Originally a 1 star, I'd like to amend my rating. While there was some technical difficulties with the pumps resulting in a charge on my card but no gas (should be looked as at and fixes asap), they were willing to work with me to get this matter resolved.

Gas prices are generally much lower than other places around. Easy to get into and out of and staff generally seems to be friendly. However, more than half of the time when I ask for a receipt at the pump It will day receipt with attendant.  Then I have to wait in line to get that receipt. This is one of the only stations I have this problem with. I think it might be a ploy to get you to come in and make an impulse buy.

If I could rate it this place with 0 ⭐ I would but I can't I work close and every week I fill up my car from there even all my employee's eventually there is a new guy who's consider himself as a woman and he always trying to flirt with me and my employee's all of my staff is rasing hands from this person ..you have one job and that's to take care of costumers not to asked them how old they are where they live by or what's there personal phone number and even worst that's not only with us and my staff that's with everyone I been seen this every time I woke there and today was the limit if none take care of this situation I will make sure the right corporate ppl know about it ! Never going back there !

Usually clean, most employees are friendly. The newer night guy is a Nazi when it comes to checking ID's. Dude, I come in every night, you don't have to card a regular EVERY SINGLE TIME. Youre a gas station attendant, quit taking your job so seriously. You act as if youre gonna get a parole violation for not carding me.

This gas station is guilty of one of my biggest pet peeves...

Pay-at-the-pump is supposed to be a convenience.  I swiped my card at the pump, get my receipt at the pump, and I'm on my way in a jiffy.
I do not want to have to go inside and "see the clerk" to get my receipt. It negates the entire point of pay at the pump...

If you do not need your receipt, you have no worries, but for those of us who do need a receipt just be aware that you're going to have to go inside to get it.

When paying at the pump everything is fine. Every time you go inside for some reason, it turns out bad.
The attitude of the cashiers are always very disrespectful & contemptuous if you are a man.
I can't even describe how badly I have seen women treated.

There are 3 other gas stations at this intersection.
Go to anyone of them before going here, no matter what the gas price is, if you want something inside.

You can't pump first... you gotta pay then pump. And if you don't know the exact amount of fuel type going to need the cashier can't let you pump freely... like anyone would know exactly how much gallons you'll need in your tank.

It says 24 hours, when I got at the gas station all the lights were off 😡 it was 9:05 pm on Sunday.

This gas station is right near my job so I stop here often. The cashiers are always sexist and comment on what I am buying or paying towards my gas. I do not like the audacious comments not the way they speak to women in this establishment. Needs to be addressed. I will not be coming here again.

Great gas station. Excellent customer service, always well stocked with snacks and drinks. One of the best gas station of lower prices outside of Cook county. Usually not to busy, but when it is, the lines move fairly quick.

So on gas buddy, this is showing that gas is 428 a gallon. I just screenshot to show you at the gas here in Vinsonville on Irving Park and York Road is at 4:39 a gallon. Here is a picture I entered my rewards card number, and this is why it’s saying 434 a gallon I see five cents with my number

This place used to have the cheapest gas available. Now they don't have premium or mid grade. The excuse for the past month is that the tanker hasn't arrived. Excuse me what? Is it coming from the moon? Also overflowing trash containers all the time.

Go down Irving away from O'Hare and there is a much better gas station on the right with many more dispensers and a better price. 1 min drive time.

The owners are so rude and corrupt here b/c their volume is so high they don't have to worry about anything.  I don't think many people read reviews for gas stations but I wish they did for this place.  Don't stop here b/c it's the first gas station you see coming from Cook County.  Turn left and there are less busy, cheaper options staffed by people that will treat you nice.

This is honestly one of the cleanest gas stations I've been in. The shelves were stocked & your coolers were full. Can't say that I was impressed with the cost for a gallon of milk there.. think I'd definitely wait for a regular store to open but, that's ok.
The store overall looked incredible. The kid that worked overnight was cool & had a good personality.. that's a plus.

