in front of guests. If it was the store I worked at, I would have been fired for that kind of behavior.

To summarize it all, my biggest issue were the employees at the dressing room. They were so unbelievably rude, petty, and unpleasant. As someone who had worked in retail for over 10 years, it has to be atrocious to get to the point where I leave a review like this. Truly embarrassing for her to act that way at her grown age.

I'm not a Target fanatic like many people are but I am a fan of some of the brands and some of the more recent changes to the grocery side. This location stays clean and pretty well stocked, has a Starbucks, and has a quick and easy return process.

It was easy to enter and shop with quick checkout then back on the road. Too bad so many of their prime parking spots are reserved for pickup customers. Customers entering the store must park a bit further away from the building.

Last Chance Clearance Store

I was going to pick up pasta, chop meat, sauce, bread and cheese to make dinner. Then cook it. Nah. Got a complete dinner for 5 from By The Bucket. Cooked fresh pasta, served quickly, very tasty for less money than buying all the ingredients and i was home in less time than shoppi g fir it all. Try the Football Special this week.

Kind of daunting in a way you look at it from above because it's a Basement Store and it's slightly overwhelming but just get on the escalator or those stairs and go on down to the store level and let the savings begin..... (so you think). The deals don't jump out at you like zombies in a Halloween haunted mansion.  You got to hunt around and work on finding good deals. The best deal I found were .97 cents per pair of socks (and boy oh boy they have a huge variety of socks). From different textures, to thicknesses, to patterns, and leg length size. It really is a delightful smorgasbord awesomeness in discount sock land.
Also I have to say on a happy sale sock shopping story it turned out to be successful and comfortable. Out of the seven pairs I got, six of them are amazing!  I plan on going back to get more socks ( and hopefully find a mate to one I only got one of it's probably the most grand of them all).
So if you have trouble finding socks this is the place to go, but they are on clearance right now and who knows how long that's going to last.
People mostly shop for shoes there. It reminds me of Ross or Kmart when it was in business (but a little more depressing) However it's not as cheap as you may think I saw shoes for over $100 on clearance and a tennis skirt  I thought was $20- $30 no... On sale it was $150 so I wouldn't exactly say it throws amazing blowout deals into your shopping cart  but have some  Diamonds in the Rough deals, like awesome socks for .97 cents a pair yep that comes to .43 cents and half a penny per sock now that's a deal anyway you look at it.

Been shopping here for years, sometimes it’s a hit, sometimes it’s a miss. But it’s always a miss when you get charged for something that you didn’t get. I was charged for something that I didn’t receive, not a lot of money, just about eight dollars but still. Got home called the store. The manager I spoke with was very nice says he’ll get back with me in 24 to 48 hours so we’ll see. Just check your receipts.  Well, I feel like an idiot. I just found the item that I thought I was charged for an error so all is good. Sorry last chance.

What a strange, chaotic place! There’s stuff and people everywhere, but it’s actually kind of nice to not have to worry about anything other than finding good deals. Not everything in the store is a great deal, and you definitely shouldn’t go with a specific item in mind (since their stock changes constantly), but there are definitely some good finds if you’re willing to pick through the piles.

I enjoy shopping here and if you get items with the discounted color tag you can get some really good deals. It is definitely chaotic and crowded and you have to really dig to find things. The last few times I’ve been the people who have checked me out haven’t been super friendly and seem annoyed the whole time during check out. I have encountered friendly employees though too. This place isn’t for everyone but if you have time and patience and don’t mind digging for treasures and good deals then I would recommend!

Dillard's

Parking lot under safe shelter. Was able to walk easily through with employee help to get to Lens Craters. We came in a 18 wheeler in the yard on a limited time and space to be squeezed in with a day notice because we had a load and it was through the direction we were going

The store manager (Chris) and customer service staff bluntly demonstrate their lack of empathy and client relations skills. I canceled my credit card with them and returned $1800 in merchandise following this experience I had with Chris the store manager. I would advise to buy directly from the brand retailer/manufacturer, it is always more cost effective that way instead of buying from them, they’re just the middle man. Loyalty hinges on a great customer service experience and you most certainly won’t find it here. I am filling a report with the BBB as well.

I love this store and I love the selection of Rock Revival Jeans. I wish they had a rewards program for frequent shoppers all they have is a Dillard's credit card. I would give them 5 stars but I only gave 4 because of price.

My only concern, I won a basket in the cosmetic departments. I was very happy to pick it up. When I open the  básquet have only men cologne,
I was expecting woman perfume on cosmetics since the event  was at women’s cosmetics,, Not happy about that.

