i was in a hurry. they were out of regular gas only premium but NO SIGN TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW AT ALL! nothing to let me know on the pump. i was trying for a couple of minutes finally had to go ask cashier when they told me we are out of the regular GAS! Easy common sense….just to put paper signs on pumps

One guy in there is very rude. When I called to tell them they charged my card twice he started cussing at me and kept hanging up.

Best gas station in the city customer service is a++++ very sweet people and helpful never rude and will help you with anything

They sell bad gas!! Don't buy gas here! Bought gas here the past 3 times, and every time, I have had an issue starting and running my truck. Ive gotten fuel from other stations since and not a single problem.

Pretty  sure, they over charge on most items. 2.99 breakfast sandwiches charged 3.65. Shouldn't been.3.19, seems to different price every time. NO LONGER BUYING FROM  THEM.

I always pay at pump so I don't have to go inside. The pump I used today didn't give receipt I was to go inside and see clerk. If I wanted to see clerk I would have not paid at the pump. They should maintain their equipment

Filled my tank, (approx $50), I was ready to buy a few things at this location convenience store and asked to use the restroom ( a given at a gas station and or pit stop) and the employee simply said the restroom is closed and not available.  Terrible service and false claim as far as service facilities are concern.  I was totally disappointed with this particular store not with the brand.

It's a dive.  Spend $40 in gas and they don't even have a working bathroom.  Don't waste your money here.

so today for the second time in 6 mos i bought some gas, fueled up and when i got back in my car found that no gas was pumped. first time it was 5$ so i just went home but this time it was 6$ and thats not cool. please get back to me so i can get my half gallon of gas and move on with my life.

This place does not give refunds back when you overpay for how much gas you need. I burn premium in my Camry but it takes a little bit under 60 to fill up on 4 dollars a gallon with my gas light on. I see my receipts online so I know for a fact I didn’t get 60’s worth of gas and on top of that I am about to test his fuel in my Camry for ethanol content

I have only ever seen one gentleman that works here but he is the most friendly person I have ever come across in any situation in my life. I will go out of my way to come here just for his customer service and smile.

Extremely dirty, rude staff, credit card machine doesn’t work. When I asked how to use the broken machine I simply received an earful from the employee. I will never take my business back here again.

I just filled my tank and since it was raining I sat in my car it takes 30 to fill it actually 33 and this guy holler at me talking bout I'm overflowing I get out and its at 51.10 cause the pump didn't click off when full bad business my boots and me saturated in gas cause the wind was horrendous probably rigged to get more money very sad never go back there and fr fr they sold give me 20 dollars in contacting a attorney general tmrw

Invisible bathroom “out of service” … asked for how long … then lengthy cringe silence. So. Forever.

Gas station has been remodeled and rebranded and it looks great. Area can be scary at times but their gas prices are usually one of the lowest in Fountain Square.

They had the cheapest gas in town at state and Pleasant Run always go there and check the prices before we buy anywhere else

The sales people was rude I don't think they like white people so I won't be going there again

I will never make a purchase or do laundry here again. The employees are rude and  will take you money without even checking wash machines. A very disrespectful act. They get a 1 star review.

Terrific restaurant! Highly recommend the Unleaded gasoline. Don't need any artificial flavorings or additives, great as is!

It's a good station with friendly enough people working there. It's not it a great neighborhood though. One of the employees  who works there said they have a bad problem with people trying to use stolen credit cards there.

So I walked into this gas station to buy some snacks and a drink, I walks to the back and I see the front cashier  cleaning his feet in the sick. The most disturbing, disgusting think I've ever seen. I would give this place a zero star.

Fast and easy location. Does not accept Apple Pay but all other amenities of shell Gas Stations are here. Inside they had Sherman Street Chicken and patrons says the taste is amazing.  Filled up tank and was in and out within 5 minutes.  Knowledgeable staff as well.  Check the prices at this station before you shop any close by stations. Prices are always the lowest in the area.

Low prices, and decent fried chicken. But outside, if you walk around the back it reeks of old fryer oil and you can see where they were pouring the old used oil along the back of the building and down the fence line. I'm no expert, but I'm guessing that's probably not very good for the environment.

Great place to purchase gas and hot food. Prices are mostly lower than at other locations.  I like being able to use my Kroger card towards discounts. The workers are kind, helpful and courteous.

Must say best prices I've seen at a shells ever.... Workers highly knowledgeable on what's happening in they store!!!!! One side of the gas station the sell chicken and it's not bad for gas station chicken might I add....overall best station I've been in in a long time definitely will pass all to come here because it's my favorite and here in the town of Indianapolis Indiana

This gas station tends to have the cheapest prices near me. Whenever I go I'm always able to use my fuel rewards points which is an extra bonus! And their cappuccinos are so delicious! #LetsGuide #moneysaver

I was charged 38.27 for a 11.65 charge. They are crucket and need to b shut down. They let dope dealers and users always stand outside there store. You don't feel safe unless its in the day time and then your still with your eyes wide open. Ripoff

Always friendly and willing to take your money . My issue is they don't keep up on there lot and then you get asked for change from a lot of people

Ghetto people standing out begging for money people selling drugs on the property small area not safe will never ever return it's not well lit it needs ipd there at all times

Went to get air for my tire of my car and the machine was not working properly. 2 dollars is ridiculous anyway for air so I went in to get my 2 dollars back and he would not give it back stating that it's not their machine then.dont have it on.ir property.

I Lost $200 Bought i prepaid card and it wouldn’t be activated, They kept saying they’re nothing they could do and were not helpful at all , lost $200 for nothing

This place, what can I say? You get in, and you get out (maybe). I wanted a cup of ice, one machine was broken, and a tea from the cooler. Out of habit, I had my debit card in my hand. The male cashier asked if I could buy more? Add something? So, I found .25 candy. Then, I realized I had some cash and paid cash. I wish I'd just gone to a drive-thru. I could see Speedway was across the street, only I couldn't get there in the traffic. This place was so lonesome, I seriously thought he was expecting a robbery. Scary and sticky dirty- Not a family-friendly place!

Not open 24 hours.  They open (sometimes) by 6am. They close before 10pm. Literally was walking in to pay cash for my gas at 9:41pm and they turned the lights off and locked the door.

Come here to get gas and a snack pretty often. It's pretty nice but have had some rude workers behind the counter

I come in everyday and tge 2 young men who work afternoons and evenings are the best....always helpful and nice as can be!!!! My favorite gas station because if them!!!!!!