This is a great gas station. The staff is friendly. Lots of stuff to choose from. They try hard to keep it clean. I had to use the bathroom & I noticed someone puked in the sink. I said to the staff I swear to God it wasn't me & I'm sorry to tell you this but it looks like someone puked in the sink. He got right on it.

Great staff and prices decent. It's gas station people. Clean and what you need. Monster drink, breakfast sausage, exotic candy option. Open 24 hrs. No issues.

I don't understand the bad reviews, I walked in and was greeted nicely. They were out of coffee, and the employee quickly got some going for me with no problem. He was very friendly. I'll be stopping more often!

They have 6 fuel pumps one was out of service.. there's not a whole lot of parking and it was still pretty full when I got there around 8 a.m. the inside was mostly clean including the restroom.. the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly..

This store has cool things inside of it but unfortunately, if you don't fit their idea of what a paying customer looks like you're likely to get discriminated on. It kind of sucks when u go in and intend on buying something and you hear, "security scan all isles. " then to top it off my friend goes in and is looking for something to buy for her mom and while she is looking for stuff she gets asked to leave because they assume she don't have money but little do they know she had more than enough to buy those tacky gifts.... U can't judge a book by its cover

Totally embarrassing no shame no nothing. Called to get price of propane. clerk tells me they don’t do it because no one can pass the test to be certified to do propane. Jeez stay in school kids.

We stopped by coming through with a load and the staff was so nice. Shower room was really nice and clean. Stayed over night in our truck with no problems. Very trucker friendly.

Fairly new place great staff there is truck shop and diesel for semis. Arby’s inside they have a quick bite to eat as well as an assortment of coffee. They have your basic tools and additives in case of a breakdown

Pumps always work and the place is clean in general. The team at this location is straight up excellent tho. Polite and respectful staff members make the experience great every single time. They especially make my experience that much better.

I'm giving this place 4 stars because they generally have the lowest prices in the area. Mostly when i have to go inside I'm met with friendly customer service -- until today.  I believe this may be my second encounter with this kid.  He's rude. I try to be courteous to all, especially people working with the public because I know you can be met with characters and incivility throughout the workday. I guess it doesn't matter with this guy.  I said hello when I got to the register and when he looked up, he seemed as if he would return the greeting, and upon seeing me, he immediately withheld.  He hesitated when I asked him a question as if i were bothering him.  He placed my lottery ticket on the counter  and made sure there was a good distance with him handing me my change.  Really surprised he didn't counter that too.  Literally the whole time it looked as if it was killing him to wait on me.  But me being a person to give benefit of the doubt, still said thanks without even a response in return.  So while you, Jacob, (oh yeah that's his name), with your rude, judgemental looks and actions, have grated my nerves slightly, I will not allow your ignorance to make me have to pay a higher price or go out of my way for gas.  You will not run me out of town... so sorry not sorry. Hopefully someone at Shell will see this and pull him aside for some good ol fashion people skills training... it's 2019 dude what the hell.  And if that doesn't work wellllll......

Congratulations! You lost a longtime customer tonight due to the clerks inability to utilize the slightest amount of common sense. Will now drive further to a more inconvenient competitor, so as to never purchase anything from this place again. ✌🏻

Me and my cousin were in the mood for pancakes and realized there was no pancake mixture, he called to this location asking if they had some, the lady told us to wait after a few minutes of waiting she just hangs up on us. This is really bad customer service do not recommend.

The lady that did my lottery numbers started off nice so I thought. I asked about the lottery Powerball which we all know it's $3 a ticket. She just plays the $2 tickets me not even finished playing yet and wants to charge me right away without me even telling her. She's too damn in a rush to talk to other people and listen. I explained I wanted the power ball play which is $3 and she tells me well I already played ur 5 numbers.  She says omg out loud because I refused to take what didn't want. This lady has apparently never worked customer service in her life before. I could've been a shopper from corporate and she would've gotten written up on the spot for how she spoke to me and handled the situation. She said then who is going to pay for this. Well not my problem. Had she had a better attitude about I may have pay the extra money for her mistake. But I will report to her corporate.  That is no way to talk to anyone especially with other customers around.

