I usually don't let cashier's bad attitudes get to me but in this case I gotta speak on it. I use this place as a convenience because it's close to my house but every since I've been coming to this store I get nothing but the WORST customer service I've never seen such a horrible display of customer service in my life what ever you do don't spend your hard earned money at a place like this they don't care about the customers and they are rude as "f#*k " one cashier even acted like she didn't want to give me my change.. "I told don't worry bout it" I'll never spend another penny in this store take your money else where!

They are doing so much to this little store.

New store clean. Chicken here pretty good. Truck parking small lot. Dirty nasty dropped trailers broken down trucks. Truck parking area just a nasty mess.

shop here again! On 8-26-22 about 12:45pm I was
buying candy for my team. The caucasian worker
decides to come and stand over me the entire time. I
confronted her and she lied like she was looking for
something for herself (she never touched or got
anything). I was buying for 10 people so yes I had
several items to get. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
NO GAS OR ANYTHING! Will take my business across
the street to the Love Travel Stop location where I don't
feel racially profiled and where ppl not standing over your back like you stealing!

Restroom could have been cleaned a little better.   Other than that, it's a good place to stop. There was plenty of room to navigate a long fifth wheel. I'll keep this truck stop in mind.

Hours are incorrect. I checked the website this morning before driving there to confirm they’re open 24 hours but when I got there at 4am they’re closed! Super disappointed. Please correct your hours!

The chicken lady is so sweet, and the chicken is the best gas station chicken on this side of the Mississippi

I go to the Shell on highway 12 in Michigan City right on the Indiana Michigan border... They usually try to keep the prices down for gas and they have a card you can get which will give you anywhere from 2 to 10 cents off a gallon of gas when you pump there also there is an in-house restaurant and a coffee bar plus there is a store inside which features wine beer colas and food people who work there are very friendly there become friends of mine blessings

I've been there many times with an over the road straight truck...  food is great and the yard is big for the big trucks.  expensive but big meals.

Shell app was unable to connect to the pump. Prices here are usually high.

They usually have the cheapest gas in the area, but could definitely update everything a little!

Love the place, amazing food and friendly people love the owner he is so nice and friendly, always remembers what I am going to order when I get food here, only thing is that there used to be this on guy that would say he wasn’t going to make food when you called I am not sure if he still works there I thing he does at night still.

I like to go here because it's close to my house. The people on night shift are friendly and helpful. The day shift people seem to be trying to rush you out of there. All in all good place and they have pretty much what you need

The chicken inside this gas station is on point!  Chicken Tenders with honey mustard!  I was so relieved the honey mustard was good.  The fried chicken is delicious too.  My husband and I get it for dinner every Monday!

Love the Shell Stations in Frankfort. Every day 5 cents off per gallon just by punching in my phone number. After buying the gas they send me a text receipt and let me know how much money I have saved overall this year.  Really comes in handy.

Stopped for snacks and restroom stop. Bathroom was disgusting, exactly the stereotypical gas station bathroom 🤢 Took our drinks snd snacks to pay, guy at register didn’t acknowledge us because he was pre occupied with picking his nose. When he realized that we noticed he bent down to continue picking.

Always lowest gas prices, has really good Chester Chicken carry out.

Cheap food hot chicken fry and lot new in store all good

New cashier stole $35 from me when returning a stick. Made two trips to the store and he gave me a new one the first time but it still didn’t work so I took it back but he refused to give me either a new one or my money back. Horrible workers and horrible customer service.

Tonight on my way home from work I stopped at the old Franeys on 54 to get gas. There was an older gentleman probably mid 70s parked with his hood up in front of the store. He walked up to me and asked if I could give him a jump. I told him absolutely let me finish pumping my gas. After i finished helping him get his truck going he told me he asked the worker in the store if he would give him a jump and he said yeh for 20 dollars. This very respectful older man was standing out in this cold and they wanted 20 dollars to jump start him! Today was the last time I will ever buy gas or anything else at that gas station and I hope more people will follow. 30 years ago not a single gas station worker would've ever thought to charge to help a 75 yr old man out.

Place is ran by a total sigma during the month of December. Went in to grab some tasty cinny buns and a soda and was delighted by the glorious selection of the sweetest, most luxury vape products. 10/10 thank you chads and alphas

I pre paid for gas. The gas never actually pumped into my car. The manager acts as though I was trying to scam him. And the owner took my statement but never bothered to call back. Will never use this gas station again, or any of their locations in our town as there are 4.

Franey's is Owensboro staple and I will always do business with them.  I do wish they would fix their gas pumps so that receipts would reliably and consistently print at the pump.

This locally owned business has just about anything you could want. Whether your on the road passing through town or need to make a quick shopping stop from around the corner I'm  sure you could find what you need here. Besides being well stocked, it's also very clean,  the cashier was friendly and the gas prices are competitive.

This is our go to gas station ever since they opened. The owner is an absolute delight! Extremely friendly and helpful and the staff are all very friendly which always makes the visit pleasant.  The soft drinks are the cheapest I've seen....79 cents!!!! Try it out, you won't be sorry. Especially when you realize with their reward card you will be getting the cheapest gas in town usually also.

They advertise the use of your Kroger card to get 10 cents off per gallon but what they don't tell you is that you have to have 100 points on your card to get the discount. And you can't scan the keychain style card you have to have to full size card to do it outside.

Clean... stocked (as much as they're able with suppliers)... friendly.. good location. Good soda prices and discounts on gas 👍👍

No prices listed on anything in the store, really tight parking lot.. DO NOT bring a trailer here

Clean well lit friendly cashier spotless facility worth returning

On the evening of Nov 17th, I had a delightful experience grabbing a few snacks and purchasing gas. The cashier was very personable and the shop was well organized and cleaned.

As a long term, frequent, and friendly customer I was treated disgracefully by management while trying to discuss my prior $60 purchase of damaged product. She called me a liar in front of a packed store, refused to listen to the issue, nor offered any apologies for selling broken products that SHE herself sold me. They are happy to take your money and don’t care if items are to standard. I have ignored the rudeness, the dirtiness, and the long waits while the cashier finishes her phone calls for too long. I am responsible for gassing up 7 vehicles and have taken my business to a station that has ethics and if you don’t want to get ripped off, I advise you do the same.

No issues. Their pumps always have receipt paper in them.