Dillard's IS GOOD. Store that won’t let you down. You will be getting prices that make you happy you came to Dillard's. And although line at the cashier might look long, they get it going quickly.

The store is always clean. Much more the employees are friendly. And will help someone and not make you feel like you are bothering them. I walk down an aisle and if there is someone who works there they great me or if they are walking. When I go to this store I can count on great service helpful and friendly employees quality products and great price. It start with management they’ll do whatever it takes to make it right
I did an order online for pickup   I placed the order and notified in a few one of the items was out of stock so I reordered and substituted a similiar item. It was ready for pickup quickly. Also the bag which they use is really great. They need another person behind the counter now. It was steadily busy and the wait time was a little too long.

This is a good Target store.  They have plenty of clothes, household items and nice pharmacy and health supplies.  I wish they had more groceries but they have good snacks, candy and drinks.  They also have nice holiday items especially for Christmas. It seems rather clean and safe.

Always a great experience clean and family friendly environment.

Woke company, woke staff/rude staff. Homeless hangin around in the parking lot and even going into the store. Trash is always piling up outside near the entrance. Décor has been the same since the 90's and needs an update for sure. If you have to go to Target in Mobile, go to the one on Schillinger, at least its clean. I for one wont be giving these woke lunies anymore of my money.

Blond cashier with the mask at the front, was was rude as to not even acknowledging my existence for a question. The young lady with the purple colored hair was to help and was friendly and super awesome. Please let her know she's doing a great job.

Walmart Supercenter

Quite a huge Wal-Mart center.. had pretty much everything in it.. a good sit in food court was missing. Overall a good place to kill sometime and do your shopping.

Not normally a fan of Walmart but this location was pretty nice. The staff was super friendly in the garden center. Had a great experience with them and everything was clean and neat and orderly.  Appears to be well staffed, well stocked and well managed.  Even the fishing section was well organized. I'll come back for that alone.

Messy store. Unreliable pricing. Prices on shelf are different then App and different than register.  You have no idea how much you are paying.  As a whole - self chech out stinks. Hard to shop when they are stocking shelves or doing the pick up shopping. This is at every Walmart location.

Automotive absolutely sucks!!
Took my car there to get a plug. I was called saying it was ready. When my husband and I arrived the guy was out in the parking lot working under the hood. He said in order to fix a plug, the technicians have to do figure 8’s to make sure the plug held in the tire. Long story short, the guy heard the car had an exhaust and was playing and messed my car up.
Today, my husband took his Tahoe to get a plug (again since we had warranty) and he also wanted the tires to be balanced and rotated. The tech at the desk pulled his information up and argued that he didn’t have warranty. Thankfully he had the paperwork in the vehicle. He had an appt to be there at 2(which he called they day before to schedule and tell them he needed the tire plugged plus balance and rotate), they finished at 5. He went to get his paperwork and keys. My husband seen they only plugged the tire so when he asked about the balance and rotation they said they didn’t know he wanted all of that done, although my husband argued with them about the warranty and all when he originally got there.
With all this being said, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went to the Auto shop at walmart since I was needing new tires, well I scheduled an appointment for 8-9 am since i needed to be on the road by 9am, I got there at 7:40 and they didn’t even take my car back until 8:49am. All they had to do was change 2 of my tires. I have to make a 3 hour drive and needed to be there by 12. They didn’t even finish my car until 10am. They kept getting distracted by talking to each other. I know tires doesn’t take over an hour to change. If I didn’t need tires right then, I would have went to my regular guy but sadly he wasn’t opened.

Made a run to Walmart last night to pick up dinner and had a spectacular view of the sunset!

Great Walmart - so long as stay strapped (and always watch your back in the parking lot - just ask Montgomery PD about this location). The place regularly reeks of skunk weed from the time you park your car, throughout the store, and straight back to your car. Employees REALLY must hate their jobs cause they are awful to customers. This location never pays a cashier, so you need to do all the checkout process yourself - but they are sure to make sure you did a good job checking yourself out with their receipt police by the door. Need to ask a question? Forget something at the store? DO NOT bother calling because they absolutely REFUSE to answer the phones (back to the employees hating their job thing). They can do better. They just never will.

I have been to Wal Marts all over the country....this is the worst Wal Mart I have ever been to.  In the mornings, they NEVER have a single register open despite the numerous employees standing around looking at their cell phones.  I am thinking, well they must have the self checkouts open....nope....only one lane with the smallest bagging area I have ever seen.

Why is this Wal Mart even open in the mornings?  When I bring it to the employees and manager, they clearly don't care.  I think the employees are bothered to even be there.