Not happy with this establishment. First of all it's hard enough to get in and out of this Gas Station because of the location. On several occasions I have gotten into the Gas Station and got out of my car to find out they had no gas.  There were no signs posted on the pumps.  A sign was posted on the door. But this was not apparent because when a person pulls up to the pump and swipes their card that's when they headed inside and saw the sign.

I got 20 cents off gas per gallon with ultimate car wash and they even have an area to bathe your four legged friend 🦮. Plus when you get out of the car wash there is someone to hand dry your car with a towel.. I was glad I found this place..

the people who work in the afternoon shift especially a Latina who never wants to speak Spanish to you I think she is the oldest one there ever has coffee in the machine she never has glasses and when you ask her she gets angry then so she is there go away for you  home..

Pumps don't work and the gas attendant doesn't know how to work the pumps nor monitor them correctly from inside. Had to move form one pump to another pump because the pump didn't work and the the other pump didn't work and I prepaid so give me the gas or give me my money back in cash since it's already been take. It's said that I had to call police because they wanted to try to take my money twice after they already messed up on ringing up stuff. And it was last bit of money I had to make it back to where I needed to get to. So horrible and worse gas station experience ever. Work on training more rather than throwing them behind a counter at a gas station.

Don’t go here. Theyre thieves. You’ll get ripped off your money if you pay cash to pump gas. Gave the guy $35 and only gave me $32 and argued with me that I only gave him $30. How was I able to pump $32 if supposedly“I had only given him $30?” Looked at me with a blank face when I went back and lied to my face about how much I gave him!

Not even after 10pm on a weekday and we have to the shell gas entrance doors only, I’m all for getting some exercise but like enter the building from the center like most shells gas stations that don’t have a ice cream store next door inside. Sorry didn’t see that someone was trying to break in glass was broken in tiny pieces but still not broken into wear you could put your hand through if was clear enough from glass, that’s too bad hopefully you can go 24 hours location here would be great for late night Uber drivers looking for a snack some gas and a restroom break. It might also help with avoiding any one wanting to break in if an employee is on property just an idea. This location is pretty close to the airport for back routes coming from the north.

This is a Shell gas station and convenience store on River Road. The store is at the end of a small strip mall. They carry all of the regular items luke coffee, beer and snacks. The gas pumps are modern and easy to use. The staff was friendly during my last vusit.

I don’t expect much from a gas station experience, however, when the cashier doesn’t greet you, nor thank you and is yelling on his phone the entire transaction and the price as marked for what you bought is completely incorrect on the shelf, that may call for a re-evaluation of the way you run your business.

Car wash shows it takes amex but does not. I hate this scam. They just don't want to pay the service fees from amex. Good car wash. Poor drying preformance.

Was there literally 10 minutes ago. Pulled up and couldn't pump gas - the machine would say to select the gas, and then would just say Thank You and ask for card again. I looked around and saw 2 other people had exact same issue at the other pumps. When one lady went to grab the attendant, he told her "You probably don't know how to use the pump" and asked that she pay him to go help her. When he finally came out, he was dumbfounded that the pumps did not work - and offered no solution either. Left and got gas down the street.

Great customer service, new employees are in the store and much better. Fake disposable vapes. Bought one today and it couldn't be faker. Very disappointed in that. Fake disposable vapes are very dangerous to customers. Do not buy disposables here until they buy real ones. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLES HERE UNTIL THEY BUY REAL ONES. DANGER

Very poor customer service. I had 30 cents off a gallon limit 20 gallons through the fuel rewards app and I put in my rewards code at the pump. The pump stopped at 15.5 gallons and I tried to explain to cashier clerk djavier my issue and he accused me of hanging up the pump when clearly I did not as the nozzle was still in my vehicle. Then I asked to speak to the manager who did not fully understand my problem and told me to come back another time although it took a month to save up my 30 cents off a gallon.