I won't shop there again....

Located on mid Chantilly, this Walmart has a good curbside pickup system. It is often crowded on the weekends and weekday evenings, but that’s to be expected. They added more self checkouts to both sides of this Walmart, which I’m on the fence on if it’s a good or bad thing.
Like many businesses, this particular Walmart does seem to be low on staff.
If you need to come to the customer service area you may be in line for awhile. I often purchase gift cards for my business here. I do wish this Walmart had a money center like the Atlanta highway Walmart. But I’m usually told to go to the customer service area to get a large amount.
The employees give you whatever energy you give them, so try to be chill.

I have lived in this area for over 10 years and the quality of this Walmart has gone down hill so badly. Today I had an employee watching me while I was in my car after I picked up groceries, literally watching me to see what I was going to do next. I guess I wasn’t moving and leaving quick enough for her. Even when I was driving off this employee was still watching me as if I was suspicious after picking up my groceries.

If I had a different Walmart to go to, I would. Because all the workers in the delivery pickup area have such terrible attitudes and are so unprofessional. I’ve had a young man literally on the phone having a conversation as he was putting my groceries in the car.

I really appreciate the great customer service. The gentleman in the men's big and tall department and the gentleman in the men's shoe department were both incredibly helpful. My partner's son needed an outfit and shoes for his homecoming dance, and with the help of the store employees, he was able to find something to fit his 6'7" frame and size 14 feet.

Have been a longtime customer and they have everything I need. They carry a wide selection of classics and contemporary styles for the entire family in a range of prices. Their sales are good too. Plenty of dressing rooms to try on clothes that are tidy and neat. Professional helpful employees. Clean restrooms. Easy parking out any of the exits.

Had a great experience. The wonderful gentleman that helped us find the perfect wool coat for my military husband was on point. He was so above and beyond helpful. We looked for 2 weeks for a coat for him. Yea, I could ship online, but my mom is 80 and likes seeing items in person. I'm so terrible with names. He was working in the men's department and is from a curry culture. (I didn't want to assume India or Pakistan. I have friends from those countries, and you never wanna mix that up. Also, you have to be careful you don't offend anyone in this world.) Sorry I didn't get the name. I don't ever remember names. Brain sucks. 🧠. Anyways this guy desrves a raise. (Yes, kinda wanted to make it funny just a little. Not at the guy. He's wonderful ❤️. I just feel bad I don't remember his name. He deserves the credit of helping us though.)

I found our visit to be a frustrating experience. Not only was it difficult to get help at the Clinique counter, the gal sold/bagged the wrong product. Now another trip back to correct this. An example of why Amazon is better that buying local.

Typical Walmart trip. New to the area and needed groceries. The relative location to public transportation is great. People were friendly. A bit busy but I assume this is typical for this location.

Amazing back to school lunch concepts! They have these adorable Walmart brand individual chicken salads that comes in two flavors!! I pair them with either the Ritz stackable, celery sticks, or the club smart stacks.  They are a perfect lunch for my little one!

I realize it's kinda ghetto around here but it's still VERY annoying when they see me walk away from checkout and still try and stop me on my way out the door to make sure I paid for everything. They probably hate me because when they ask to see my receipt I hand it to them and just keep walking and tell them they need to keep up if they want to look in my cart.

The world is already a crazy place as it is. People don't need your disgustingly negative energy.

Absolutely horrible management. They never honor the mess in their store ever. My daughter works at a walmart she knows better. They are supposed to honor their mess when they make mistakes on prices or put things in the wrong places. They have people they hired just for that reason. I spend all my time in their shopping when I get to the register. I expect to get when I'm paying for and what it says at cost.

This Walmart was clean and professional. They had the product I needed at a good price. The product also worked perfectly for my HD TV

Placed a small online order the day before I went to Walmart, so I could do quick curbside pick up. I was notified a day ahead of time that my order was ready.

I checked in on the Walmart app when I was heading to Walmart. When I got to Walmart about 10-15min later I checked in a second time on the Walmart app. Marked what space I was in and the color of my car. The app confirmed my information and said my order would be out shortly. After 30 minutes went by and no order, I called the phone # on the parking spot sign. Asked curbside pickup what's taking so long. They told me they were busy, and a little backed up, but "they are getting your order right now".

As I waited another 20 minutes, I saw 2-3 other customers park near me, check in with Walmart, get their orders, and drive off. So I called the # again and voiced my displeasure with the long wait time, and told them " people who got here after me, got their orders in 10 minutes!" They gave me more excuses, apologized that they were low on people, and said "they're getting your order right now".

After another 20 minutes came and went with no order (70 minutes total), I locked my car, went into Walmart, grabbed my 3-4 necessities and paid for them in under 10 minutes. On the way out, I voiced my displeasure to the store Mgr on duty, standing near Customer Service. She apologized and said she would talk with Curbside Pickup. As we spoke, I noticed nearly a dozen employees standing in the Customer Service area doing NOTHING! (No wonder they don't have enough people to fill orders at Curbside Pickup.)

By the time I got back to my vehicle, now 80-90 minutes total wait time, my small order finally arrived. I politely voiced my anger /frustration over "the worst service I've ever had" to the delivery person, showed him I already had my order in my hands, and told him he can take everything back and cancel my order.

Usually I would give Walmart 4 or 5 star rating on any given day. I've shopped there for 20+ years. But after this ridiculous waste of my time and lack of customer service, I may just start going elsewhere.

We ordered a cake online. Not only was it to the T of the picture. Everyone was asking where we got it. Top notch on the cakes! I wish I was paid for this review. But how good the cupcake cake looked was worth 10 times more. #orderhereatwalmart Thank you so much to the bakery! #yallrock

Wal-Mart continually shows their lack of pride, lack of customer service and lack of customer safety... which does trickle down to their employees, I might add. Leaky roofs (creating slippery floors), trash left in shopping carts and aisle after aisle, blocked with boxes. Most notable, after Covid. The 24 hour Wal-Mart ceases to exist these days, in my neck of the woods, anyways. Employees boast 📢🔊 over their loud speakers that they'll be closing soon, typically 11:00PM. Further stating, "for the benefit of shoppers, so shelves can be re-stocked and the store cleaned". 🤔 However,  this is something I've witnessed for well over a year and have taken pictures of, randomly... morning, afternoon and evening. Day after day.

My review is to, hopefully, speak up for us. Not just as consumers, but also as people who won't let these big box companies pocket all of their profits. They need to put their earnings, our dollars, back in to their stores and their employees. Then, we might see some positive change.

I wanted a socket set that was located at aisle I6. However, for some reason, Walmart decided to lock the sets inside a showcase locker with no push button to call for assistance. So, you need to navigate through the aisles and look for help. After walking a couple of times, I saw an associate, I believe his name was Miles, and asked him for assistance. He mentioned he would call someone. I waited for around 15 minutes, but no one came. I noticed that Miles was just wandering around and not looking for someone to help me. I approached him and mentioned that I was still waiting for assistance. He replied, ‘Yes, I’ll be right back,’ and walked away again. I waited another 10 minutes, but no one came to help. I would suggest adding push buttons on these lockers and reminding associates to be attentive to customers instead of playing on their phones.

Store was very busy, but everything was good. I didn't see anything that was sold out, so it looks like everybody had a chance to get what they offer. They offer a lot, I go here at least two times a month. I've never been dissatisfied. Employees were very helpful when I asked questions. I will be shopping at this Walmart for a long time, unless things change.

I took my 5 year old daughter to Walmart yesterday. She was SO excited that Halloween costumes were already out for sale. She, of course, thought that that meant Actual Halloween was in a day or two lol! Anyway, we both loved all the different costumes. Shoes to go with, and all the Halloween themed fake nails, and other Halloween makeup. She literally wanted all the Disney princess costumes with all the matching accessories, all the shoes, and makeup. Lol We absolutely love Walmart, we can easily spend an hour, just looking at cool stuff. However, we tend to actually spend between 1 1/2 hours and 3 hours at Walmart everytime we go!

The worst part of them locking things up is that there is no one to come help. I get it. You want to protect your stuff, but I shouldn't be waiting 20 min for some soap. Get it together guys.

Its a WalMart so the prices are decent, the people are plentiful and they have these weird moments called hours and sometimes these numerical moments (remember, they are called hours) correlate with massive influxes of human body count.  CONSPIRACY THEORY: I believe that at times it isn't just mere correlation, but causation as well.  Get in and out as quick possible or feel the Wrath.  Occasionally you do see a Top 8 Booty and it calls for a audible to Walk Slow N' Steady and pretend your car is on the same side of the parking lot (Coincidence!!!) as hers so you can watch her get all the way in the car and drive away.  Reality is, you took the Train but so does She.  Just not the City one.

It's a Walmart with a bit rougher edges. You will find that a lot of products are locked behind glass and you will need a staff member to hand them over to you. Staff is nice, but very highly worked. I was hoping to get a shirt but the conveyor belt at the cash register was so dirty that I didn't want to put it on it -- which, apparently, was not cool. Oh well... 🤷‍♂️
